McDonald's

Place is not very clean. Self serve counter not working properly for a long time. Need to pay at counter with only one cashier open. Waited a long time while other staff chatting not caring. Avoid

I just had the most rude, unsatisfactory experience I have ever had at a restaurant. We ordered a meal and requested chocolate milk in the drive through. When we got to the window the woman (who has green hair extensions) went to hand us regular milk. We corrected her that it should be chocolate. She argued back that we ordered regular milk. We corrected her again and she doubled down and again argued back that we ordered regular milk. I don't understand why she just didn't correct the order. I called the manager over and she sorted it out. After, this employee proceeded to shun us. She turned her back to us and handed our food out the window refusing to make eye contact with us and closed the window rudely. This restaurant seriously needs to take consideration into the types of people they employ. This was completely ridiculous.

It's a good place to eat at, I feel bad for the workers tho I feel like they underpaid

Everytime we order delivery they forget something, but this time we ordered 3 large fries, and most were filled the amount of a small fry.
I have tried calling, but the refuse to answer the phone! No respect. This is purely theft!

Ordered a Flury.
Arrived with only 2/3 filled, and the bottom half was all vanilla- no ingredients.
Come on Mickey D, get back in the game. No consistency.

DO NOT ORDER A POUTINE IT IS TOO SALTY YOU CAN ONLY TASTE SALT AND I FOUND HAIR IN MY BIGMAC AND IT COULDN’T BE MINE BECAUSE IT WAS RED. Terrible place, worst macdonald’s in the country.

There's always something wrong with my order. The self-serve machines don't print receipts so you just have to trust that they put the right things in your bag, which they never do. I payed for a trio, they forgot my fries. When I called to see if I could come back to get the fries, the phone just rang off the hook. They NEVER answer the phone, probably because they always mess up people's orders. Also, the girl calling out orders was chewing gum with her mouth open. I've never heard of a kitchen where chewing gum was allowed. Absolutely disgusting.

If you want to have some classic slow food experience, this is the place to go. Staff not very excited at all, neither experienced. Other than the personnel part, top notch in all other areas.

Worst Mc Donald’s ever. Worst service and they also steal your money from your bank account and they won’t help you when you want your money back. They charged me for food that they didn’t give me because i wasn’t in a car and they didn’t want to refund me. To prevent them from also stealing money form you, don’t go to this McDonald’s if you don’t want to go to all the procedures with the court and your bank institution. Go to other McDonald’s I’m convinced that you’ll have a better service by far. I gave 1 star to this McDonald’s because there wasn’t any 0 stars option.

Check your order carefully. I ordered a chicken BLT with egg breakfast sans witch trio and a sausage McMuffin sandwich trio and when we got home with the order both sandwiches were missing the egg and the chicken was replaced by bacon.

I guess both management and employees don’t care if they get your order right it’s been a few times this happens to me. If you say anything to the employees they act like fixing their mistake is a big deal and you should just take what they give you

At these new prices they sure don’t deliver. I ain’t loving it.

Why at the late evening I can't pick up my order without car? ! No scooter, no bike, CAR ONLY. IT'S NOT FAIR

Worst service ever, a bunch of kids and primadonna managers, who who rather have upset clients then apease a client and quel their nerves! We went to the drive thru, to get my son 6 nuggets when we got half way home we decided to check our meal to see 4 out of 6 in a box that I paid $11.19 for, went back only to be met by the same kid who clearly doesn’t understand English nor French, figuring we maybe ate our way thru 2 nuggets and returned for more, manager insisted arguing that mistakes happen, which I don’t understand if that is apart of your tasks placing 6 or 4 nuggets in a box doesn’t take a genius to do! RUDE RUDE RUDE! No one should eat here and I’m also sure that it’s super dirty in there!

One fine day me and sister went to McDonald’s and there ten 5 year old looking boys went to the top floor and soaked everyone on the first floor with fruitopia and water. This ruined many lunches. And even stained my poor little sister’s expensive sweater. I have pictures of them if you want:) #stopfruitopiaviolence

Le contrôle de qualité et d’hygiène est totalement inexistant! Plus de 3 fois que je retrouve du rouge à lèvre dans mes frites ou les emballages de nourriture.

If you go in store, its disgusting and messy. You order on door dash they are charging you 5.70 for a trio FOR A TRIO! Thats nuts! The owner of this Mcdonalds clearly is taking advantage of inflation prices for a profit. No way it should be 15 dollars for a big mac trio after taxes.

I guess this McDonald's is not making enough money. This is how they fill the mcflurry and sundae servings. Higher price, less product.

Very slow and stupid staff! Every time we order online something is missing or something is wrong. Its ALWAYS! VERY STUPID STAFF!

I've never been inside but when I order this is the location I get it from since they get it right 99% of the time. Drive through is easy enough.

I placed the order on the computer, but it was not possible to pay and I also had no paper to print my order, this is the second time this has happened in this place, could you please fix the computer? I had to wait in line to pay!

Wow 45 mins to get my bagel ppl are fed up waiting for there foods also all kids running this place are playing inside they never look at the customers for sure I will never come back here lol

Visité régulièrement pour déjeuner et dîner lors de mes pauses au travail, ce fast-food offre une expérience mitigée. Le service en français est parfois difficile, car certains employés ne parlent qu'anglais. Les caisses libre-service ont leurs limites, avec des items indisponibles, malgré plusieurs signalements à la gestion. Côté attente, il y en a souvent, mais c'est compréhensible vu l'affluence. Néanmoins, l'endroit est habituellement propre et accueillant. En somme, une expérience en demi-teinte, mais qui reste pratique pour les pauses déjeuner et dîner.
