McDonald's

This place used to be my go to place for burgers and coffee. Since they've got a woman manager who screams and she unable to handle herself, I can't go here anymore because of her levels of stress. I also pick-up UberEats orders here and since she is there the orders are full of missing items and late. Clients complaining all the time about it and if you dare to tell her anything she starts screaming and shouting. She really needs medication and if McDonald's doesn't act on this, this will lose a lot of customers because of this girls who is distressed and sad.
Starting with today, I will personally go to your McDonald's only to pee, because that is the only thing we can do there normally there, since that girl is there.

Young but organized staff, manager doing a great job controlling the flow of order coming in and food going out. Good to see some youth perform well in today's society. Keep up the good work

The worker was very rude once I got to the window he says what are you looking at when I was just waiting for my food.

Grand Big Mac double monté tout croche, mayo juste sur un côté dégoulinant seulement 1 tranche de bacon Chip Chip pain sec, plus ça vas plus je suis déçu!

Ce fait est très bien pour dire que votre Macdo est le meilleur.les autres Macdos sont dégueulasses!

We ordered from Uber eats waited 20 minutes, When it came it was missing 3 items and they won’t pick up are calls we are really disappointed its been couple of times and we payed 90$! But the food we received they didn’t put the right stuff we ordered i really don’t consider this Mc donalads.

Terrible mcdonald’s ordered from Uber and they forgot half the order. This is the third time in a row. Mcdonald’s management please ensure your staff double check the uber orders. What a waste of our time and had to go buy elsewhere.

I order very often and there is always something wrong but today it was out of line. I ordered about 90$ worth of food and more than half was missing and the other half was ruined or stale. We tried calling a few times and they didn’t answer once. We also tried complaining on the mcdonalds app and they only gave us back 3$! I am VERY disappointed. Never again ordering from here.

I ordered food for my son and I am a very loyal customer and I always from them. It’s been a couple of times that i order from and they forget something but today it was out of line. I payed 90$ and half of the food was missing. And the other half was completely stale. I also tried calling ALOT but no one would answer. Honestly If I could I would give it 0 star.

C'est juste un ambiance de Mcdo. Tout le monde sait c'est quoi une ambiance de mcdo.le service était bien pour des personnes payé aalaire minimum mais la cuisine était pas si cuite que ça. C'est pour cela que je donne un 3 étoiles.

Le repas m'a été servis tiède (laissé de côté pour servir la clientèle plus vite) lorsque j'ai demandé de changer l'oeuf mc muffin le gérant n'a pas dit un mot et est partie a l'arrière et m'a refait mon oeuf mc muffin qui goûtait le vinaigre et avais une margarine louche a l'intérieur je suis convaincu qu'il ont craché a l'intérieur et j'ai vomit les patates déjeuner qui étais elles aussi tiède! Bref mon estime en prend un coup

Misérable quantité de sauce à poutine, vous devriez voir mes feites sèches en dessous.pas de salades dans le double big mac à mon copain, pas de glaces dans nos boissons fruitopias. Payé 30$ pour ça.je suis bien déçu.

Btw j’ai commandé un MC crêpe. Il m’a facturé un crêpe MC muffin. Il m’a tendu la machine sans même me dire le montant et nla pas vérifié ma commande. Ils le font d’habitude! J’ai reçu saucisse MC muffin sans sauce (une commande grill) C’était même pas rush!
Prochaine fois je reste devant la fenêtre pour vérifier, pis je goûte pcq souvent il y a erreur dans le café.
Je ne vais plus à Blainville à cause de ça. Par contre, chapeau à la dame qui est souvent là le matin. Elle est sympathique et efficace!

Went to order some hot beverages the person on the mic could not hear me so asked me to speak louder as soon as I did so the manager on duty by the name of Kayla said because you're talkin allowed I'm not serving you several times so I just decided to drive off have to go on the one on Samsun where I was very well served but let me tell you what a power trip especially coming from a manager really McDonald's are not giving the taste to go there anymore I'd rather take that extra drive do go to at Tim Hortons where I'm always well treated
But for McDonald's and the franchises keep up the good work and you're very lucky that we can put zeros or minuses

Mauvais service!

Service à l’auto! Il manque les deux frites dans les 2 joyeux festins ainsi que le miel pour les croquettes! Deux enfants en pleurs rendus à la maison!

Impossible de retourner au resto avec deux enfants à rembarquer ainsi que de refaire la route!

40$ pour une commande incomplète et des enfants tristes!
