Tellement bouffe de McDo!

Service was fast and the burger was nice. Unfortunately the fries were cold though so lost a star.
I would come back again though

Service très rapide, je recommande de passer ici, j'aime bien aussi la façon du gérant qui traite plusieurs situations en même temps soit avec les employés pour coacher ou pour satisfaire les clients et d'être souriant avec tout le monde.

Very very slow service. It’s supposed to be FAST food for a reason but the workers move like snails. Took 15 minutes to get my order after ordering from the kiosk and it wasn’t even busy (11am on a Thursday)

I went inside because Drive through was too long, and I got my food real fast. The place is always clean.

It takes quite long for just a fillet o'fish with just 3 clients and also expensive than the McDonald at Taschereau Brossard

Fry machine was down for the count, so they had about 30 orders taken, made all burgers and we waited and waited while burgers were getting cold, at least advise the people what's going on. Although it may have just been a bad luck for us, we won't be going back!

They completely messed up my burger and instead of remaking it, they just scraped off the ingredients with their hands and put on the right ingredients. It was absolutely disgusting. Coupled with the absolutely filthy tables and drink station, I don't think I'll be going here again anytime soon.

Wow! Haven't had a good McDonald's experience in a long time! Ordered online, got my table number and was served my supper within a few minutes! Very nice staff which is also a rare comodity! Congrats to the Team!
Food was delicious and hot, like wait to eat the fries kinda hot! Overall, worth a review!

Theres something wrong with the coffee here. Something changed about a year ago and it has not been good.

One year ago, I was here, everything was really disappointed. A couple of days ago I was there by chance, everything has been changed. I was surprised. Higher level of response and respect to customers.

J'ai étai plusieurs fois durant 1moi et chaque fois il a une éreure sur ma commande je suis vraiment mal chanceuse.

Extrêmement long et les employés parle de leurs week-end devant les clients qui attends et semble ne pas vouloir accélérer le service.

It's my go to McDonald's the line at the drive through is not excessive and they hardly ever mess up my order.

Fries are at borderline frozen temperatures, always.

The service is standard for McD's. 'Good morning' s and 'have a good day' s are their courtesy bread and butter and going above an being is hard to catch. They might just be capable of going above and beyond.

Yes, you can die of old age or nrlrd while you are waiting for an order here) the speed of work is at zero.it seems like there should be a fast food restaurant and not an eternal one)

Employés désordonnés, réception de la nourriture très longue et sandwich de qualité très inférieure a la moyenne des mcdo's

J’allais mettre 5 étoiles à ma première visite, commande rapide, sans erreurs et services #1 pas une game âge

Mais j’y suis retourné entre temps une fin de semaine….
Service pitoyable attente de 30 minutes pour deux trio, employés sur leurs téléphones, erreurs sur chaque produit commandé, froid et plus encore…

Allez-y la semaine a 9h am pour la dame, et a éviter a 200% la fin de semaine.

Your basic McDonald's experience, simple and basic. Ordered using the self-service terminal.

Actually very bad service, the supervisor is more concerned with scolding the young employees than taking care of the customers, in particular they sent me my takeout order without napkins or fork so I could eat my Putin, they are not courteous, I said thank you and they were not able to answer, overall terrible customer service at this location.
