Je ne conseille pas cette endroit, j'ai fait une intoxication alimentaire après avoir mangé un junior au poulet.

Le PIRE McDonald's qui existe. Personnelle endormi parle aucunement français, plusieurs fois des erreurs dans la commande, reçu un frappé chai qui goûtait le yogourt périmé. Vraiment mauvais services et très mauvaise expérience je ne recommande a personne d y allé

Couldn’t decide what I wanted, Manager Matthew suggested a junior chicken with thai sauce and it was really good. Thank you Matthew for the help

What a bad service. Waited around 40 minutes for food. I’m recommending don’t go there if you are travelling. Washroom also dirty.

They always forget my sauces for my nuggets! To a point I feel like they get offended by me asking if they put my sauce in the bag.

This is the slowest mcdonalds, dare i say, in the world. I lost a full tank of gas waiting in the drive thru. Not fast food by any means. Go if your desperate and dont mind waiting 15-20 mins for food & on top of that they often make mistakes in the order.

I ordered (by car) 2 burgers and a one happy meal with 3 fries for $23.5 when I got home there was only 1 burger and 1 happy meal, aIthough I repeated what I ordered several times before receiving it!

25 minutes pour recevoir 2 café et 4 chocolat chaud en dehors des heures d'achalandage c'est un gros négatif!

De passage au service au volant.
WOW, un McDonald's très efficace, service rapide, employé poli et professionnel.
Des frites chaudes et croustillante, un soda fontaine bien gazéifiée.
Et le burger chaud aussi.

Slow, employees are basically untrained children who huddle around the fries station while a load of people wait and aren't getting served.

They let delivery drivers languish there for 15-20 minutes at a time and give attitude when asked for updates.

Basically run by children who couldn't care less about customer satisfaction

Gets the job done when that craving comes a knockin. Should go without saying, but try avoid visiting during peak lunch and supper hours as the wait times can be a lot longer than expected.

Complete chaos! Food ready to serve but not coming out. There is a glass of coke that was spill on the ground in front of the main counter and no one is cleaning it. Cannot recommend.

Don't like the way we get served I preferred the way it was before. Order on a machine and then wait your number. And if you want a coffee after supper or lunch you got to order it again and wait your number. I'll go somewhere else.

Dommage de pas se faire comprendre pour notre commande en plus de pas la recevoir comme il faut, tout était froid, normalement on doit servir les derniers clients comme ci c'était les premiers de l'ouverture.

Situé a côté de l'autoroute, difficile de venir pour un piéton, service au volant, wifi disponible, nourritures similaires au autres Mcdo. Lorsque je suis venu vers 21: 00, j'ai attendu 10 mins pour ma commande mobile.

Ordered chicken nuggets for our kids and wondered why they started to cry… They gave our kids spicy McNuggets even though we ordered the regular ones.

Never been in a McDonald's that is so disorganised. Extremely slow service even with at least 10 people in the kitchen. 30 min for a trio is way to slow for a McDonald's. Top it off with a stale bread for my burger.

Service au volant fonctionne au ralentis, manque d'employés dû à la pcu. À la caisse c'était très bien, ils font ce qu'ils peuvent afin de réduire le temps d'attente.

Service was slow. I ordered ahead online. App said to let mcd's know when I arrived. Did so and waited 15 minutes fur a days McDuffie in the in-car pick-up spot.

Rest was fine

I'm changing my review since the last few times I've been, I had to wait 20 minutes or more to have my order corrected since the wrong one was provided when ordering on the mobile and picking it up at the drive through. Usually missing items.

I ordered Uber eats from this location and they forgot my husband hamburger. Not fries not extra sauce his literally sandwich. This place is the literal definition of “one job” and they couldn’t even do that.

My kids are loyal customers for McDo for long years, few days ago we got 3 happy meals, we found out toys are missing, today i showed the receipt and asked for the toys and the lady checked with the manager who refused to give the toys to the kids! That is so mean and the kids promised they are not coming back anymore

Nous avons commandé un sandwich déjeuner au poulet et il était bon. Par contre, il n'y avait aucun sucre dans nos cafés glacés. Nous étions très déçus.

Toujours des problèmes de commande ou il manque souvent de quoi dans ma commande. La bouffe est plus ou moins frais. Il ya des choses à changer!

Il fut un temps où le service a l'auto McDonald's était rapide. Maintenant ils te font payer et ils t'envoie dans un stationnement à numéro où le numéro est très mal indiqué (peinture au sol effacé et pancarte non existante.) Ensuite tu attend 15-20 minutes pour ton junior au poulet et si tu est chanceux, ils ne se sont pas trompé dans ta commande. C'est quoi le problème à servire un client a la fois?

20 minutes pour avoir deux McFleury pis y’a personne dans le restaurant sauf nous. Vraiment un mauvais service.

The crispyest breakfest potatoes that I ever had. The service demanded for the coupons before hand but I mean we are the customers and it was a simple mistake.the cashier was rude but we overlooked that because we are rude.

Morning time RUDE service.
Night time do didn't believe about missing items till I ordered 6 chicken nuggets with another trio for my daughter through the drive in order when arriving home may daughter told that there's only four pieces instead of 6 didn't believe her till I saw it with my own eyes.

Went to 3 different locations (Laval) to pick up breakfast. McMuffin. One replaced hash brown with french fries. 2nd one has no egg related breakfast products and the 3rd had one order with hash browns and french fries in the other.
Not very enjoyable for $14.for two. Coffee was eh.
My loyalty to this brand has been tested and an epic fail is the result!

Very slow service, young employees looking like they do not want to be working.no smile no courtesy! Always need to double-check your order since it's always wrong! Everything gets thrown in the bag messy burgers

Unfortunately it seems they can never get an order right. I used Uber on my last order. Pancakes were missing but the syrup was there. Bacon McMuffin no cheese ended up arriving sausage mcMuffin no cheese. The two burritos came out of the freezer. Not warm. We ordered 4 meals and 3 were wrong. There is no pride taken in the work that is done.

Pire experience au mcdo ever. Oubliez les quick stop, vous en avez pour au moins 10-15 minutes toutes les fois (même pour un café seulement). J'y vais souvent pour prendre des boissons chaudes et je dois toujours attendre un bon moment avant de recevoir ma commande, remis par un employé avec un air bête, qui ne s'excuse pas pour le délais et qui semble nonchalant.
Toujours très déçu par ce mcdo.

Le McDonald's de Laval rue Desserte ouest coin 100e rue fait pitié côté services aux clients surtout si vous allez au comptoir pour du service et faire une part afin que le personnel garde son job, bien sûr si le personnel vous ignore au comptoir, à quoi bon de vouloir les aider si eux ne s'aidant pas! Ai été témoin de plusieurs erreurs dans les commandes des clients et j'étais là environ 30 minutes faisant face au comptoir de service! Triste pour clients

Found a hair somehow in the smoothie which was disgusting. Also found several eggshells in my egg McMuffin.

I have never seen an awful service
I waited 15 minutes for ice cream
Then i finally just left without it

Sérieusement McDonald ce n’est plus ce que c’était.services de plus en plus long la qualité des aliments horribles du poulet et viande qui reste dans le réchaud c’est évident qu’il y a un manque de personnel. Je croyais c’était seulement un mcdo mais la majorité des mcdo de laval sont dans le même état. Moderniser et actualisé le look peut garder vos clients seulement quelques mois encore parce que il y a certainement un travail à faire sur la main-d’oeuvre. C’est la dernière fois que moi et mes deux enfants mangeons au mcdo quand une petite de 5 ans te dit papa le goût est différent c’est que Mcdo a un réel problème.

To the guy who saw the double big mac with bacon order with a sausage McMuffin on Uber eats and made the big mac quarter pounders and placed them properly so I could fit the sausage McMuffin mess free in between, you're a legend, or just has high as I was.

I asked to use my coupon from the MCDomalds app and the cashier told me it’s not necessary but she charges me 0.82$ more.listen I will not complain for such a small amount but come on. I asked you to scan my coupon.this is just not right.
