Ive already put in a review, but this time this is actually ridiculous. Me and my partner who doesn't speak French ended up going through the drive through the 8th of October around 11: 30. My partner doesn't know how to speak French so I had to take over as the girl taking our order refused to try and speak English.which wasn't a big deal because I was there. I SPECIFICALLY ask for poutines and not fries. As I got to the windows, I asked her to confirm that I did indeed have poutines and she said no. I explained that I ordered very clearly what I ordered. When I asked her if she can make us 2 poutines, very rudely she said " no we already made it" and I tried to explain to her and her response was "are you going to pay or not? ". This is very frustrating. This girl deserves a talk on how to properly do costumer service, and how to be nice to costumers who are also humans and just want their orders right. Anyways, I highly doubt that any managers will even see this or reply or even change anything which that is also frustrating. This McDonalds is by far the worst one I've been in YEARSSS. Do not go here.

Missing entire parts of order multiple time even more so recently and it gets worse when using uber eats.

This mcdo is dirty, the people working there most of them are unfriendly. Last time I ate it I had a stomachache. Never going back

An aggressive person came in demanding free food. Could not finish my meal. Had to go in my car.

Slowest service ever doesn't matter what time of day! Ice cream machine is always out of order after 9 pm for the drive-thru customers.

McDonald’s in the Gatineau Ottawa region have the be the worst in existence.
But this one is extra special. 98% chances of having the wrong order, missing items or else. To be that bad you have to work for it.

The good thing about this McDonald, employees and manager is that they manage to make people hate McDonald. Which in the end is a good thing. If you like it and know it’s not healthy but still feel like you need some mcdo once in a while. Just go to McDonald’s here in the region. You will cure yourself of it. I know they did for me. So thank you for being so freaking bad that I now have no desire at all for it anymore.

Gatineau/ Ottawa mcdo’s thank you for making me more healthy.

Also if making burgers is an advance task for you. Please refrain to vote or participate in any decision making for our society. Our world will only be better for it.

Ordered 2 junior chicken combos to relieve kids small fry with them and warm pop, no ice was added! Tried calling to ask if this is new or they made a mistake but no one answers there!

Que dire de ma dernière visite, il y a trois jours. Un désastre total. Un échec cuisant sur toute la ligne. Si j'avais voulu attendre une demi-heure avant d'être servie, je serais allée dans un bon restaurant. Service lent, personnel désorganisé, "leader" de quart de travail aucunement proactif. Des clients sont partis soit avant d'être servis et d'autres sont entrés, ont vu et sont partis avant de commander. Ça en était risible!

Je me suis pointer 2 heures avant la fermeture et it's ont refuser de meme me laissez aller Dans le service au Volant. Sérieux?

So i ordered a double big mac combo with large fries with an extra double big mac sandwich, so than i get a cold large fries half filled, and my extra big mac that i ordered was instead a mcdouble with terrible presentation missing condiments I dont know how you fuuck that up. But you did and honestly this restaurant should either close or get new management or crew cause they are all useless and incompetent.its been a few orders they get completely wrong

42 minutes pour une commande d’un trio Big Mac, aucun achalandage. Ce restaurant est complètement désorganisé. Malheureusement, ils doivent engager n’importe qui pour compenser le manque de main-d’oeuvre. Ne pas entrer pour commander dans le restaurant, vous en sortirez jamais. Malheureusement ce restaurant terni la réputation de la chaîne et éviter autant que possible, sinon aller au prochain McDo le plus près pour éviter de perdre du temps précieux de votre vie!

Les offres ne sont pas disponibles et les personnes au comptoir sont désagréable.

Horrible. What's with the super long wait time when you have almost 15 employees at the time on the floor? As a former manager of this restaurant (night shift), it wad a horrible experience, and the management should consider other options. 30 minutes wait to order and receive is really disgusting!

Service was quick and my order was accurate. Staff were very friendly! It was a good breakfast!

Vérifiez vos commandes si vous passez à l'auto. C'est presque une erreur à toutes les 2 visites.
