Metro Plus Dollard

J'ai fait seulement un arrêt rapide pour faire un tour aux toilettes. Épicerie très propre avec un service très agréable. J'ai pu y faire prestement un achat rapide.

I went there two weeks ago. Kayla from the bakery department was awesome. Her professionalism, friendliness and resourcefulness allow her to offer an excellent customer service to the clients. I am sure she is a great team player in your staff, and that she is appreciated by her colleagues at your grocery store! Keep up the great work, Kayla!

Je n'y vais que quelques fois parce que malheureusement c'est la plus proche épicerie. Et qu'il y a une saq aussi dedans.
Et a chaque passage, je trouve ça catastrophique.
Il est 19h je veux de la viande froide a la coupe.il y a une belle note avec une belle erreur que même moi avec mon anglais niveau 3 je n'aurai pas faite. Voir photo.
Et c'était pas 15minutes mais 20 minutes et l'employé n'étais pas pressé de revenir avec son starbucks a la main. Pas Tres professionnel comme habitude.
Niveau propreté ce n est pas top non plus surtout a l'entrée avec beaucoup de papier par terre, la poubelle pleine et la station covid gel qui etais assez special.
Le magasin aussi n'étais pas tres propre, des liquides en bas de quelques rangée ou frigo, non nettoyé.
Bref, y a t il des responsables ou directeur dans ce magasin ou est il laisser a lui même?

Service aux viandes froides laisse à désirer. 3 employés discutaient entre eux alors que j'attendais. Beaucoup de produits manquants sur les tablettes.

Normally everything is very fresh. Today however, there was mistakes with my order, I had to go back to the store. The lettuce was not fresh. It's disappointing.

This is for the workers in all fields in the store that they are there because they show 1thing their unity amongst themselves and amongst all

Nice and clean store. Very helpful staff.even when I disturbed them during order filling. Fruits and veggies are fresh, and in good shape. Just beware that some items may be slightly more expensive than Super C. Dairy and most sale items a similarly priced. I took one star off because of some of their premium pricing. If not for that they would have had a solid 5 stars.

Went here to get a cake for a B-day. The cake selection was very good, they have a couple sections including fresh and frozen. Also SAQ in the Metro was able to grab a quick bottle of good quality wine.

Small. No one is interested in helping a customer even if she looks like she can definitely be assisted by the floor employee. Why do you have a job that says you have floor assistant employment. I am not sure if you are aware terrible employment never had help with the floor managers

Ça fait 10 ans que je fais mon épicerie au Métro Dollard et je n'avais jamais été déçu.jusqu'à aujourd'hui ou j'aperçois un client avec la main au visage comme pour remplacer un masque nous sommes en pandémie! J'ai trouvé ça complètement inacceptable et un GROS manque de la part du commis qui " pouchpoutait " du produit dans nos mains a l'entrée

No distancing respect by most people including employees and at the cash same thing.not going back during this period

One of the best Metro groceries stores I've been to thus far. The employees were very helpful as well

The stuff is rude, the " manager" was rude, they do not have tags with their name, and don't give you the name, I left what I wanted to buy, and the "boss" told me "I don't care if you buy or not, never before was told something like that, they do not care, new approach, new style of the service.
Better to go to Lachine, nicer people,
I would prefer to give Zero stars, well, good luck, but without many of my friends, because they will also go to another place

Not my favorite place but I do groceries here sometimes especially when I am looking for specific things

Weird smell at the entrance.
Messy/dirty near the back, not sure if they were removing stuff but it was dirty.
Items seem to be all over the place that they aren't supposed to be in.
Cashiers are very nice and informative.
Prices aren't that competitive compared to maxi but the produce they sell are fresh.
I'd only go for small quick items but for a bigger shopping list I'd go elsewhere.

J'enlève un étoile a cause d'un employé dont le masque ne couvrait pas sont nez et qui ne respectait pas le 2 mètres. L'épicerie prennent des mesures mais les employés s'en foutent. Vous devriez mettre les récalcitrants dehors car ils jouent avec la santé des clients.

Staff are friendly but way too busy filling online orders to ensure that customers (and they themselves!) are respecting health recommendations. Maybe it was just the day I was there (a Saturday around 9am) but the place was way too packed for people to move around safely and customers were rummaging through produce (picking up, inspecting, putting back) and the staff were not addressing it.
Sadly, I won't be able to return until they are able to get a better grip on things.
The Provigo on Newman is markedly better, even if a bit more pricey.

Worst parking setup I’ve ever seen, spots are tight, can barely drive to park, ridiculous. Parking was fine before

Every time we go there the security is rude, always big lineup to get in to the store, I always try to avoid this store

I will not walk into this establishment during COVID-19 again, Sure they have an area to wash your hands.and then you walk into the store - Management definitely has not put any thought into COVID-19 procedures in this store. Everyone is walking around not respecting the 2 meter rule including the employees. No signage in the lanes which way to go, aisles are super small. I honestly was scared and anxious the whole time I was there. I do not recommend this store to anyone who is taking COVID-19 seriously. Management does not take COVID-19 seriously and it's super obvious the minute you step through the doors.

Bought pretty much everything you could look for! Food is fresh and they had good specials, helped me save some money! The only thing is they only had one cash open an hour before the closing which made me wait 5 minutes before my turn

4 étoiles car j'avais donné 3* mais ce Métro+ a beaucoup changé. 5* si il n'y avait pas tant d'articles en solde absents des comptoirs.

It's okay if you don't mind paying 1-3$ more per item than anywhere else in Lasalle. On a 100$ bag of groceries you lose about 20-25$ in savings due to metro's classic markup of all items & their points game.

It's a nice and big metro and I found many things I want there. One of the best metro store I went to.

Food is good quality I often use their online service for my groceries because they have a bigger variety than my local one. Although they made mistakes in almost every orders that I made with them. Often it's just that they gives me items I didn't order, other time I would get wrong quantities. But other than that I really like the service but I find it too pricey. 12$ total + the prices of my order for the delivery and the assembly while IGA does the same for 8$.

A solid location that also has online groceries, a service I love, great all around selection of products from lower and middle end. Also a SAQ counter au the location, and the sushi is decent all around quality. Love it here.

Les viandes rouges, la volaille, le porc, le veau, sont belle et fraîche la qualité des viandes est excellente

Les comptoirs roulants sont toujours sales, même la gérante à qui j'en ai parlé n'a rien fait. Cela en dit long sur la propreté de l'endroit si on ne se préoccupe même pas de ce qui est si en évidence. De plus, les produits sont trop éparpillés. Ex: il y a des dattes à 4 endroits différents. L'enfer pour comparer. Bref j'ai décidé ce soir que c'était la dernière fois.

Very nice and clean store, great selection of products but smaller variety of fresh meat compared to some other stores. I was pleased to be able to get what I had gone for, a nice top sirloin roast beef that was on sale. It's going to make for a great Sunday dinner. I was very happy after going to the store in Verdun only to find very little choice but they are doing renovations and must be forgiven for the situation.

Les nouveaux îlots limites les places de stationnements qui étaient déjà très restraintes. Avec le nouveau Jean Coutu, les places seront encore plus limités. Il n'y a aucune caméra de surveillance qui vise sur le stationnement.

Ok store and SAQ is attached to it. Only lost a star because Metro is generallyore expensive than other grocery stores such as Super C or Maxi.

Je demeure maintenant sur la rive-sud et le Métro de LaSalle sur la rue Dollard est tellement supérieur au niveau de la boucherie (qualité et service) que celui de Chateauguay que ça vaut le détour!

Fresh and organized supermarket that just started online order and free home delivery. I have pleasant experience with staffs working at this place. However, they didn't fulfill my satisfaction this afternoon. I received my first online order today, and the delivery guy didn't put his effort to search for my apartment. And he was quite rude as well. The manager who accompanied him after was super friendly and gentle.

A litany of issues primarily related to their inability to accurately process online orders and their unauthorized withdrawal of client funds. Have had the misfortune to order from this store on several occasions but today is my last. This Metro charged my card for an incomplete cancelled order and then did not refund the money. The store managers handling of the issue was farcical at best and showed no concern for his companies dishonest practices. I cannot politely Express what a disaster this store has been. Please contact me directly if you would like further detail. I suggest, however, that you simply steer clear. I would give you the managers name but they declined to provide it 5 times.

Pretty good all around grocery store. I've been going there for 2 years and 9 times out of ten I'm satisfied. Veggies section well kept. Never try the online service so I cannot comment on that part.

It depends on the night that you go for groceries but a lot of the people "try" to help you out but simply don't know where anything is in the back store or there's a lack of communication.slight attitude from the "night supervisor" Iwona trying to tell someone in Epictetus to look for my order for a veggie platter and calling it something else got the story all mixed up and when I corrected her she gave me a tone like as if she knew what she was talking about.ummmm but I'm the customer that's asking it if you.believe me I know what I came here for lol shhhh and I'll continue with the guy who needs instructions.long story short I found what I needed (thank goodness) but it wasn't reserved from my order earlier in the day. I still brought what I needed for the work Christmas party so all is forgiven but I have high expectations (since I actually used to work for a metro grocery store for 5 years lol it was my first job and I took it seriously and learned so much!)
