Service trop lent.
L'hygiène est négligée.
Le goût des aliments est trop mauvais.
Le rapport qualité-prix n'est pas en faveur du consommateur.
L'endroit n'est pas agréable pour les groupes ou les familles.
En résumé, je n'ai pas aimé cet endroit et les personnes avec qui j'y suis allé non plus. Je déconseille donc à tout le monde d'y aller.
Dernier point: vérifiez vos commandes avant de manger, car ils peuvent se tromper en vous servant.

(EDIT) Staff got better and I can now give 4 stars because the space is still always dirty.

Food is as expected from McDonald's but overall I would only go if I really needed to. Also staff is somewhat inexperienced.

Went in to order but needed to use the washroom first and door was locked so I asked to open the bathroom and manager told me bathrooms are closed on weekends?
I asked why and she told me those are the rules. So I took my business elsewhere. Good Job! Too lazy to clean the bathrooms so instead they keep them closed. This McDonald's is on my blacklist.

It's next door from me so we gave them enough chance to do better and it's 50/50 you might get lucky

Honestly. They take the fast out of fast food. Very slow, loud and always giving the wrong order

I’ve been a regular for years. Consistently takes 20-30+ minutes just to order a simple burger. Unhygienic dining area. Never used the bathrooms & am afraid to. This location is chronically understaffed with a high employee turnover. Manager needs to start hiring more workers and treat/pay them better because clearly they can’t attract or keep workers. At the very least staff enough people to open up the other two cash registers for once!

People are nice. The cashier gave me water instead of orange juice. I can’t say how much I am grateful. I even had the sandwich + potatoes. What a morning!

Must be the worst McDo ever. Dirty, messy, disorganized, slow and they are missing menu items regularly. Surprisingly bad, honestly!

2021 update: staff yells at one another, toilets (all of them) are blocked, and we’ve been waiting over 20 min for 2 trios with no one in line before us.

2022 update: still is the worst McDo experience of all. Complete chaos. Clients yelling at staff, staff overwhelmed, yelling at one another. Still dirty.

2023 update: still bad! Every visit is a depressing experience. The photos don’t do justice to all the beeping of the alarms that go on forever, seems like the employees don’t hear them anymore.

Aweful place, not clean, 46 minutes to order a coffe. Cashier unprofessional, after order 30 minutes, unprofessional unfortunate unacceptable, close down McDonald's, sack all staff and who locka washrooms, let there be freedom and democracy at least I'm toilets

First of all this is a Canadian McDonald’s but this workplace is awful I wonder who was the manager on the 09/06/2023 towards 8 pm because the extremely loud INDIAN music on speaker shouldn’t be normal at all! When I was giving my order the girl couldn’t even hear me but like lower the volume of the music it gave me a headache there! The Indiangirl on the shift taken on 09/06/23 with glasses has lots of attitude for absolutely no reason! I was being nice to her but I guess she doesn’t appreciate that kind of respect and loves to make awkward faces and have lots of attitude

I always come here to buy kids meal for my children. The service is always slow but yesterday and Tuesday was terrible. Tuesday I came in the evening and a girl was working alone owing to which I had to wait for approx 15 mints and yesterday the crew staff was using phone at the back and again one girl was working alone at the front

Apart from this I never seen the place clean
I had no choice because my kids like McDonald's other wise I would never like to come here

Giving one star as I had been employee there around 18 months. Else it deserve 0 only because of turban guy name Singh. He can do anything to spoil your career, and to make his lover happy on shift as she is queen of McDonalds (Parc extension). Other workers are nothing to him as my co worker told me, as well, how he behaved.
I left my job because of Singh and I did complaint to owner. I cried for what had been going through because of this so called assistant manager.you are a horrible person, therefore your are a horrible employee.

The worst experience ever, we are 4-5 people who used to buy from this macdonals daily. And there is one Indian guy with turban working from so long and i think holding manager position, he is having no sense to talk with customers and colleague. He is so rude with everyone before working anywhere he has to learn how to respect. No one is eating free here we are paying first then getting food take this on priority basis and tell him to learn some sense.

I walk inside first thing I see is this rude miserable looking human with hijab I say hello. I don't get a hello back or a smile. I ask the guy for double cheese trio he smugly responds its called a mcdouble. Then i tell him to make gcm. Then he tells me he has to charge me my fries burger and drink individually. That's not the way mcdonalds works and this litle nothing that claimed to be the manager happy. Black turben very short chubie and not pleasant to look at. Lost my appetite and left.

So rude manager having no sense to talk with their colleagues, he always shout on them in front of customers without any sense.

Had a great experience…. Morning staff and their service is great…friendly as well. Specially love the mcmuffin which i always like to have there…. Made by the same morning staff member every time
