Wow! They have totally renovated. It's now just a gorgeous place to shop, food is fresh and always available. And Just a block away from the Snowdon Metro.

Big, beautiful and clean supermarket with lots off expired goods on shelves.
I saw expired pita wrap which I didn't bother with but I bought two packs off chicken legs and when I came home and opened it, the smell was not pleasant. I then looked at the expired date it was best before July 11 and today is the 11th.

I find they have a lot of rude sales people and one manager I had a horrible experience with. He did not want to hear my side of story at all.what so ever.

Regular metro grocery store.
Better quality for produce and meats than most other stores, but the prices are significantly higher for your general groceries.
Clean store, staff keeping things clean and covid safe, I can appreciate that.

Fantastic grocery store, been going here for years. They've always got what I need in stock and they keep everything very neat and tidy. What staff is left are all very nice and kind!

Self check out booths are convenient during the pandemic.

Great Metro location!

The prices are too high for me, but if you ask the rich folks shopping here they would tell you prices are too low! They need to raise 'em profit margins, that will in turn raise their dividends. That being said its clean and well organized, free parking in back and the Front Street Bakery Authentic Italian bread is delicious.

No one in the bakery department, deli is closed down and everything packed away, and only one teller, when I was there at 6: 30PM. They don’t help pack your groceries, so while you are trying to pack up your groceries people are still coming through, no possible way to maintain 2 meters.

I like this place for their specials. Keep an eye on their flyers. Could use a renovation, floors are slanted, but whatever.

Mostly standard experience, some of the staff could stand to improve their manners. The kosher section has some good soups.

High prices, as with all Metro stores. Provigo and Loblaws have better selections and are cheaper. This particular Metro store is crowded and dirty. It is often out of stock on items, especially sale items. The manager is rude and looks like he could use a good wash and shave. The employees, except for the manager, are pleasant but the manager is so foul-tempered and annoying that he singlehandedly makes this a store to avoid at all costs. I will never return to it.

Until you bring back real cashiers, I will be taking my business elsewhere.how many jobs have you eliminated.this is disgusting. I refuse to use self check out.and I don't like the way you thrust it upon us.

Local vaste clair propre. Superbe selection de produits de toutes sortes dans les differents rayons. Personnel affable, tres present pres aider les clients contrairement a d'autres marches. Pour ceux et celles qui utilisent les produits Halal ou Kosher ils ne seront pas decus car le marche leur offre une large gamme. Le coin deli regorge de mets delicieux, a s'en lecher les doigts.

There's no bloody recycling bin for paper, class and plastic. Im very disappointed in a large corporations who doesn't care about the environment. But the food is ok.

Supermarché avec ce qu'il faut. Personnel aidant. Encore beaucoup de suremballage plastique, un effort pour la planète serait apprécié ;)

Open 24/7.i wish they had a better choice of flowers to give to my wife when I'm coming late from work.

Close by to Snowdon, has a good selection of a variety of food. Has both halal and kosher food and always has good deals and discounts

The kosher butchery is superb, went to this place twice and seems like I am going to be a frequent customer.

The produce here is passable but nothing exceptional. The main attraction is that the pre-made meals section is made by the local kitchens and there's a tasty variety of options if you're into pre-made meals. The meat section also has some pre-made marinated raw meat or stuffed meats available which are decent, but the selection tends to be very limited for those.

Another thing to note is that the rotisserie chicken is always dry.

Very dirty place.always missing items on shelves and bad service.they should change the owner.she does a very bad job.

It is a standard grocery store. It doesn't have as many items as a Metro in a larger building might. Entering and exiting is made tedious by the layout. They recently installed self-checkout kiosks which helped to alleviate some congestion.

Clean as usual, fresh veggies and fruits counter, also new sushi counter and new fast cash if you know how to use it.

They've just installed self checkout, when some other stores are getting rid of it. Generally decent otherwise.

I like it for its extensive choice of local microbrewerie beer, a lot of sorts of fancy cheese, big variety if bread, self served cashes and freash sea products.

I bought piece of lamb before Easter, total weight 800 g. Hidden bone was over 200 g! How should I call this? !

It got worst in the last few months. The shelves are often empty. It happened too many times that we went there for basic stuff (like store brand eggs, or So Nice soy milk), and there were none left.
Plus, we told and employee about expired peanut butter jars, and she didn't seem to care. By telling the employee, we just wanted to help (other consumers and the store).

So much worse than the Metro's in Ontario in terms of what they stock. When I asked if I could order case quantities of items (like the organic salsa made the same brand as the organic blue corn chips they sell) (which ONLY Metro carries in Ontario that I've seen) I was told flatly no. 'The franchise chooses which items to carry OK a per location basis'.
. Meanwhile at the Maxi by LaSalle my request was taken by a person at night who personally called me back the next day to tell me they had confirmed with their manager the order and delivery date for my case of corn chips and that they sadly could not order the salsa.but that loblaws/provigo could. Just to repeat, the Maxi called me to tell where to get what they couldn't get for me while they Metro told me to get lost.

Don't shop at Metro.

Great grocery shopping, courteous team, free parking in the back, a large kosher department, competitive pricing. It's conveniently located next to a metro station and a major highway. There's nothing that can be compared to it in the entire neighborhood

Pretty complete, lines at cashier never too long, not the cheapest but not the most expensive, often see the manager on the floor, staff have been the same for a while and always help me find what I need (they actually bring me to the products instead of just telling me where to look), free parking but you can't bring your grocery cart out, but they have car service, where you leave your groceries at the cashier, bring your car up to the side door, ring the bell and they bring you your groceries.

Expensive and rude staff. The cashier Noughar (Not Sure about the spelling) was cold and unhelpful.too bad. Well located but the staff need training.

Less clean and seems less stocked then other metro grocery stores and also metro is more pricey then other grocery store brands

They are very slow and lazy. If you try and wait for something like meat to be sliced, or the bakery they will look at you and continue doing something for 10-20 minutes before serving you. The line ups are long and there are very few cashiers and the prices are quite high.

Great store and location. It's really one of the only complet grocery stores in the area.

Good selection of products. Though the price is generally a little higher than average.

I sometimes find the lines a little long because of the peak times.

Average for quick and necessary groceries. Not preferred for international items. Some of the items I have bought are not up to the quality. For example - yoghurt

Workers not helping dropping stuff very hard too noisy cannot pass my 24 bottle water in the carriage to the parking lot

Place needs renovation

From my experience since I've moved to Montreal a couple months ago, this store has had the most consistently good service of the grocers I've shopped at (I shop around a lot). Cashiers have been always friendly and there is always someone to fill your bags. Generally, this has resulted in faster checkout than expected. Store is clean and shelves are well organised and stocked. I recommend this store if customer service and the shopping experience is most important to you.
