This location is closed. They have removed the McDonalds sign above the entrance and a tarp is covering the opening.

Waited 26 minutes for chicken sandwich trio. It supposed to be fast foods place.
Everyone working there seems to have time and very relaxed answering phone calls, eating food themselves while working. Worst MacDonald ever!?

Poorly run location. Self service kiosk out of paper. Understaffed, poorly trained personal. Waited forever for 2 coffees. Mentioned to the counter person thst they were out of paper in the kiosk, and she just shrugged. Coffee was old and stale tasting. Not my 1st bad experience with McDonald's in Walmart, which would explain why a lot of them have closed. Not sure why McDonald's is allowing their reputation to be be run through the mud by these poorly run locations.

Horrible. I went in McDonalds just to get myself a late night snack and I saw an employee stealing a kid's Happy Meal. It might seem fake to you but trust me.worst experience at that unhealthy fast-food place

I tried to pay with my phone and he said it was declined so I paid with my card and then few days later I receive a notification that I was charged twice for the same meals

Very small, very busy. I've never seen more than 3 people working here at a time, when they probably need a minimum of 6 employees/shift. Employees are doing the best then can, but of course, things suffer when you're understaffed.

Ive been to mcdonald in the east and west and this place hands down makes THE BEST ICE COFFEES. Summer drink vibes

Worst poutine ever frozen cheese cold gravy, not enough gravy rude staff. Extremely disappointed

This McDonalds is by far the least competent and most aggravating customer experience.
It’s a wonder Fred Cassir has managed to keep his franchise liscence.
It’s a shame McDonalds has allowed its standards to drop so embarrassingly low.

Placed our order and they cancelled it. Asked for Ronald and Kayla hung up on us. Definitely not a happy meal.

Jadis chez McDonald's c'était le festival de la mouette. Maintenant c'est le festival de l'attente. Pleins de jeunes employé. E.s à leur premier emploi dirigé par un gérant qui semble aussi perdu que la saveur dans les boissons en fontaine. Une grande portion d'eau avec une cuillère de résine de saveur, quelle belle idée pour faire 500% de profit subtilement.

I got fries and they were stale. I would give 1 but I don't want to do that just for fries; that's all I got.

We went in around 7: 30pm for a quick meal 1st time eating at this location we are new to the area. 3/4 of the restaurant was blocked off it had been cleaned and closed. Store doesn't close till 9pm?
The mc chicken sandwiches were either overcooked or had been sitting for hours they were really hard, and had very little sauce on them.
The Apple pies were definitely there since the morning or the day before
they were really hard and all dried up.
Shame on the staff for letting it go this bad.
The only good thing was the Fries that we had to wait for and cooked while we waited for them.

Worst service ever. They never have the toys for happy meal. So you have to be ready to handle an unhappy 4 years old. Today she even forgot to give me the apple pie. Fries were cold and sogy. It wasn't even busy and I was the only customer. Seems like the "Customer Service" committed suicide at every McDonald's.

The young lady getting the orders last new year’s eve 2018 was really courteous and nice. But the manager (black guy i never got his name) should be more strict as far as CLEANLINESS and SANITATION are concerned. Please Tell your kitchen people especially the male kitchen workers to WEAR GLOVES everytime they toss burger buns and/or making burgers to the stove or griller or whatever it is called these days. I wish i would be able to give 2 and a half stars.

I ALWAYS support McDonald's on McHappy Day as it's charities benefits our support.

Albeit it's a big day, this particular McDonald's had nothing to show off McHappy Day. Yes the TV monitor showed a Big Mac, Happy Meal and a coffee, it had no fan fare whatsoever for this day.

Coming from work the McDonald's near highway 40 just off Sources Blvd you could hear music playing and employees interacting with people to come into the store.

Anyway, this McDonald's doesn't have the umpf but as for my meal.my Big Mac was very good. I think I eat one once a year. Fries were hot and tasty.the low score was the cleanliness of the store. Dirty and tables not cleared and the drink dispenser was messy. No napkins.too bad and so sad
