Ouf.pire McDo que j'ai vu!
Service à la clientèle pourrit, on a attendu 10 min a la caisse que quelqu'un vienne nous servir, les employés nous regardaient et nous ignoraient. Le restaurant était tellement sale ça juste pas de sens! Tables pleins de cabarets pas vidé, le comptoir pout la boisson une honte tellement il était crotté, les planchers sale pleins de cochonneries, derriere une poche de lait qui coulait sur le plancher personne ne ramassait ils regardaient et aimaient mieux piler dedans. Tellement de cochonneries a terre dans la cuisine. Les toilettes l'enfer et aucun papier hygiénique dans aucune toilette!
Pas de félicitations au gérant qui était présent en plus.je lui ai même fait par de la situation et il ignorait tout simplement!

We recently had a disconcerting experience at at your Mc Donald's where our observant guest noticed a concerning food handling practice. We would like to take this opportunity to shed light on the significance of proper food handling and the importance of diligence from all members of the staff.
Between 20: 10 and 20: 25, one of our valued I witnessed the cook using the wrong tool to cut their grilled chicken. Instead of utilizing the appropriate equipment, hamburger meat tools were mistakenly employed. As many of you may know, different tools are specifically designed for diverse types of food - for good reason.
Not only does using the wrong tools compromise the quality and presentation of the dish, it also poses potential health risks. The act of cutting grill chicken with the incorrect instrument, without a cutting board, brings about the risk of cross-contamination. This raises concerns regarding food safety and the possibility of someone falling ill due to unsanitary practices.
After bringing this matter to the attention of the restaurant's manager, it was disheartening to receive less-than-satisfactory responses. Initially claiming that they did not possess a cutting board, the manager's subsequent retort - "well, I really don't care" - left much to be desired. We firmly believe that pride and attention to detail should always be central to any food service establishment.
From personal experience as a former cook at distinguished establishments such as Langleir McDonald's and St. Michele, it is clear that best practices, including the provision of cutting boards and specialized knives, are necessary in any professional kitchen setting.
We hope that this incident serves as a catalyst for change and that Mc Donald's] reevaluates its commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety. We urge the bosses to address this situation promptly and prioritize the well-being of their patrons.
As customers, it is within our right to demand safe and hygienic dining experiences. When we bring these matters to light, it paves the way for improved practices and ensures a healthier environment for all.

Pire McDo jamais visité. Après avoir placé ma commande via l'application, je signale mon arrivée dans le stationnement. Après 15 minutes d'attente, je me dirige à l'intérieur pour constater que ma commande était en préparation sur un comptoir. Je réussis à demander à quelqu'un si ma commande était prête. On me remet mon sac mais tout ce qui est dessert manque. Comme les frites était froide ainsi que les hamburgers, je demande une nouvelle commande. Ça fait maintenant 25 minutes que j'ai fait ma commande initiale. Comme la dame se tourne et demande à un autre employé de refaire ma commande, elle ajoute de prendre son temps. Je me dirige donc à la caisse et demande un remboursement. Je me suis rendue au McDo de la Place Versailles, j'ai reçu tout ma commande en moins de 5 minutes.

Le pire mc do du canada. Pas de glaçons, pas de ketchup, pas de tickets dans les bornes (chose qui est dans tout les mc do du canada), service il faut demander à plusieurs reprises et très très long.bref c'est un manque de considération en vers les clients.

C’est un McDonald assez occupé dependament de l’heure qu’on y vas.
Le service toujours courtois, l’intérieur est propre, toujours beaucoup de stationnement disponible.
Quand il s’agit d’un cornet de crème glacé, c’est l’endroit où le cornet est au moins 5 pouces de haut! Assez impressionnant, j’ai vraiment plus faim après

I went there to pick up an order as uber eats driver, the two late night staff didn't want to communicate at all. I had to wait 10 mins and still no response. Id knock and smile but all they did is look at me and walk away. At least, if they let me know something, it would have been easy to understand. Worst mcdonalds, truly most unprofessional employees, just as a person you cant threat people like this.

Si je pouvais donner 0 je le ferais. Plein de monde qui attendent autant au service à l’auto qu’à l’intérieur, il fait chaud, les gens se plaignent. L’attente est interminable. 25 min avant d’être servis. Nourriture froide. Creme glacee fondue. Ils ne roulent pas du tout ces étudiants!

Vous n’êtes pas pas capable d’exploiter un restaurant, vous êtes incapables! Après 30 minutes d’attente j’ai demandé à être remboursé. Vous êtes juste pas bon. Incapable. Vous devriez rendre service aux gens et juste fermer.
