McDonald's

Je sortais de Costco je décide passer prendre un macdo à mes 4 kids ma femme et moi (quelle erreur je n’ai pas faites) croquettes froide et sèche, les frites molle et à peine tièdes, mon bigmac a du être lancé dans la boites tellement c’était un carnage …… j’amène si jai travaillé dans se restaurant et que ji connais les difficultés j’ai jamais vue un service et une qualité aussi mauvaise en plus pour me faire comprendre en français ça été très compliqué malheureusement

Typical McDonald's, service is quick and polite the food is good and the atmosphere is typical. Later evenings there tends to be meet-ups of groups of people and it can be surprisingly busy in a good way. Bonus their ice cream machine is generally in working order

The iced tea tasted rancid, like machine cleaning products. I went back in to get a refund after I took a sip and my partner took a sip to confirm I was not crazy. The employee did not really seem concerned when I asked if someone made a mistake when setting up the soft drink syrups and tubes this morning. I asked if it was toxic. She didn’t know. It’s been a couple of days and I haven’t died but still concerning. I’ve also noticed service getting much worse in the last month. The bread is stale and the drive through takes a very long time. It’s almost like this store is cutting corners intentionally since the second McDonald’s location opened up

Usually every time i order from here its been good, but this time my order was missing alot of items. 2 Sweet and sour sauce for my chicken nuggets, the actual chicken in my crispy buffalo chicken poutine. Also no straws or utensils were in when i asked for some: (

La nourriture était excellente mais le service ne l'était pas. L'homme de 45 ans était impoli et très lent! C'était aussi une personne très bruyante et très odieuse. Si j'étais un homme de 45 ans travaillant chez McDonald's, je serais malheureux aussi, mais il ne devrait pas y travailler. Il est très mauvais pour les affaires! Ils doivent avoir désespérément besoin de travailleurs s'ils voulaient embaucher quelqu'un comme ça. Faites mieux McDonalds!

Certainly one of the better McDonald's. Great layout, clean, WiFi, great Staff & service!

Drive thru was closed and we were instructed to come inside to place the order. Then staff proceeded to prioritize the Drive thru which they told me was closed for debit. But I used debit on the self serve machine inside soooo. Not sure the deal there. But if I'm going through drive through I clearly wanted to not have to go inside.
Food was good, always better results of no substitutions and I punch it in myself

Worst possible service consistently for the last 2 years. By worst McDonald I have ever been to in canada

Honestly one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve went to, I had to go back 4times to get my order right, the food was cold and the manager was rude not only with the customers but with the staff too.

Malheureusement c'est un bel établissement, mais le service est très lent. Prévoir 15-20 minutes pour votre commande et vous ne serez pas déçu. Toutefois, les employés sont sympathiques ce qui compense. Manque une musique d'ambiance aussi un peu de Pop musique ferait l'affaire.

2 voitures, super long avant d’être servi, aucune confirmation de notre commande ni prix, personne au guichet pour payer alors on avance à l’autre fenêtre et on se fait dire que notre paiement n’a pas fonctionné. On a pas encore payé, y a personne pour nous servir! On demande une confirmation de notre commande, pas pentoute ce qu’on avait demandé. On a recommencé. On a payé. Pendant qu’on attend, les employés se gueulent après: J’va t’arracher la tête câlisse! J’va t’arracher la tête! … bref après 10 min, on nous demande d’attendre au stationnement #1 pcq notre commande n’est visiblement pas à veille d’être prête!

Je ne recommande pas, sa a pris 20 minutes avoir ma commande, ensuite ma nourriture était froide. Service à l’auto vraiment nul. Prise de commande vraiment nul aussi, juste demander le numéro de ma commande à pris 10 minutes.

Worst Mcdo I ever experienced. So many time they messed up my orders. Today, I ordered 1 vanilla ice cream in a cup and two Lime McWrap; one grilled and one crispy chicken. They give me the ice cream in a cone.no big deal i get another one while i fix the ice coffee with extra vanilla syrop (tasted only coffee). I get home, the wraps are completely wrong… both of them are crispy chicken, one is a bacon & chicken wrap, and the other one is sweet chill mcwrap. -. -

I drove back, ask for manager, explain the situation, show them the bill wich was properly ordered. She tell me DID YOU TASTE IT TO KNOW… girl the warp are in front of your face open you can see that they are wrong… she goes in the back to ask to make 2 lime mcwrap, then come to tell me that actually they run out of lime… so your telling me that when you’re running out of a product, your employee just put a random item instead!? Ridiculous

Horrible comme service. J'ai commender un café frappé. J'ai attendus 12 minutes à la caisse avant que quelqu'un prenne ma commende. J'ai attendu 37 mins pour un breuvage pis il m'ont fait le mauvais breuvage. J'ai demander pour qu'il le change, j'ai attendu un autre 7 mins pour qu'il me donne encore le mauvais breuvage. J'ai redemander pour mon breuvage. J'ai attendu 5 mins pour qu'il me donne le mauvais breuvage encore une fois. J'ai quitté après une heure à peux près d'attente pour un breuvage que j'ai même pas commander. En plus, la chef de corps dans la cuisine étais bêtes au employées lorsqu'il travaillais. Le pire c'est que j'étais pas la seule à avoir un service de shnoute. Tout le monde au tour de moi attendais jusqu'à 30-40 min et même plus pour leur commande et plusieurs entre nous avait les mauvaises commende. Service affreux. Personnellement, je reviens pu jamais à ce Mcdonald.

J'y suis allé 2x et même résultat.
Sandwich Mcmuffin dur comme de la roche et service très long et difficile. Pas reçu la bonne boisson et à chaque fois, le reçu ne sort pas du tableau de commande. Le français est presque interdit. Je prends pour manger sur place et je reçois pour emporter. Une vraie honte ce resto.
