I've shopped at this store for over 20 years. I appreciate their staff and their manager who I've seen grow to his position. I've always felt that they have been professional in all things. Stock workers have been helpful finding items when present and I've asked them. Regular service workers are always pleasant and say hello. Cashiers have always been pleasant and courteous.
I had only one bad experience shopping here and it had NOTHING TO DO WITH THE STAFF.
I was being rushed from behind by an elderly lady bumping into my bad leg (I have sometimes limited left hip mobility and having someone right behind me bumping makes it ten times worse). This was during COVID and the man behind the elderly lady bumping me wanted to step in and shut me down saying I was giving her a hard time when I asked her to stop doing so. The employees stepped in and asked us both to calm down as it was turning into a heated altercation. Their response was fair. I have no grievances about how they handled it.
I do feel like they have grown the number of side stacks over time making it less user friendly but so has every other store.
All in all, I think this grocery is well run and give kudos to its manager and its team who are always pleasant and approachable.
Great grocery store near my house. I shopping every other day, Staff are friendly and helpful both in French and English. It was easy to navigate and had a lot of options for take home sandwiches, sides, fruit and drinks.

This is a nice store with some decent deals. All of the staff I've spoken to have been friendly and helpful. I like the fact that it doesn't get too busy.
Since the recent remodel, it has been awful shopping here. I live in the Lacite building so have been shopping here ~every week for over 4 years, and the last 4 months have been terrible. Boxes and pallets lining the aisles, long solitary checkout line, shelves often empty, and prices not marked. It was better run during the pandemic, not sure what changed or why.
L'endroit et très propre. Les employés sont toujours courtois et prêts à nous aider. Le propriétaire est là tout autant pour servir ses clients peu importe la situation. Merci spécialement aux commis de la boulangerie qui m'offrent un service exceptionnel et constant. BRAVO!
Magasin mal tenu et la propreté a revoir et les prix très élevés pour une qualité plus que médiocre et régulièrement certain des produits frais ont des dates périmées! Merci
Mauvaise application de la politique de prix. Ils affiches des prix spéciaux après 3 jours de non validité et décide de ne pas honorer la politique de prix. Vraiment un manque d’honnêteté du gérant et de l’assistant gérant. Dommage mais une raison de plus de ne pas aller chez Metro ou abusé de la confiance des consommateurs! Vraiment malhonnête de leur part.
That woman who works at the entrance around noon, who hands out carts and wipes, is extremely rude, insisting that our family of 2 take 2 carts each, rather than having one cart that we share. Who creates this kind of stupid rule? How about actually listening to customer complaints and fire any employee who behaves rudely to customers?
Good service. Cashier greeted me with a smile, was very friendly and even helped me bag up my flowers so that they wouldn't get ruined by the cold winter wind. Nice to experience good customer service despite the pandemic causing stress and lines in grocery stores. Readily available stock of all my desired items
There are always a lot of people, queues at the cashiers. The work of the store is very poorly organized, sometimes there is no place to go without hitting any product. I would not recommend visiting this store

Vendredi, 13 mars, 11: 00. Montant, 204,62$, de la commande payé à 11: 00, j'avertis la commis de faire la livraison après 2: 00. Elle me dit noter cette demande. Pas de livraison ce 13 mars. Deux appels. Aujourd'hui, 14 mars, je rappelle Metro pour exiger ma livraison; on livrera aujourd'hui. À quelle heure? On me dit bientôt? Je n'achèterai plus chez Metro: cliente non respectée!
Just left my basket to check price (one scanner in the middle of the store) and it disappeared in less than a minute! One of the employees took my basket and redistributed everything back. It was only problem - I had my personal things there and it was neither returned nor left at reception. So disrespectful to customers! Since this store has changed its ownership everithing there is getting worse.
Magasin propre, étagères parfaitement achalandées. Le caissier était aimable mais légèrement impatient. La plupart des allées sont assez larges pour qu'on puisse y circuler en fauteuil roulant
On trouve relativement facilement de tout. L'equipe est a l'ecoute mais il y a une drole d'odeur qui impregne tout le centre et qui reste sur les vetements et sur les produits achetes. C'est bizarre! Metro n'en est pas responsable, l'odeur est plus prononcee a l'etage!
As compared to Provigo further away, the produce is equally overpriced, the latter possessing a slight protein savings. The real disadvantage of this location is cost, less specials. It's advantage is convenience, passing through, after a movie, etc.

Lors de mes séjours à Montréal, je me rends régulièrement dans ce magasin très bien entretenu. A chaque fois, j'achète la bière de la brasserie Unibroue: À tout le monde! Megadeth! Pour la partager avec mes amis fans de ce groupe, ils se reconnaîtront. Je recommande ce magasin ouvert tardivement.
Saturday evening not single employee to help with finding groceries. No one at bouglangerie or charcuterie counter, no one at fish counter. Apsolutely no chance to find anything. I am really disappointed. Loved coming here because of the fresh veggies but after this experience I will definitely skip coming here next time.
Love the late open hours and self-service. I have to say some stuff are a bit too expensive for my taste. My advice: Download the app Reebee to compare produce/prices with other groceries first. It’s a very useful app.
What happened to this place? It used to be a run of the mill grocery store, but lately it's been really bad. First it's the cashiers not upholding Quebec consumer laws. Now it's just outright rude cashiers who think they can skip people in line and ignore customers. Management is really dropping the ball here, they clearly don't prioritize customer service.
