Je suis passée en magasin chercher une commande faite en ligne. La personne qui m'a reçue était vraiment gentille, souriante et très sympathique! Tellement agréable d'être servie comme ça! MERCI.

Highly recommend going to another location, the sales associates are lost here. Sent my partner to go pickup my order and they refused to give it to him because it was under my name. I went back a few hours later and it took two different sales associates to find it. Also very hard to get served, I was waiting at the counter while sales associates brought their clients to the cash ignoring me. If they are going to accept in store pick up orders they should have a better system in place.

Prix surprenant sur certain article pour une marque de non reconnu et très bon service

Pire service jamais eu, employés bêtes.
Demande une paire de soulier de la grandeur 9 m’amène un soulier 8 sans l’autre désolé cela c’est de l’incompétence. Employé ne me respecte aucunement. Retourner une semaine après le gérant me manque de respect.
Honnêtement engagé d’autres employés plus souriants pour attirer plus de clientèle.
Merci d’une clientèle désappointée.
