Très bien beaucoup d'articles de toutes sortes soit pour faire des bijoux de la peinture sur toile, tricot décoration enfin tellement de choses

Équipe vraiment très cordiale. J’ai appelé pour une mise de côté car impossible de commander l’article sur le site internet et je suis tombée sur un monsieur (Marc-….) tres sympathique et vraiment tres a l’écoute.

Painting materials are often on sale at affordable prices. It is my favorite place to shop. The staff are particularly friendly.

Superb store with everything you need for any sort of crafts, from the cheapest si.olest stuff to the more fancy expensive materials. More versatile than omer de serre, although not as well stocked for dedicated advanced arts suplies. They also have more random, do-with-your-kids kindof art stuff.like tie dye kits and what not.

It's my favorite crafts store! They also have a service to frame things like art and they are very professional. I didn't now anything and they were able to guide me with my choice of frame.

Today was my last time shopping at Micheals St-Constant. The personnel is terrible. This morning one of the sales’ ladies was loudly cussing in French and sharing her personal story with an acquaintance. They made it impossible to move through the main alley near the stamps. We were a few clients circling the area and complaining. After 15 minutes of waiting to reach a spot which they were obstructing, my husband and I apologized and politely asked them if they “could move their conversation further out”.

The sales lady quickly reacted defensively and aggressively. She patronized and belittled us; making it quite clear she didn’t like being asked to move out of the way. Her attempts to humiliate us even embarrassed the woman she was speaking to. If it wouldn’t have been for her we would have been forced to circle the alley ways one more time to get out. In the end, rather then fighting with the woman I asked for her name. Without shame she laughed at me and baited me while spelling it out.

I handed her my basket and said: “Ms. - Micheals St-Constant just lost a client. ”
I’m hoping she took a moment to tally what was in my basket. I thought of leaving a complaint but i’m not even sure those are worth anything anymore. I don’t even think Micheals St-Constant / or Micheals period even cares if they loose a customer.

I’m hoping this review reaches a few people who still believe “being a client stands for something”. As for Micheals St-Constant maybe they should train their personnel in better customer services. It’s not the first time I’ve come across silimar stories relating to this store. I belong to a craft group for which most of us shop there. As for me I’m not going back and plan to inform my family and friends to shop elsewhere too.

Ils ont souvent des coupons rabais par email et ils ont des spéciaux pour la laine très souvent au magasin. Je trouve juste dommage que dans les accessoires pour. Le département d'accessoires pour le tricot ne se renouvelle pas beaucoup et ils manque des articles.

J'aime bien cet endroit. Beaucoup de choix de produits de bricollages et artistiques. Des cadres sur mesures et prêt à emporté. Et des produits qui suivent les saisons et les différentes fêtes pour bien décorer et s amuser.

On a reçu 0 service, et la caissière en sortant a même pas été capable de nous dire au revoir.juste un petit sourire forcer.première fois que ça nous a arriver!

They've got good variety, especially if you're going for seasonal projects. I find certain things a bit overpriced for what you get. Though, if you're looking to start a project, it's a really good place to start. I was looking for embossing powders and the selection is not amazing. They had maybe 10 different colours, most sparkles or white. I was looking for something close to lavender. I ended up with a dark purple pearl and a white pearl powder. Try to mix them and maybe give a cool blend.

Excellent choix dans tous les domaines, le magasin est bien répartit, tout est facile à trouver. Il faut savoir profiter des spéciaux quand ils passent, on peut souvent avoir 30%, voir 50% de rabais. Activité sur place, encadrement. Tout pour les projets artisanaux!

On y trouve plusieurs articles très intéressants pour l'artisanat.
La circulation pour les gens à mobilité réduite est parfois complexe puisque des présentoirs bloquent certaines allées.

They store is amazing. However, very expensive. I've seen the same products cheaper, example their coastal section.

Convenient location in terms of proximity to other useful stores. Had a nice variety of supplies and was able to find everything I needed.
