Salle les portes des étage fermé entassé les uns sur les autres certains ne connaissent ni le deo ni les douches à première vue.du coup j'avais le choix manger dehors avec les échappement de voiture ou manger dedans debout avec les odeur corporelle à faire vomir humm dilemme

Takes orders after 12 am when they close. Employees dont speak either English or French, can’t even explain why they’re closed past time. Order is still on screen even though they’re closed.

Came at lunchtime, was moderately busy, definitely not really a rush though, and so food was very fast. I ordered using the app, but despite selected “Dine In”, no tray, and it seems nobody is being given trays, which is annoying, because everyone is just eating over their bags. Overall, quite average, no major complaints, food is fine and they didn’t mess up my customized toppings.

Pire McDo que j'ai vu de ma vie! Les tables sont sales, les poubelles débordent. Impossible de se faire servir en français et la lenteur du service est pitoyable. Sans compter que les commandes sont erronées puisque le personnel ne parle pas un mot français et à peine quelques mots anglais. Le tout était très froid. Vraiment désagréable comme visite.plus jamais!

The staff is terrible.everything is done slowly.with bare hands and no gloves.it's horrible.waited 30 minutes for ice cream.and it looked terrible

Honestly I’m one of Mcdonalds regular customers, but day by day I become more and more embarrassed to be constantly buying from this horrible place. Staff are unbelievably rude, burgers are put together in an embarrassing way, and they randomly close even though it’s supposed to be 24/7. The place consists of unbelievably incompetent management, with even more incompetent and rude staff. I literally only eat there out of necessity since I’m a university student.

You can’t wash your hands unless you go on the third floor and touch plenty of doors on the way back. The toilets on the first floor are always closed.

I really like this McDonald's! First floor can feel a little cramped and crowded. But upstairs is always cleaner and calmer. And you can charge your phone up while eating.

Beyond any comment regarding fast food, I'll always remember the place where I've found warmth and smiles after 30min walking on the snow. Thanks McDo!

No bad, but they always seems to be short staff, in the end they do their best to serve us as fast as they can.

Customer service was so-so. Dirty place. No cleaning. Although there is no rush and barely no customers in line, no staff cleaned the bins for hours. Poor.

Decent mcdonalds location. Not the best around. Upstairs makes it worth the stop after a long day to just sit and relax

Nice place, good service, spoke a little bit of both languages (English and French) it was very big and had 4 floors.

It's alright if you want a quick bite of food. Counter area gets crowded as there's not a lot of space, it's pretty clean and the food is, well it's McDonald's so it's alright. On the plus side, there's free wifi that works well

It's a McDonald's, so I'm not sure what anyone expects. Clean spot, friendly service, no parking lot I could see.

The service was super and the timing was perfect. The food was great. The staff were friendly and the food we order was as expected.

I will strongly recommend that because my wonderful experience lived here consists, the quality of your meals and drinks is very good, the prices is very affordable, your employees and your owner is friendly, nice and welcoming and i considered this place very cozy, convenient and contemporary. Plus, this McDonald's has 4 floors. The 4th floor is opened when the habs play.

Food good service was good. Sometimes feels like it takes longer then it should to get food and the bathrooms on the first floor are always out of order.

Lot of places to sit. 3 floors with one reserved for groups (the second floor) and the third floor dedicated to the Montreal Canadians where you can watch sports.the bathroom are at the third floor though.every floor has the drinks machine where you can refill like you want.there is also an elevator and it's wheelchair accessible.the bell centre is just on the other side of the street so if you dont want to pay a lot of money for your food if you have a show just gothere instead of a burger at 15$ youre going to have it at 5

This place is worth reviewing. For a fast food place, they keep it super clean and well staffed. The service is very friendly and food comes out fresh majority of the time I come here.

I kindly refused using a take-out paper bag yesterday at McDonalds and despite me actually saying: "I don't need to waste a bag" the girl takes it and throws it directly into the trash. Like clockwork. Wasteful wasteful wasteful.

I mean.it's McDonald's. It was clean, food was the same pretty much as any McD's. I was able to get in and out with takeout in under 10 mins.

I read some of the reviews and I think people like to vote McDonald's low because it's McDonald's.it's a big corporation, it's evil, and serves unhealthy food.thing is we buy it.and it terms of looks this place is great.it's the same price as the other McDonald's.not sure how they can afford it.but it's nice.hence I give it five stars because it's a nice McDonald's and I appreciate the effort and money spent on this location.

Beau restaurant en face du centre Bell. Le service était quand même assez rapide et très sympathique. Notre commande a été livrée telle que demandé. Manger au 3e étage est agréable et assez tranquille.

Went for breakfast early, and the service was terrible. It was very quiet and I was in there with one order ahead. The girl who took my order, was lost in space and managed to mess my simple order up. She was even asking her co workers what to put in my bag next. Never seen that before. Then I got the food, which was very poorly prepared and tasted horrible. One of the worst McDonald's I've been to.

As I was ordering, a man came in the restaurant, hopped over the counter and started yelling at the manager. The man then proceeded to threaten the employee for about 5 minutes by saying things such as " Ont fait ça live", " Sort dehors si t un gros neg" and "tu vas prendre une balle". Anyways all this to say that even with the drama that unfolded the staff still managed to get me my buffalo poutine in under 10 minutes. 5 stars

I go to this place usually in a rush for a show and twice now I get to the fountain pour my drink go upstairs only to realize theres noore syrup. So I find myself drinking club soda cause there's no time to go back downstairs to get some else or have to settle for a drink I won't like. They are not sharp on their prep. It is important

Consistently atrocious service. Shift bosses have zero leadership over the line, and don't train their staff adequately.

Constantly chatting employees who all stop preparing meals, chat among themselves, and then continue. 20 minutes for a quarter pounder with 3 orders in the queue! I've been several times, give them a chance, and always the same nonsense.

You're a fast food joint. Your reason for existing is TO BE FAST.

If you're hungry and in a rush, do yourself a favor and walk 1 block up the street to Pizza Dany. Even with the walk, you'll eat sooner.

The staff here did a better job of meeting medical dietary restrictions with MUCH less notice than the staff at 9-4-10 did next door.

Service efficace, beaucoup de monde avant un match ou un évènement au Centre Bell. La propreté laisse un peu à désirer. Remplir les machines à boissons ne serait pas un luxe.
