45 minutes dans un service à l'auto c'est épouvantable sa fais 3 fois sa m'arrive en peu de temps je retourne plus jamais jamais jamais la.

A terrible McDonald’s. It took 20minutes waiting in drove through for two ice creams. They then gave me a half full cup and I had to go inside to have it fixed. There is food on the floor, dirty tables… a sorry excuse for a restaurant

C’est normal que j’attendes 30 minutes au drive derrière une voiture et que le conducteur est en grande discussion avec le commis au service-auto? Je leur demande si c’est le resto est fermé et ils me répondent que non alors je demandes si je peux être servi et je n’ai plus de réponse. Pathétique le Mcdo de Maurice-Duplessis.

Attendre 20minute et pas capable me faire servire quand il n'avais personne à l’intérieur (client) je demande aux personnelle si je peut me faire servire me répond toute 1 instant après 20m je redemande me dise d’attendre encort final jais manquer mon buss et n’est pas eu ma commande merci à votre équipe!

Despite it being a relatively straightforward order of a Spicy Beef Poutine (without onions) and two hamburgers, I was made to wait for an unreasonable one and a half hours. Such a long delay is unacceptable and discourages future visits.
Upon finally receiving my order, I discovered that it was incorrect. Instead of the Spicy Beef Poutine that I had requested, I was given a Spicy Chicken Grilled Poutine. Moreover, the two hamburgers were cold, severely impacting the enjoyment of my meal. It was incredibly disappointing to wait such a long time, only to receive an incorrect and substandard order.
The final issue was with the monetary transaction. I handed a $20 bill for an order amounting to $13.75. Instead of receiving the correct change of $6.25, I was given a mere $0.25. This is not only frustrating but is also a significant error on the part of the cashier.
I attempted to resolve these issues by contacting the restaurant several times today, June 25th. Unfortunately, despite my numerous attempts, there was no response from the store, which further compounds my dissatisfaction with this entire experience.

The other reviews are true. Wait times are horrible here. We went at night following the dinner rush and still took forever to get an order for just two people. I went inside to order and it's not like they were short staffed. In fact, there were many young employees working in the kitchen. I was getting anxiety just watching them work. Suffice to say, it was chaotic and disorganized. Also, the manager (?) was yelling at the employees and berating them in front of the customers. I was honestly so shocked and it left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't want to support a business that mistreats its employees. Two stars is because 1) the order was right; and 2) the food tasted good. Apathetic and slow service otherwise. Go elsewhere.

Vraiment désolant pour un Mc do de quartier qui a la notoriété.
Il a souvent un problème avec les machine à boisson.
Il manque souvent un élément dans les Burger soit la tomate, laitue et autre toutefois la viande et pain y sont!
Je trouve désolant parce qu'il est achalandé, la clientèle est assez fidèle.
Ok il y a un manque de main-d'oeuvre.
On peu l'indiquer sur la panneau qu'on sache à quoi s'attendre.
La gestion vraiment faite un effort!
Pour la notoriété que vous avez dans le quartier c'est peu demander

This restaurant used to be good but lately the service is trash, I don’t know what is wrong with the owner refusing to hire more staff I’ve literally been waiting for my food for an hour and a half.

Dégueu! Payer pour manger froid, non merci. Tout les McDonald tu manges froid rien de chaud même les frites sont froide.trop Chère pour mal manger. C'étais bien mieux quand c'est sur la grill et non pas d'un tiroir de plastique. Wendy's sur le boul.des galléries d'Anjou tu manges un vrai hamburger chaud sur le grill.
