I mean, it's a metro station, it does the job. It's a station that can sometimes be a bit crowded but overall it's safe and I haven't had any problems with the service

Le personnel est très serviable. On m'a bien aidé pour trouver un produit pas évident à trouver.

Ouvert 24h sur 24. Ça aide beaucoup. Généralement tous les produits dont on a besoin. Par contre je trouve les prix un peu élevés.

Très bonne sélection de produits. Personnel Très agréable. Par contre des fois ils n'ont pas assez de cadis dans l'entrée du magasin. Pas loin des bus et du métro donc très accessible!

Parfait pour dépanner en cas de besoin pour tous les produits essentiels et avec parfois de bons rabais. Les prix sont plus ou moins correcte pour le genre. En gros ça fait l'affaire!

This place is old and in dire need of being updated / renovated, and is a testament to the fact that in Montreal like many other places, more affluent neighbourhoods get nicer grocery stores. Welcome to capitalism, even for necessities like food.

A plus is their free parking and self check-out.

You can definitely shop here, but Metro Mont-Royal on Beaumont or IGA in Rockland shopping center are much better options. Or 5 Saisons on Bernard, though it's upscale and unfortunately more expensive.

Went in for butter with my boyfriend and was told we each MUST take our own cart, would not let us in without both having a cart or a basket.pushed 2 carts around the store for absolutely no reason and checked out with a single item.

Prices are not great choice for fish and meat is ok. However, since Covid started. Shopping here has been a pain. You are forced to use a shopping cart for some reason. Lines take space in the rows making circulation difficult. The place looks old and the placement of products is strange.

Les produits excellents varies et frais mais a quand nous pourrons trouver de l huile d'Argan excellente pour la sante. Je suis obligee de me deplacer chez Adonis.

Ils ont toutes les bases mais pas beaucoup de variété. Donc en general normal. They have all the basics but not the most variety. In general its normal.

Very straightforward shopping experience. The isles are decent. The front entrance and exit is always messy looking because they need to renovate.

The staff is kind and will help if they aren’t busy restocking.

Most times, you need to bag your own groceries.

I like that they are open during late hours.

They run low on stock often because they have a high volume of traffic.

Its okay that we have a great option for late night shopping. But the prices are a bit high. Regardless they still a good store.

A 24/7 grocery store (check the opening hours as it changes with the covid-19 cases). They have pretty much everything. Fruits and veggies are always fresh.
Not all the staffs are nice, some of them were very rude. It's not because they speak and swear in french that I don't understand. The staffs need to be trained for better customer service, especially some need to learn to learn to accept the cultural diversity in Montreal, especially that the store is located in CDN.

Called and asked if a particular service was available and it was. Everyone was friendly and smiling.

5 stars because IT IS OPEN 24 HOURS! Perfect for going late night when im in the mood for something i dont have at home. Pretty clean most of the time and not too busy all the time either.

New COVID RULES issue: @2245 Dec 11,2020
I was offended about how the security guard miscommunicated about the “new rules” as he said.
He even pointed the Covid rules (with images) that it must be only one family member had to go inside and the other (s) had to wait outside so that’s why i respected the rules and waited for my cousin during the cold night. A few minutes later, he let the others in pair or they’re couples go in. I called my cousin about it and confronted the guard after she paid our groceries.
I hope next time you’ll hire in the line of customer service well. Communication is important for security guards’ job

Rude older woman at the bbq chicken counter, unhappy with her work fire he and hire someone who would happy having a job and an occasional smile. Last time i go there. Guys go to Metro on Beaumont it very well staffed

I wanted to give a 5 stars rate but today i bought a box of milk Quebon 0% 1L.expiration date was ok but the milk smelled so bad then when i tried to heat it up in the microwave it got thick like yogurt. Metro asked me to come and claim money back but i just wanted to make sure they check the rest of the boxes.

COVID REGULATION ISSUE! Grocery staff was excellent EXCEPT for security worker who was working there at 22: : 45 (pm) December 11th, 2020. As I was about to enter with a family member of mine, he told us that only one of us could enter, and the other must stay outside. At first, I didn't think much of it. UNTIL he allowed the ppl behind us to go inside in pairs. Unbelievably rude. It turns out that he miscommunicated the rules. It turns out you could enter as long as it's ONE AT THE TIME. So, my family member had to wait outside in the Montreal cold because of his mistake. I ask whoever is in charge to please make sure that your security guards are well aware of the regulations to avoid conflicts like this.

Il y a des places de stationnement pour les clients et actuellement le nombre de personnes est très bien limité dans le magasin. C'est très sécuritaire car chaque personne est obligé de prendre un chariot ou un panier en entrant, ce qui diminue les possibilités de contacts entre les clients.

Très bonne épicerie, cependant un peu cher à mon goût. En tant de Covid-19, les tablettes d'achat au niveau des caisses sont répugnantes. Sinon, les paniers sont lavés après chaque client et le service dépend de chaque employé.

Supermarché qui, avant période Covid était ouvert 24h sur 24, très utiles, sur pour les horaires aux horaires décalés

Petit Métro très pratique car ouvert 24h. Stationnement gratuit très apprécié. Allées étroites à l'intérieur du magasin: pas toujours facile de circuler.

Épicerie 24h vraiment pratique pour faire des achats quand tout est fermé. Le service aux caisses est parfois long, mais très bien sinon.

The place just seems very disorganized, I have been a few times and very often there are a lot of things just lying around like entire baskets that block partly or entirely alleys. Seems very chaotic. But, they have a lot of specials on many articles almost all the time and it's open 24h.

I love my neighborhood store. It's not very big but always a good selection and variety, lots of fresh items on sale. I'm lucky to be able to come in the afternoon since after 5 p.m. It gets busy.

Très peu de personnels, et le choix d’aliments et assez restreint. Par contre les horaires d’ouverture 24h/24 sont très pratiques et les aliments sont frais! Le boucher est sympathique et connais bien son métier.

Très bonne équipe! Service à la clientèle hors paire surtout dans le département des viandes.beaucoup de variété dans les coupe de viande! Excellente place pour faire son épicerie
