Meubles JC Perreault

Avoid at all cost unless you want to be treated terribly. My partner and I went there to buy a mattress only for it to turn into the weirdest health diagnosis ever. We walked in and waited a few minutes to be served while 3 employees were chatting together right in front of us. Finally, when we got really close, they called for someone to help up.

However, the salesman that initially came tried to give us to someone else, only for the other salesman to say that he was busy so the initial salesman reluctantly helped us. He was talking and walking so insanely fast because he clearly wanted to get this over with. It was a guy with a beard and manbun.

As my partner was explaining what type of mattress he needs for his back problems, the salesman asked for his ethnicity, and assumed we were a certain nationality even though we weren’t and went on a huge rant about health conditions and how what we eat caused inflammations and telling us that buying a mattress won’t help. The arrogance that this guy had was unmatched. He assumed so much about us within a few minutes, NEVER taking the time to listen.

He was so uninterested in the sale that he sat down while giving his pitch and kept interrupting us whenever we tried to talk. The irony of all this, is that he was talking to two people who’ve spent their lives in sales and one of them being a professional in inflammation because of a health condition.

Absolutely horrendous, degrading and insulting service. A certified douchebag.

Alina was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the Lazy-boy products. She actually helped us avoid buying a couch that would not have fit through the door of our condo at Mont Tremblant - we are so thankful!
We actually bought the sofa remotely and finalized all of the detaila over the phone - she helped us with our selections, protection and warranty info. Alina made it so easy!
The sofa arrived and the delivery guys were super as well - they helped roove out our old sofa to the curb and installed the new one with ease! It looks beautiful.
We would highly recommend!

Update: An employee finally called us after posting this review. We asked for a refund. They said fine and they would call us back. Guess what… they never called us back. So my husband went into the store and they refuse to reimburse us. Congratulations JP Perreault you win the award for worst customer service. Avoid at all costs.

ZERO STARS. I can’t tell you how disappointed I am with this customer service. We bought a couch in April, they told us it would only come in August which we agreed to. August passed and no couch. We sent an email. No answer. We called. No answer. We called back in September and they said they would call us back with a discount. They never called back. Is it’s November and still no phone call or email despite us reaching out again and again. I just want a refund and to never have to deal with these people again! HORRIBLE.

Très déçue et je ne recommande pas ce magasin. Cela ne vaut pas la peine. J’ai pensé que le service après-vente serait à la hauteur du prix que j’ai payé. Je suis très très déçue J’ai acheté un meuble qui m’a coûté plus de 7500$, toutes mes économies espérant avoir un produit de qualité supérieure que je garderai longtemps. Malheureusement après 1 an et demi, le tissu s’effiloche au niveau de la couture sur l’appuie-tête. Tout ce que le directeur a trouvé à me dire pour me réconforter pour ma perte c’est que je l’ai accroché volontairement. On ne peut rien faire pour vous, Mme…. La garantie est terminée. J’ai décidé de porter plainte contre ce magasin.

Terrible customer service experience. We initially liked a sectional sofa and were asked to pay a 500$ deposit and the salesman Ismail told us it was refundable, when we came back to pick it up or choose an alternative sofa the salesman resigned (or fired). As we found a better deal in another place, we wanted our deposit back, they refused, we went to buy another item they refused to use the money. The contract is does not state that and the manger Samy is rude and unprofessional. Worst experience ever.

Depuis plusieurs années qu'on va chez JC Perreault, une des rares places où on peut acheter des vrais meubles de qualité en bois qui répondent super bien à nos attentes.

J'ai eu une situation à régler récemment, mais Vincent Desjardins a su porter une attention particulière à notre dossier et régler le tout à notre entière satisfaction.

Nous avons acheté un frigo, une cuisinière et une hotte. Notre conseiller Dario Marinic à Kirkland est le meilleur dans son domaine. Il est d'abord de bons conseils, s'intéresse à ses clients est à l'écoute et toujours disponible. Nous avons eu un problème avec notre frigo Fisher Peakle et il a fait le nécessaire en déployant beaucoup d'efforts pour le remplacer. Chapeau M Marinic et je suis convaincu que votre façon de travailler rend vos clients des plus satisfaits.

I have worked with JC Perreault for several years now, assisting my clients in finding the best appliances for their budget. The team in the appliances department has always been very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, and the after sales service (which to me is as important as pre-sales) is like no other appliance store.

I have been dealing with JC Perreault for over 10 years. Dario Marinic is a true professional when it comes to appliances. He really know his stuff. He has met with dozens of my clients and I have always had a great feed back. Even after sales he is extremely helpful. As an Interior Designer it is important for me to be able to specify great products but it is more important to have the service from knowledgeable people.and Dario is my go too when it come to Appliances, I highly recommend JC Perreault and Dario Marinic

Shopping at JC Perreault continues to inspire us. We just replaced our 25 year-old built in ovens with new Miele ovens and benefited from great service and advice from Alexandre Courcy. He did extra research to find us models that would fit within the existing cavity and ensured that we had all the specifications to give to the electrician prior to delivery of the appliances. Il a pris le temps de m’expliquer plusieurs enjeux liés aux choix à faire dans mon contexte et comment les faire. Il est très gentil et attentif aux besoins et n’est pas avare à l’égard des renseignements à fournir pour t’accompagner vers un choix éclairé. Compte-tenu de mon contexte, il a travaillé très fort (incendie dans mon condo) pour réajuster ma commande en fonction des contraintes imposées par les assurances et ma co-propriété. Je suis heureuse d’avoir pu compter sur une personne comme lui. Il est un professionnel très compétent, car il connaît bien sa marchandise et il est patient, dévoué et sympathique. We bought a Jamar bed and a Durham dresser and we absolutely love them! It took some time to arrive at JCPerreault but it is not their fault. Under these conditions that we are living in, patience is definitely the word for everything we buy. Our representative Diane was always professional and helpful. They definitely have a great customer service. I would also like to acknowledge how professional and meticulous the delivery men were in installing our bed. I would not hesitate in buying another item at JCPerreault.
