I wish there would be negative stars for the rating. These people tried to charge me twice for my food. I ordered on my MCD app and was charged on my card and they say that it didn’t process. I even showed them proof of the amount charged. They still didn’t give me my food. I just cancelled the order and ask them to refund me and they didn’t want to. I had to cancel the charge with my bank. They are such incompetent people, they didn’t even try to fix the problem on their end. In my book they are thiefs! I AM NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!

McDonald's is a good option for quick and easy but it's slso a great bathroom stop. Thx for keeping them clean

The workers were too busy playing hello to another worker that came in and the manager pays no attention to that SLOW INCOMPETENT

Ordered ahead and I still had to wait 30 mins for the food. Everything was cold by the time I got it, the McFlurry wasn’t mixed at all, and even though it was 9pm, you’d think it was 3am with the atmosphere in there. There were at least 4 people working but it seemed like only one worker was actually working on orders.
Considering it’s McDonalds, there were very low expectations to start with but they somehow still managed to deliver a horrible experience.
I hope the one girl that was working hard is able to get out of there soon.
I’d avoid this location.

Girl at counter very impolite, even with senior citizens. We asked for cream, she's busy. Spits out have a nice day. Degraceful,

Lunch is good at 11 something chances of getting fresh food greater, I believe the usual orders are pre made and overcook, it really depends on time of day, the later the worst it gets, last resort, personally I'm never going there again, maybe to buy a soft drink or an ice cream, or use bathroom, other then you can prob make a better burger at home for less

This is one of the slowest drive thru I’ve experienced it takes on average an extra 5-7 minutes from ordering to pick up with no line and even longer wait with a line

I just wanna pay cash at the counter and there's no cashier I waited 30 min and there were no people. The order machine didn't even have paper. I ordered a classic Mcflurry and I waited for 30min to get a recreational Mcflurry. Too slow!

Super long waiting time. I have to wait for 30mins for drive through. It’s faster to take the food in front of the counter.

This store changes the meanging of “Fast food” because I always wait for foods at least 20 minutes.

Essentially ruined my afternoon
I ordered online and when I got to the store, I was given 2 drinks when I had only ordered for one and I mentioned this to the attendant. When I left, I discovered they had charged me for both drinks. To make it worse, the drink sucked. Ended up throwing it away.

Double McBLT - "Beef" was not properly cooked. Box and bottom bun full of grease. Disgusting.

Somehow the special order cheese burger was missing the cheese. But they were super kind when i had forgot 1 thing in my order. Ver impressed. Nice and hot food

People are super rude and disorganized when they have 15 staff members I expect a simple burger within 30 mins.worst managed operation I’ve seen in a while

Don't get caught like me! I waited 25 min in line in the drive-thru. Last time I ever go there.

1) It is getting more and more dirty every time I come here. The table tops are dirty, with spilled coffee, chocolate, ketchup, etc. It is really getting gross! How about wiping with a wet rag once in awhile? The kids are running as fast as they can inside the kitchen. How about someone cleaning table tops and sweeping up once in awhile?
2) And if you're going to have kiosks where customers can self order then it would be nice to have them stocked with paper to print receipts and accept cards etc.
3) The front register can't read cards. LOL!
4) Multiple alarms rang in the kitchen the ENTIRE time. I've never been so happy to leave. The poor staff.

This franchise use to be the best McDonald and now it’s total garbage. You wait for ever before they take your order (drive thru) and they mess-up your order half the time.

I was just there now and ordered a #1, like i have been doing for about 20 years. At the window, they give me a BigMac.

According to the lady, I should have said « #1 Trio » and that is why I only got a BigMac. I’ve ordered the same thing the same way for 20 years and now she argues with me and lectures me on how to order stuff at McDonald - Really?

The Grand Big Mac is awful. What was I thinking? One of the top 10 all-time worst decisions in my life.

Drink was flat plus two errors in order.
Spicy chicken with habanero #6 came as a regular chicken sandwich. Donuts were wrong flavors. Young employees were working hard which was nice to see. This appears to be lack of training.

Very bad manager, he is un organized with orders, unbelievable treats people, how come his colleges not discover this mental issues, he talked to me rude, no logic after complaining passing orders they come after my order.no way administration of Macdonald accepts his management.guys observe this man, discover if I am writing correct plaint againt his behavior

Girl at drive thru was rude. Jr chicken bun was old and hard. Fries were ok. But when throwing out my garbage, I realized my extra mayo packet was expired since Jan 2023.once again. Unbelievable.
