Metropolitan Rustproofing Pierrefonds

So I like the front desk and they were very quick with getting my car in. My problem was that as it's going in the "techs" decides to do a burnout in my electric car. It's a unique car that is known for burnouts amoungst the car community and they were excited when they saw it. But I'm upset that obviously they did it (while I'm sitting right there watching this) and in my brand new winter tires. Idk but that to me is incredibly unprofessional and I'm upset that the 3 people at the front of the line were encouraging this, rather than stopping it. Yes it was a barely 5-10 second burnout, but that doesn't matter in a client's car.

J'ai été faire mon service d'antirouille en matinée et 45 minutes c'était terminé, service courtois et professionnel. J'ai vraiment aimé mon expérience et je recommande à tous de venir faire votre traitement d'antirouille dans cet établissement.

So I came here to have my first rust proofing treatment done. Overall they did a good job. There's just a few things.

The first thing was, since you're able to watch them do the process, you'd think that they would be a little more professional when doing the job. When I was watching them, it seems that they like to talk alot when doing the job and often pause alot to talk to their colleagues about random things. Yelling and laughing etc.for those watching like me and others it doesn't give us a good feeling and I could tell by the look of other people's faces when I spoke to them as well.

I understand when they do the engine bay that they spray as well, unfortunately I had to clean up a lot of the overspray on the plastic covers of the components in my bay. I do plan on returning but I will be asking that they be mindful about when they spray as they were doing it very quickly. The reason why I'm removing it off the plastic covers in my engine bay is because if I don't it will be very difficult to remove or impossible later on. I'm also removing it off the wiring although the wiring is protected I'd rather it not be sticky for mechanics that would do work on my car in the future if ever. I like to keep my engine bay clean so it makes my mechanic happy and helps them identify any issue if ever without having anything in the way.

I do hope that this message is seen and taken into consideration for my next visit.

Il faut absolument prendre un rendez-vous à l'avance. Une fois sur place, attente de 20 minutes et la voiture est prête. Il y a bien sûr des clients devant nous. On a eu droit à un rabais. Bon service rapide.

Job well done, I have no complaints about this. But the working hours are until 5: 00 p.m. My meeting was at 3: 00 p.m. For work reasons, I came late to pick up my car at 4: 40 p.m. Because the workers were leaving.where one of the workers started complaining why I came late.

Bonne application sous le camion.mais sur 6 portes, ils ont percé 3 portes sur 6 et donc 3 portes seront à faire par moi ce week-end avec un Rust Check spray.l'an prochain je vais faire affaire avec un autre franchise de Antirouille Métropolitain.

I was surprised to see an assembly line rustproofing system as it left me wondering how well the job could be done under this stress of keep moving down the line. I got home and opened the back door and 2 plugs fell out. The one in the rocker panel ws drilled off center and up an angle so the plug would not hold. The one in the door was drilled with such pressure that it buckled the metal; it also did not hold the plug and to boot, both holes were drilled so poorly that the paint was chipped off and ragged. I think the assembly line of operation is a joke and much more money is spent on advertising than slowing down and doing things properly. Not impressed. Hopefully the juice they inject is better than the service itself. I had to spend an hour to go back and have the plugs inserted properly (?) with a magic plug? I will see how that works out!

I have been going there for 2 years and I have always had an amazing experience! The staff are professional and hardworking. This place has an online appointment system which is great. I will come back every year to treat my car for anti-rust and I would recommend it to anyone. For a regular sedan they charge around 110$ tax in and waiting times are around 30-45 minutes which is not bad.

Je fait un détour de Sainte-Marthe sur le lac pour ça. Sinon plus proche il font ça trop vite et il manque des places.

Great experience. Professional and fast. Mr. Patel was friendly and took care of me while I was there. Great experience as usual!

Don't waste your money on this garbage, the treatment doesn't work at all, once the car get older, I mean after five years, treatment won’t work. Better to do with Dura Tech, little expensive but effective.

They need to improve on customer service specially communication, otherwise work was good.

Respect du rendez-vous pour antirouiĺle. Avons trouvé des gouttelettes du produit après les poignées de portes à l'intérieur du véhicule (voir photo).
De plus, avons acheté le traitement anti-eblouissement Aquapel pour 36.75$ (voir photo).
Le résultat est zéro pour ce traitement. Peut-être qu'ils ne l'ont tout simplement pas appliqué.

Worked great and service was adequate.

Had a small issue but with a quick and prompt response from Mr. Patel assuring me and providing me detailed info, it was resolved.

Seems this would be my annually fixed spot for metropolitan visits from now on.
