Am shocked. The girl didn’t get my order because she didn’t understand what does it mean (vanilla ice cream regular one (standard one) in a waffle cup, l don’t know how to explain it with more details, l spent my time in a huge line! Am pregnant and get absolutely horrible service! I Don’t recommend that MC.

Some of the workers are on “slow mode”. When we placed the order the girl serving us mixed the order, she didn’t know how to use rewards points. Because of her we lost 10k points. The place is dirty, tables with food rests … disgusting

Pire mcdo ever je suis premier en fil a l'intérieur et sa leur a prit 8 min avant de prendre ma commande car il son tros occuper a passé le monde a commande a lauto on dirait cest leur priorité il sans calis du monde dans le resto quand tu leur demande si jl vienne te servire il te dise dattendre et disparaît en arriere ou préfère passer les commande uber avant le.monde qui son dans le resto belle gang qui se pogne le beigne

Absolutely horrible i ordered online and i called because the door was locked she said oh i don’t speak english and hung up. I called again she heard my voice then hung up all meanwhile i already ordered. I called several times one of them where she said she was busy and simply hung up until she picked up after i got mad she suddenly spoke good english and understood me fully.horrible service very rude everytime i called i was very respectful and nice until i lost it when i realized she was doing it on purpose.

Wait a minute, Why this McDonald is so outdated? They don't have a screen to show thr status of orders. They don't even know who have ordered what and they blindly gave the wrong order to customers.

Le plus degueulasse des mcdo que j'ai visité dans ma vie, sans parler du 20 minutes d'attente pour un burger FROID venant d'un " Fast Food ".

Good when they wanna be. Horrible when they wanna be. Never have chaussons (apple pies) one of mcdonalds most iconic snacks. They dont have Wraps or many fresh baked goods… They use the excuse that it’s a small location to be less than mediocre. It was one of the best McDonald’s locations about 4 years ago. Now it’s a big hit or a big miss.

McDonald reste McDonald qu'on soit à Bejing, à Bruxelle, à Dallas ou à Fontainebleau. Si cette revue serait pour juger de la qualité de la nourriture, ce serait un 5 étoiles pour la rigueur du menu. Par-contre, un McDonald est jugé sur son service, ce qui n'est pas la forte de cette franchise; personnel indifférent, camaraderie gênante dans la cuisine, respect limite de sa clientèle, temp d'attente parfois déraisonnable. Comme c'est le cas de plusieurs commerces du quartier, ils ont l'avantage d'avoir l'exclusivité d'un certain territoire ce qui leur donne cette "Marge de manoeuvre".
