Medical Clinic Carron

Dr Lam is the best family doctor she really cares about the patients. I agreed with the other comments about the other that the receptionist has something to improve. All my stars go to Dr Lam.

Rude receptionist and hard to communicate via the phone. It is hard to find a family doctor nowadays so I am sticking to this clinic. I would recommend avoiding this place.

Avoid this clinic. (Don't worry, they are not accepting patient, either.)

My family doctor recently moved to a different clinic. However, the file was not transferred but deleted from their system.

I tried to explain the situation. The secretary doesn't let me speak and hang up. Very polite, thanks for your decency!

The worst and very rude, inpatient reception. If you have option to get other clinic, do not deal with this one.

It is normal you need to wait an hour even you have appointment. It is known for the rude in reception. Chinese seniors has no choice. Chinese saying "Too many monks, not enough porridges"

Can I give -10 star? The receptionist is so rude and impolite, no respect for the patients at all. I called back for an time change in a polite way, she replied "make up your mind before calling! You are making unnecessary calls! ". But answering calls and taking appointment aren't supposed to be her job?

可以給負10粒星嗎？ 掛號員非常不禮貌，根本不尊重病者。 在電話中我有禮貌地要求改時間，她不耐煩地回答: “你諗清楚先打嚟！打咁多次！”。想問接聽電話和預約不應該是她的工作嗎？！

Arrived at 10: 30am for my appointment of 10: 40am for a dermatologist. It is currently 12: 30 and still haven’t called my name. Receptionnist are super rude and unattentive. Would not recommend.

The receptionist was so rude. She just hung up on me when I was asking to get my file back. I don't think you should do that to any human being.
