I paid these guys to fix a broken cellphone screen. The new screen starting cracking up despite not being dropped, hit or anything barely a month after, and they refused to assist. Would avoid at all costs.

Ecran remplacé par un générique de mauvaise qualité. J'ai acheté une carte sim prépayée, ils m'ont refilé une carte usagée limitée au Québec, quand j'ai contacté Lucky ils m'on dit que cette carte était enregistrée au nom d'un nommé Simon Jack, avec un crédit nul.

Le technicien à regarder en 30 seconde le cellulaire et m'annonce qu'il ne peut rien faire. Je n'en revenait pas.
Il as même pas pris la peine de l'ouvrir et s'est débarrassé de moi. Aucune courtoisie, face de glace.
Je décida d'aller voir un autre magasin a Blainville qui se nomme MOBILE 3 OUPS et le technicien me l'as réparer en dedans d'une heure et je n'en revenait pas. Et il m'as pas charger cher.
Ça fait 3 fois que je vais là et toujours le même service, courtoisie, rapidité et je pourrais en rajouter. Je pensais que mon
X POWER 3 était fini. Maintenant il as une 2ime vie

I showed up late there tonight because I could only go after finishing work and the two handsome gentlemen graciously agreed to repair my phone screen even though it was almost closing time. The repair was done in under 20 minutes. What I also appreciated is that one of the gentlemen even offered me one of the phones in the shop which would have been equivalent to the cost of the repair. Two humble and honest guys that are great at what they do. Unbeatable customer service, Thank you both)

Dont go here even if the price is good. They use cheap lcd screen not oled for iphone and after a few week your phone start bugging. Rather pay 100$ more and get a real screen from an other store. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.

Wanted to give less than 1 star dont even deserve 1 star honestly.the worst customer service ive experience by far.called to ask if they did the specific repair i needed cuz i know whats wrong im only going there cuz i dont wanna wait for a part in the mail lol
guy on the phone dismissive acting like im wasting his time but tells me to come to the store.arrive at store explain the problem again and he tells me he cant do the job.i ask why he made me go to the store then cuz he obviously doesn't look happy i'm there and he says he couldn't listen on call cuz he has other calls to take like answering the phone cool and all but you gotta listen thats basic phone basic customer service like why in hell are u acting like i'm wasting your time your the 1 wasting your own time and MY time by acting like that and not doing your job.like why do you have a store if you act like you don't even want customers?

Good experience i went to Samsung to change my LCD on my note 20 ultra and they gave me an appointment for next week! I mean who can't use his phone for 1 week! I found these guys online they did it within 30 min! I highly recommend

Mauvais service à la clientèle. Ils haussent la voix sur les clients, ils utilisent un ton condescendant pour s'adresser aux clients insatisfaits en plus d'utiliser des écrans de mauvaise qualité. Je suis malheureusement insatisfaite des services de réparation qu'offre Mégatronic. J'ai payer CASH 400$ (à la demande du comis) pour une réparation d'écran. Celui-ci présente de nouveau une craque le lendemain sans avoir subit de choc. Je leur ais demander des explications et une nouvelle réparation. La garantis qu'ils disent donner à leurs clients ne couvrent pas les "bris physiques" même si ceux-ci proviennent d'une mauvaise installation d'écran au départ. C'est à se questionner "Qu'est-ce qu'elle couvre cette garantie? ". Selon l'avis d'un autre techinicien, ils utilisent des écrans génériques ce qui explique la qualité inférieure de ceux-ci. Ils prétendent que la nouvelle craque est la faute du client sans prendre aucune responsabilité de leurs mauvaise installation. Ils m'ont demander de repayer pour avoir une autre réparation car ils ne débourseraient pas «de leurs poches un écran». En bref, ce fut une mauvaise expérience, une perte de temps et d'argent. Je ne recommande pas leurs services.

Mon téléphone est tombé dans l'eau et j'avais mes fichiers de travail non sauvegardé donc ct vraiment IMPORTANT de les récupérer! J'ai été à plusieurs place où ont gardé mon téléphone pendant 2-3 jours et a la fin tjs la même réponse: NON récupérable carte mère FINIT! Un ami a moi ma référé à megatronic ils ont kand même gardé mon téléphone pendant une semaine mais finalement ils ont pu récupérer mon data! ILS SONT VRM BON pour la récupération de données Je vous recommande!:)

Horrible experience, bought an IPHONE used over there, now I dont expect something amazing from a 3 year old phone.but from the beginning it gave me audio problems.could not bring it to be fixed right away since I was gone for work, went back.told me the one month warraty was over, even though it caused problems from the beginning, paid to have it repaired.checked also for the apple pay pass option that wasnt working, they told me that I should have checked from the beginning and that the warranty was over for that also.even though I had never tried to use it before.could have been an issue with one of the antennas.after paying to have the voice issue fixed.the repair lasted less than two weeks for the issue to return. I didnt bother bringing it back since it was under the one month warranty for the repair.waste of my time and money.if you buy a phone from there, make sure you test out everything.as I said earlier. I do not expect anything amazing from a used phone.but I also dont like to have been screwed over on things they sell as perfectly working.when they are not.will definitely not trust this place anymore.

Don't recommend AT ALL. They did half of the job, and they charged more then what they said in the beginning. So frustrating because when I said it wasn't good, they deviate the conversation and they wanna get rid of the client really fast. THE WORST!

When I came back with problem in home bottom, they want again charge me 60 to 90 $.

Got my battery replaced here about 2 months ago for 80$, the replacement battery is of very poor quality and drains very quickly. Not at all satisfied.

A friend of mine referred me to megatronic they were able to retrieve my data + my phone is working now! Don't believe what apple store tells you they just want to sell you a brand new phone! Meilleurs prix qu'ailleurs. Réparation très rapide de l'écran. Et même après il y avait un bug avec la reception du cellulaire, et il l'a arrangé sans poser 1 million de questions. Il a tout de suite accepté la responsabilité et à arranger le problème en quelques minutes. Tout le monde fait des erreurs, mais c'est pas tout le monde qui a un bon service, et ici il y avait un EXCELLENT service.

Je suis allé porté mon téléphone LG Power XL pour remplacé ma vitre qui était brisé. Je lui demande le prix avant de décider il me regarde 120.00$ je lui ai répondu que chez Bell canada il a remplaçait pour 80.00$. Je trouve les prix très cher
