Maitre Dubé is fantastic. We highly recommend her. She is organized, communicated well and in a timely manner, went above and beyond to make sure we were getting all the details on our semi-detached mortgage.

I do not recommend this notary. First of all, they charge you more than other ones. Also, I had a bad experience with this notary. My bank gave me a cash back amount when I got my mortgage and the bank was clear, the amount should be used to pay the notary fees but this notary, they just decided to deduct if from my mortgage without even asking me.

I highly recommend NDG Notaires. They are professional, friendly and efficient. They have done a great job pivoting their business to offer services online, due to current COVID restrictions. I have done business with them before and since the new restrictions and they have done an exceptional job maintaining the quality and efficiency of their services.

I called and took an appointment for 15: 00. Missed work to come. Mr El Helou was rude and told me since there is no appointment that I did not call them. After that he said they had a problem in the system and I had to come back tommorrow. He took no responsibility neither apologized and offered a solution. I would not suggest his service
