Too many incompetent secretaries who think and act as if they are specialists, doctors, or nurses, are extremely rude and loud. They ask the most unnecessary questions and play a game of Russian telephone among themselves, causing confusion and delays. However, the professional staff, such as the nurses and doctors, are very nice and efficient, working quickly and remaining focused on their tasks. I would give 5 stars to the professional staff only.

I've literally been calling none stop for the past hour and a half. It is impossible to get through. The phone line cuts while you are waiting for someone to answer. I'm in lots of pain and need to get a hold of my doctor before the weekend as they are closed.absolutely useless.

I had a appointment with Dr. MINH HA VO, she is very nice and polite.she understand my all problems. 100% recommended her. Shekhar

The receptionists are quick an helpful (both on phone and in-person), however the medical examination itself was appalling.

Had an ultrasound for kidney stones and the doctor/technician was in a hurry to leave. He gave a brief "I don't see anything, I'll send the results to your doctor" before going to exit the room. I had to stop him mid-way through the door to ask if he noticed anything unusual, since I did feel pain - he interrupted with a brisk "I have no explanation" before walking out.

I understand that it's not the technician's job to diagnose, but surely they can answer my questions and not act like I'm a waste of their time?

My Dr. Minh Ha Vo is awesome who has helped me with my depression and also Ida the secretary is so calm and professional when speaking to her.

I was reading some poor reviews and am very confused. The staff have always been so friendly and helpful with me. Sarah especially has helped me tremendously throughout the process of transitioning to this clinic. I am now finally on track to actually solving my health issues as a direct result of her help. Nothing but positive feelings toward the clinic and Dr. Feratovic as well. Thank you!

J'ai vue la secrétaire, sortir de son poste, pour demander à un patient âgé qui attendait sa fille depuis un moment.
"Avez vous soif? Faim? " Y a répond. Oui
Elle lui à donné un boost à boire un peu de sucre.
J'en ai eu les larmes aux yeux.
J'ai travaillé milieu hospitalier, 5 ans.
J'ai jamais vu ça, et tout le monde sait combien d'heures on attend à l'urgence.
C'est bon pour l âme de voir ça.

Je suis allez passé ce matin, mon échographie, j ai été très bien reçu, ça pas pris beaucoup de temps, bravo au personnel, et à Johanne qui a été très patiente avec moi. Continuez votre bon travail, en ses temps difficiles avec la 7ième vague de la pandémie. Courage

He is rude, condescending and cares nothing about his patients. I asked him to refer me back to my orthopedic surgeon. He said he is not calling all over town. This is how he is. He also missed something very important in my blood tests. I will NEVER go back.

Impossible de rejoindre une réceptionniste, aucune option au téléphone pour leur parler. Le medecin que j’ai vue viens de graduer et j’avais l’impression que je la dérangeais.

The phone service was horrible. In person the Doctor was fine. I wouldn't call the support staff unfriendly, but they didn't seem all that friendly.

Très mal service, comme ça que un échographie urgent, le R. V.en 28 jours, aujourd'hui 24 August 2021 et le R. V.en 28 jours que est que passe. Manque de quoi, là madame dit allé allé a l'hôpital y ce tout ahhhhhh.

Sérieusement la, ça fait 20 minutes que j'attend au téléphone pour parler à la secrétaire de mon médecin de famille concernant mon rendez-vous à venir et, dans le message d'attente rien n'indique que c'est fermé entre 12h et 13h et la, à 12h50 la secrétaire me répond pour me demander de rappeler après 13h (dans 10 minutes genre) car la clinique est fermée! Hellooooo c'est pas fermé elle vient de me répondre! WoW!

Secretary is rude and very dismissive my dr. Is dr. Marie claire uamariyia and shes an amazing doctor I love her she gives me the attention I need but her secretary has absolutely no manners whatsoever hung up on me twice before I finished and when a nurse called to get my file on behalf of another doctor she told me the exact same thing how rude the secretary was I thought it was just me but after seeing all the comments on here I guess it's not just me if ur not there to help the patients then get out of the secretary business and the wait times are over 30-60 minutes every time and often times the line goes dead now dont get me wrong my doctor as I said is great but the way the secretary office is handled gives the clinic as a whole a bad name since their the front line from the patient to the doctor.

They are the worst Service I even received. Reception is rude, 9 out of 10 time I can't connect with anyone just wait on the line forever. I received no call by my family doctor after I booked my appointment Month ago. What is wrong with this place! The Government need to shut it down!

I called many times to make an appointment with my doctor, the receptionists let me wait for hours with loud music in my ear and I still could not get through. My doctor is that buzzy that he cant see me? I am his patient for over 30 years and was seen by another doctor. I had an infection and was given something what was not compatible with my heart medications, a good thing my pharmacist knottiest and gave me a different one. I am very disappointed in my doctor. I can't even get my yearly blood test.

Extremely unprofessional and rude receptionist, was on hold for 50 minutes and essentially got yelled at for calling to ask a question for which I never got an answer. Would give negative stars if possible.

J'ai reçu un appel de mon médecin, car vous pouvez voir qu'il faut être hystérique pour que vous puissiez faire votre travail, vous êtes le pire personnel administratif et je vais continuer à me plaindre jusqu'à ce que vous changiez d'attitude.

Poor service, rude doctor, go elsewhere if you can. I myself was a receptionist at medical clinic for 30 years. They a disgrace to the medical field.

So bad.disorganized, doctors are either rude or make mistakes, wait on hold and after a long wait I was promised to be called back and it never happened.
Dr dello sbarba was excellent but since she left I have no reason to keep coming here.

I booked an appointment with Dr. Daniel for Oct 9th the night before, I received no call on my scheduled appointment time. I booked another appointment for around 2pm again with Dr. Aina and again even with a confirmation, I received no calls. I called the clinic to see what was going on, I was on hold for 25 minutes and they hung up on me. I was in need of a medical note and they wasted my time the entire day, I lost out on appointment times at other clinics. I would rate zero if I could.

Absolutely terrible service. Was on hold for almost 30 minutes just to have the secretary not even try to be helpful. She just seemed like she wanted to get the phone call ended as quickly as possible. I don't know why you'd choose to work as a secretary at a clinic if you don't want to try to help people but i guess to each their own.

My family doctor here is absolutely amazing and always so helpful even when I've needed many appointments. Most of the staff are equally amazing and helpful and friendly. However, there are a select few who could learn some manners and customer service. It's the only reason I'm giving 3 instead of 5 stars.

La réceptionniste est EXTRÊMEMENT bête! Quand t'appelles, elle est donne aucune aide, n'écoute pas du tout ce qu'on lui dit et te donne VRAIMENT l'impression de déranger même si on est courtois et poli avec. Vraiment pas fort!

The receptionists were very pleasant and the doctors very nice. I can’t understand why they are getting so many negative reviews. My experience was amazing here.
