Worst McDonald's ever. And I've been to the one on rudeau st in ottawa. You hVe to ask to use the washroom. Ridiculous. It'd a McDonald's. Then when I asked they grilled me to see if I had an order. Just saying yes wasn't enough. Needed ti see the receipt in their hands. Told them to forget it. Should have canceled my order.

Then waited forever for my food. Along with the other 4 customers (was not busy) while the staff were all chatting and doing nothing while 1 guy was working. Manager was a joke. When we finally got our food it was cold. Won't stop there again. There's one maybe 5 klm down the road. It's much better

Café glacé vanille avec extra pompes de vanille. Complètement raté, en plus que le Café goûtait l'eau de vaisselle. Les toilettes sont payante d'une certaine façon car tu doit acheter quelque chose pour pouvoir l'utiliser. Pas très utile sachant qu'il est proche de l'autoroute dans une ville touristique.

Toilette avec un code un service très lent pour réaliser que j'ai un Burger pas de viande. Oui j'imagine que avec le manque de personnel mais la!

Mon dieu, quelle horreur. Frites écrasé partout par terre, poubelle qui déborde, cabaret plein de déchets laissé sur les tables, rack à couvercles/pailles, ketchup vide. Impossible d'être aussi laid, pour une ville comme st sauveur franchement. Je dis pas à 18h pendant le rush mais quand il est 15h30. ça fait dure. Le 2 étoiles c'était pour mes 2 milkshake que j'ai reçu assé rapidement. Ya au moin ça de bon

Les poubelles débordent, les table et les chaises sont sales, les sauces pour les croquettes sont collées de sauce séchée

This particular McDonald's provided me with a delicious egg McMuffin and sausage McMuffin with egg sandwich. In my 40+ years of eating McDonald's, I have never had hash browns that were so overcooked. They were dark brown and very crispy, which led me to believe that they were either re-cooked or left in the fryer waaaay too long. I like crispy, but these tasted really awful, so I couldn't eat them. By the time I had realized they weren't good, I was well on my way back to Ottawa. I just can't imagine how the employee would grab these, slip them into their paper sleeve and into my food bag at the drive thru without thinking that they looked bad, and likely would not be edible.

Will I ever eat McDonald's again? Yes, but I will check that the hash browns are golden and not dark brown before I drive away.
