La cuvette de la toilette (homme) est cassé et sale. De plus un itinérant dormais dans le restaurant.

Erreur dans la commande, distributeur à ketchup vide, pas de serviette de papier, café froid.

Service très lent pas capable de répondre au caisse quand son 8 deriere le comptoir les jeune s’y vous vouler pas travailler bah quoi vous faite icitte vous été incompétent

I ordered a sweet chili chicken mcwrap around 9 dollars. Then after I asked for a cup of water and the worker with glasses (male) around 11am handling the cash register, refused to give me it saying that they usually charge customers for water. I have always asked for a cup water from other McDonald's or Tim Hortons or A&W locations and have never had this problem before.

Also my McWrap had an absurd amount of sauce on it.

I will not return to this location again due to not allowing paying customers a cup with water

Le ramassage en stationnement n'était pas disponible, les seul choix étaient dans le restaurant et le service au volant qui était surchargé.

The waiting time of the drive through is ridiculously long. People often give up and leave. Very slow service.

They will never receive another positive posting from me ever again they are rude they think they could just lie to you and get away with it and when you make a comment they tell you if you don't like it you can always go somewhere else the other day I was standing in front of a cash waiting for my coffee the manager pointed at me and tried to grab my shoulder to make me move out of the way and said move I need the cash register he literally tried to grab me to pull me out of the way cuz I wouldn't move my coffee was coming and he had to wait until I got my coffee I'm the paying customer I had the right to receive my coffee which the girl was trying to hand to me but the manager tried to pull me out of the way party like that are we going to tolerate this kind of treatment from McDonald's who do these people think they are I will never again order anyting from McDonald's again I will delete the app with all the thousands of points I got on it and you know what I will go and drink cold water from the fountain and not spend a dime at McDonald's

This was probably the worst experience I had at a McDonalds. I went to the drive thru and started my order and out of nowhere the girl who was taking the order snapped at me telling me that I said I just passed by which made no sense to me. I still wanted to continue my order because my son wanted to have lunch there and she continued snapping and shouting at me giving attitude after she took my order. I don’t know where this came from. I asked her why the attitude, I didn’t understand and she was accusing me of something that I still don’t know. All this to say that I would avoid this McDonald’s. There is another one half a kilometre away.

Passage très ordinaire. Beaucoup de McDonald's dorment sur leur réputation. La salle à manger était sale, les poubelles débordaient, il n'y avait plus de ketchup dans la distributrice et plus de couvercles pour la boisson gazeuse. Comme toujours il manquait un item à notre commande, je retourne au comptoir pour me faire ignorer des employés pendant un bon 7-8 minutes. Belle stratégie, le client ne va pas s'en aller si tu l'ignore, il lui manque quelque chose pour lequel il a payé.

Et McDonald's vous faites suer à charger les sauces BBQ si nous n'achetons pas de croquettes. Vous être prêt à me payer le ketchup, mais la sauce BBQ elle non! J'achète pour plus de 50$ pour la famille et vous voulez me charger votre sauce! Sérieux là!

Service d'une rapidité exemplaire à 23 h 15 un dimanche soir au service au volant. La commande était exacte et tout était chaud.

Selon mon expérience, c’est LA succursale la plus compétente au Québec, la nourriture arrive rapidement, chaude et la commande est exacte à chaque fois. Quand j’y vais il y a jamais trop de monde, pourtant, la je viens de commander, on est vendredi à midi! J’ai passé 2 minute gros max dans le stationnement avant davoir ma commande. Merci pour votre besu travail et continuez comme ça vous êtes les pros des mcdo!

Very poor service. I was standing already calling for someone to attend to what I need, but the crew and staff where just standing chatting with each other paying no attention. I have nothing against with people who speaks French.but when it comes to service you should see to it your customer are satisfied. So far they are the only one so far we encountered with poor customer satisfaction/ service in my book. If they are not is to customer satisfaction, get a different job. Go somewhere else especially if you’re a tourist. I also bought my kid a happy meal for take out and they forget to include the drink on the box.very Bad service for a Mc Donald’s food chain.

Ils oublient toujours quelque choses quand je commande à l'auto et ne mettre jamais les sucres que je commandes dans mes très grands cafés

Tres mauvais service et manque de respect a la prise de commande. La personne se moquait avec ses collegue

Pour ce soir seulement:

Je me présente à la commande à l'auto, sans auto puisque la salle à manger est fermée depuis bientôt 1h, donc qu'il n'y a pas d'autre moyen d'y accéder.

Il n'y a qu'une voiture en même temps que moi, et on me refuse ma commande puisque je suis à pied, par mesures de sécurité, alors que je me suis déjà assuré qu'il n'y avait qu'une autre personne que moi (et même l'homme à la voiture à demander au caissier d'être gentil et de prendre ma commande avant lui.)

Rien à faire: si tu n'as pas de voiture et que tu as faim/soif mais qu'il est dépassé 23h à ce McDonald, tu n'aura rien. Très dommage car j'y vais depuis longtemps et ce à tous les matins pour un café et jamais eu de problème auparavant. Je demande une fois de pouvoir commander au volant parce que la salle à manger est fermée et on me refuse.

Décourageant.

15 minutes pour 2 crèmes glacées en période non achalandée. Certains employés ne savent pas quoi et tournent en rond.

Service misérable. Refuse de servir les clients à pieds et ne servent que les automobilistes. Je fais toute la file de voitures et on m'ignore complètement une fois rendu à mon tour sans même me signifier quoi que ce soit. Pitoyable.
