I’m not sure this place qualifies.

This place isn’t managed like people’s well-being depends on them.

Don’t be surprised if you receive careless treatment…try not to be startled by the verbally super-hostile assistants.

The receptionist thinks she knows better when I need medical care and when not. I've been calling for 2 weeks about a potential overdose of medication that can send me into hearth failure. I can't just stop taking this medication.
The receptionist has been telling me that she'll let the doctor know and that she (the receptionist) will call me back. I begged her to tell my doctor, but she hasn't.
Nobody called back.
Today I've called again and she sounded very annoyed and said "I guess I'll leave her a message".
I've asked to make an appointment with my doctor and the receptionist said that there's no appointments and that she'll rely my message.

This not the first time the receptionist is rude to me, but at this point she's denying me medical care for reasons that are unknown to me.
I guess I'll to go the ER and be making a complaint to the AMOQ while I wait.

I suggest that you record your calls if you're a patient. They will be very useful to the lawyer/court if your health suffers permanent damage due to the negligence.

From what I had heard about the medical system in Quebec, I didn't expect much when I went to the clinic. But I was pleasantly surprised the two times I went. Little wait time, cordial staff, clean environment, knowledgeable medical staff. I could not ask for more. I am glad I found this clinic.

Booked appointment in 2 days through 811. Quite a short waiting time upon arrival. Dr Malaty quite competent and thourough. Shame to see a decent clinic operation just because of the receptionist.

The doctors are ok, im glad they are there but the receptionists… Really rude, cut you when you speak and almost talk to you like you were nothing and want to pick a fight with you, mostly Dr Dykhuis receptionist, she is extremely rude and need to go, i dont understand why she still work there.

Also dont get caught with the positive reviews about the secretaries, they are made up reviews from fake accounts probably created by the secretaries to boost the overhall review of the place.

I appreciate this clinic and the staff so much. I am a complicated and intense individual. My family doctor is very patient and he explains things so clearly, the for his clinic receptionist is also very clear and patient, and she has a good sense of humour.

Doctors are good!
The receptionist, I called several times 25,20,15 mins before they close, on different days. I was caller number 2, t’ill they 5 pm
I was surprised since they always rush you for an appointment. Once I had to book an appointment with my Doctor called was caller number 1, stayed severals minutes. Since I don’t live far I showed up in person to find they were talking while I was still waiting. Very disappointing. Since for 2 years and still now they make us think that they care about our health. Please….
