Impeccable service!
I went with my 15 month old son and they had markers for him to play with and one of the gentleman came out with a massive paw patrol coloring book for us to keep.
They were all smiles! I felt very comfortable and appreciated.
They even washed my car when the inspection for the recall was finished.

Service très slow et non professionel ça donne des rendez-vous et des estimer de temps qui ne sont jamais respecter, dans les 2 cas il sont incapable de livrer. 3h+ pour un changement de pneu/huile en 2022, c'est gênant. Ils avaient un bien meilleur service dans le passé.

We brought a Nissan Qashqai a year back, I was told that they gave me 0% interest and realized that they charged me 2.90%. Be careful when dealing with these thugs. I should have been careful while signing the papers. Best is to avoid these dishonest clowns altogether.

2014 Nissan Versa Note lasted 5 years before kicking the bucket. Transmission lasted just over 100k. Low quality 2nd hand cars.

Si vous faite reparer la attention au prix ils sont menteur et font des prix a la napolitano.et 700$ plus tard votre voiture ne sera pas reparé. Ca il sont incompetant

On amène la voiture pour un problème et ils font un autre, ils font pas attention. Deuxième fois que ça nous arrive.

Par deux fois y m'appelle c est moi en me dise qui ont des très bon deal une fois sur place pas.de.bon service y font rien pour te.donne des bon rabais pour bat la concurrence je leur avait dit les prix du conçurent et y me propose un char usage a 60 par moins plus chère et moins bien équipé je leur dit que temps quand m'être 25000 sur une voiture je prefaire qu'elle sois pas blanche et le vendeur William s'offu de ma réponse et me dit que si le mieux qui peut faire et que je devrait aller voir l'autre place 0 professionneliste grosse perde de temps je vous déconseille fortement.

Social distancing respected. Would like it if they cleaned touch points more frequently. 20 people came in and out maindoor. That door handle should be sanitized more frequently. Employees are friendly.

I was shopping for a crossover SUV, when a friend reccomended the Nissan Qashqai.
Went to test drive it. When I arrived Sam Dib was hospitable and cordial. He answered all my questions and cut out the fluff. He made me feel like the burden of car shopping during a pandemic was lifted off my shoulders. He didn't distract me or try to push any other car on me. Finally it was the test drive. If you're looking to buy a Nissan and want a person with integrity and listens to what you want and need? Sam's the Man.

Last tire change they sent me to another location. (N. D. G.). This was after calling and trying to book an appointment for a few days. N. D. G.was pretty empty, but they took it a while to sort everything out, and then do the tire change. Today, they made an appointment but forgot to bring the tires back from N. D. G. So, I have to take another day to get the tires changed tomorrow. No one on staff took the time to confirm of they had the tires first. Very unprofessional.

Service is a 4 letter word at Metro Nissan. When I called to get an appointment to change my tires (they are stored with them) they gave me an appointment for 6 weeks later! Now I called because my maintenance light came on for an oil and filter change and they categorically told me to go to another Nissan dealer as they were super busy for the next number of weeks! Really?

I have been trying to book an appointment to change tires for 3 weeks. Never got a chance to speak to a real person. It looks like they just ignore you not returning calls. Thinking to switch to somebody else.

Ask for William Hudon.he brought patience, humor and overall excellent service throughout the recent test drive & purchase I recently made at Metro Nissan. We had a blast color customizing my new Nissan Kicks together. His quick responses to my aftercare questions were also really appreciated:)

Le concessionnaire fermait ses portes le samedi 16h, nous sommes allés voir une auto à l'extérieur 2 minutes et ils sont tous partis en barrant le stationnement et par le fait même nous-mêmes et notre auto!

la police a réussi à rejoindre le propriétaire, et ce dernier est venu nous ouvrir en bougonnant sans même nous adresser la parole. Nous nous attendions à des excuses, d'autant plus que nous venions pour acheter une Nissan Leaf neuve!

Nous irons l'acheter ailleurs.

Aussi, si jamais il vous tente encore de faire affaire avec ce concessionnaire, un petit conseil: assurez-vous de quitter les lieux avant 16 h!

Une très bonne expérience au service de Metro Nissan. J'ai acheté ma Versa Note chez un autre concessionnaire mais Metro Nissan à tout fait pour régler mon problème. Je remercie tout particulièrement Marc André pour son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité sans faille. Merci également aux mécaniciens. Je vous recommande fortement de faire votre entretien Nissan avec eux.

I went back to metro nissan and was asked to come in on Thursday Morning. I went in and left my car. On Thrusday afternoon I called to get some update, they mentioned they wont be able to work on my car on Thursday because they are running behind schedule. Given I have had a good experience with the service in the past I said no problem but I need my car the next day. On Friday June 28, I did not hear back from anyone so I decided to call around 11AM to get an update. I was told they are super busy but they will 100% call me back before the close at 2PM.
At 1: 45PM I did not get any update so I decided to go in Person and my car was still parked at the same spot I left it in and the service was closed. The least they could have done was to call me and give me an update. Now I am left with a car that is still not fixed and forced to go back another day. Very Unprofessional.
