Depuis quand McDonald n’engage que des employés unilingues anglophones?
Aujourd’hui lundi le 15 janvier 2024 à 08: 26 je n’ai pas put passé une commande en français car les deux femmes au service à l’auto ne parlaient qu’anglais. Heureusement que je me débrouille très bien en anglais.

I don’t get it how incompetent the employees and on top of it the manager in charge - after taking my order wrong on the drive thru by one of the employee whom I asked 3 times to double check the order, she informed to proceed to the pick up window where they gave me half of order and the manager rahal told me i had to leave and people behind me are waiting their food and it will get cold, as if I am not a human being and other people are more important- I have to wait for my food but other no - very unprofessional and unpleasant- will never go there again

Not sure what happened to this McDonald's but the service is awful. I stood at the cash register for 20 minutes and nobody served me. I flagged down the manager, he told me to wait, walked away and never came back. I left without buying anything.

McDonald’s has such wonderful and epic taste their foods are amazing if your just someone who wants a quick snack, or a quick meal i personally think McDonald’s, has it all with their high quality good tasting food and well worth meals for a descent price range you can enjoy a at least 4-5 star meal if your savoury tasting and taste buds are making you hungry I highly recommend buying a nice meal over there or purchasing a cheap coffee at this McDonald’s it’s a great location to even do some local studying or local coffee break work or computer work it’s a fantastic place where true food and true people are met and where you can meet new people even just for a nice coffee break or lunch break.

McDonald’s has great food.

It’s a fantastic local option for you any day you feel you need a break.

In the summer you could get the best out of McDonald’s by having a nice ice cream or McFlurry. It’s just a nice location for anyone to be at.

Ordered for curbside delivery. Went inside 26 minutes later to be told by the manager "we are busy.you can wait or you can leave! "

I went there with Monica, Natalie, Sierra, and Luca for lunch, and I had a Maple Bacon BBQ Burger with fries and a Coca-Cola Zero Sugar combination for lunch

Waited 30 mins for mobile order. Went inside to inquire, was told it was busy and to be patient. After 15 more minutes, we left and will charge back the credit card.

Steady decline for this location over the last year. Do the owners ever even step foot in this establishment?

Food is good, people know their stuff, and they care about their customers. Although I prefer A & W, I can definetly say that McDonald's know their stuff when it comes to fast food and I would definitely eat here if a friend asked me to meet up here.

Service was a bit slow.
They prioritize McDrive, UberEat, Doordash before the customers on site waiting.
Atmosphere is killed by people hungry and angry waiting for their food.

Don’t even think to go there
So hot inside in summer time, cold in winter. Bad service.
Playing area dirty and sooooo hot.
Very bad experience

Although the food is always good (in the classic McDonalds sense) it is always extremely busy. Lunch time is the worst and you'll easily see 30 people standing around for their orders. There's usually 1 person at the cash which is sometimes the manager. She is sweet and tries her best but you can't help but notice they are understaffed and the kitchen seems beyond chaotic.

If you're expecting a quick in-and-out meal grab this is definitely not the McDonalds for you. Expect at least a 10 minute wait if not longer

Worst Mcdonalds I have ever been to. I had to return cold food and its not the first time, asked for extra bbq sauce and they ignored me three times when trying to get their attention after saying excuse me and the guy at the counter argued with me said he was busy and told me to SHUT UP! Unbelievably disrespectful and horribly trained.every customer around me there was saying how horrible this McDonalds is. Owner should absolutely lose his franchise! Does not represent Mcdonalds service food or experience at all!

If you're going to visit the McDonald's, you have to allow yourself at least half an hour. To get your food, If you're going to pay at the cash, allow yourself another 15 to 20 minutes more. As they don't like people who pay in cash, they're trying to teach people to use the machines by not serving at the cash register. It's pretty sad for you if you don't like to use credit cards.

Got a dollar drink using the drive through but when I got it, it was only carbonated water. Why they knowingly handed me that drink is beyond my understanding.

Went there to eat the other day and my order wasn't ready for my pickup order I ordered on my cell and when I got inside it was a manager guy he was dressed like a new dress shirt and he was talking with the window cashier in some other language anyways whatever language I think they should have been speaking either French or English so the customers could understand cuz they would look at me and talk to each other and laugh so I felt uncomfortable, Food was good though.
This place has been here forever that's very good
My dad almost bought it years back, it's all around a good place to go.
I went back lately anything they got rid of the Asian manager so hopefully the next one gives better service.

STOP ASKING YOURSELF AND JUST LEAVE AND DON'T STOP TILL YOU ORDER.
Try going and deciding what to eat only once they ask you!

Ridiculous service. 35 minutes waiting for our order as it sat in the bin. Lobby was disgusting with garbage everywhere. Not the first time we've experienced the same issue. Never going back.

Always handles busy periods better than many McDonalds. Has a veteran staff usually that is more professional than some other locations. Outdoor terrace is nice, unfortunately it's on the noisy street side. Currently under road repair July 2023.
