I hired Me. Shoib Rabbani and his team to work on an acquisition of 5 private medical clinics in Montreal. The complex and time consuming negotiations took over 6 months. Despite the many hurdles, we felt like he always had our best interests in mind and aligned with our needs and wants. He was well respected by the sellers legal team as well. The final closing days were absolutely incredible to watch from the sidelines as he worked into the late hours of the night to make it all work in time. You cannot go wrong with Medicaloi. Shoib WOWs me and overdeliver every time I talk to him. Past year I have dealt with 3 lawyers all of them overpromising and underdelivering.
