Messagerie Mala

Croisé l’une de leur messagère sur l’autoroute Decarie. Conduite erratique et extrêmement dangereuse. Je ne leur confierait pas des colis fragiles en tout cas! PS. J’ai pris le numéro de plaque en note.

Had to wait 1h before they pick up what they have to pick. All the time waiting and if in case your stuff in not ready and need an extra 3mn and ask them politely to wait 3mn, they said no we can't or they just leave. Horrible service especially the women on the phone who answer the call.do not recommand at all. Worst company ever.

1 ere appel acceuil tres chaleureux et on repond bien a mes questions. Suivi d’ouverture de compte super rapide on repond a toutes mes questions j’avait ete abordé par des livreurs qui ont une apparence soignée et distinguée une entreprise familialle qui m’apparait tres bien et c’est ici au quebec a montreal soyons en fiers

Pire service jamais eu! Employés te répondent bêtement sans aucun professionalisme, aucune écoute, aucune politesse. Toujours en retard ou arrive trop tot. Aucune patience. Je ne recommande surtout pas. La personne qui répond au téléphone surtout

La personne responsable du service à la clientèle était désagréable et arrogante. Elle cherchait par tous les moyens à éviter de me fournir de l'aide pour ma requête.

Personne désagréable au téléphone. Nous avons été client chez eux l'année dernière ils ne sont même pas capable de nous retrouver avec le nom. Compagnie a fuir

I will not trust MALA anymore! I called in advance and they did not deliver on time! Plus, I had really bad customer service when I tried to know what happened. I will not work with them anymore.

I called this morning and the person on the phone was very rude and started screaming at me because I tried to spell the street instead of saying it as one word.after that this person started laughing at my accent. It was unbelievable! It is the first time someone treated me this way just because I have an accent. I found it extremely disrespectful.
