Je n'ai jamais couru autant après un professionnel qui ne retourne même ses messages, il a reculé ma date de transaction car il n'était pas prêt et même après 3 mois de l'achat je n'ai toujours pas les papiers de la maison que j'ai achété. Les 2 courtiers immobiliers ainsi que le vendeurs ont vécu énormément de stress du à ce notaire complétement déconnecté des besoins de ses clients. Je ne le recommande pas du tout.

David handled the purchase of a condo for me. Can't recommend him enough, courteous, speedy and great communication throughout the entire process.
I see a few reviews on here complaining about pricing but in my experience he was one of the most affordable notaries around and there were no surprises whatsoever throughout the process.

Highly recommend, I'll be back myself next purchase.

We needed a Deed of Acquittance once our home was paid in full as proof that our home had no liens, loans, etc.for banking purposes, selling purposes, all loan inquiries. Mr. Toledano was very professional, provided us with all the legal forms necessary and the notarized service needed to secure us in this matter. All pertinent legal abiding forms were sent directly from his office to our bank. We are retired and have no worries for our future. Even afterwards when we misplaced a copy of a form, (for our files) he quickly emailed them to us.

I just wanted to share that I have been a customer of Mr Toledano twice now, for the sale of my condo and also to have my will done - he is professional, courteous, and a true pleasure! Don't listen to any of those terrible reviews on yelp - they're likely fakes!
