Worst experience I had so far at garages
They billed me crazy fees and you can’t leave until you pay with your truck. Then your only option is to go to a small court claim. While I was waiting for my estimate, they started working on my truck and claimed that I asked them too. Once you complain to them, they quote you even more cause you are stuck there. I am speaking with my lawyer so that maybe they can’t do this to others in future.

Their price is higher than everywhere and they just said we don't care about other garages and prices. This is our price. I will never return to this place and I will not recommend it to anyone. They do not respect the customer and only care about money.

The right place to pass car inspection. I have a car with rebuilt title from Manitoba. So I need two inspections to register in Quebec. If you take care of your car and body is straight you will get papers. And also I suggest to check your car with your mechanic before doing safety road inspection. Guys are friendly! Good luck

Les factures gonfle a bloc. J''amne le camoin et la remorque a 8h30 et j'ai le pris a 21h30
13h pour changement d'huile, graissage et l'inspecrion au prix de $1700.
Eviter a tout prix

They did what was required for my inspection. On one vehicle they made me put on day time driving lights before getting cert. Jeep was from USA. Professional and honest. I would recommend.

Une Grosse Arnaque! N'allez pas la pour votre inspection mécanique SAAQ. Une belle gagne d'incompétents qui se feront un plaisir de vous surcharger.

Ils ont demander de réparer le véhicule quand ils n y avait aucun problème. Ils ont dit que la seconde inspection serait gratuite. Finalement elle ne l était pas et on refuser d'amettre qu'il n'y avait aucun problème. 180$ pour rien

I went there for mechanical inspection of an out-of-province passenger vehicle and the staff were very clear, helpful and friendly in explaining to me what was required of my car for the inspection. Scheduling was simple, and on the day of my inspection my car was promptly inspected and everything was clearly explained to me. Their help BEFORE the inspection proved to be very helpful as my car met all the required criteria and passed. I would recommend them for friendly and expert service dans n'importe quelle langue, Francais ou Anglais. Centre mechanique d'excellence, fortement recommande.

Its a good place if you know the problem, they charged me for something they were not able to fix and not even able to figure out the problem.

Terrible customer service. Hostile, unfriendly staff. Don't go here if you can't speak French unless you like resentment. Owner doesn't care abour customer service. Their reply was, "We always try to do the best we can. "

Je me suis présentée la semaine dernière pour une vérification mécanique pour la SAAQ d’une caravane à sellette que je voulais achetée. La caravane était à une heure de route du garage. J’ai payé un transporteur pour faire transporter la caravane jusque-là. Suite à l’inspection, une petite vis était un peu dévissée sur l’échelle de la caravane et un « bearing » de roue était lousse. Ils ont refusé de faire le travail immédiatement même si ça ne prenait que quelques minutes, ils voulaient me donner un rendez-vous le lendemain. J’aurais donc dû faire retourner la caravane d’où elle venait et payer encore mon transporteur le lendemain. Aucune accommodation n’était possible avec eux. J’avais pourtant demandé au téléphone, lorsque j’ai pris le rendez-vous, s’ils pourraient faire les réparations s’ils trouvaient des non-conformités en leur expliquant que je venais de loin, ils m’avaient dit oui.
Mon ami a pris un tournevis et a revissé la vis de l’échelle, ça a pris 5 secondes. Nous avons demandé qu’ils nous prêtent quelques outils pour qu’on fasse la réparation nous-même sur place mais ils ont refusé. Nous sommes allés voir le garage d’en face qui est aussi un mandataire de la SAAQ (TruckMaster), et il a accepté de serrer le « bearing » de roue immédiatement pour nous accommoder. Ca a pris 15 minutes et tout était réglé.
Je ne recommande pas le garage Mécamobile car il n’y a aucune accommodation possible avec eux, ils sont arrogants et ils n’ont aucun jugement lorsque vient des situations particulières comme la mienne.

Ever i had my truck 1.3 million 1st time i saw for oil change in over 700$ AT MECA VAUDREUIL QC. They more expensive then Dealer only for oil change. At dealer all those thinks at globocam also break adjust plus inspection of ur vechile with greese 390+ TAX. Parts as filters triples price then dealer AT MECA same detroit filters. Make sure ask them price before to for oil change.i was stuck on this place thts my 1st & last time. I was think before to reccomended this place with my friends. But im sorry.
