The shop seems to have lots of stuff but they definitely need a manager, I told the cashier (who was amazing and tried to give me lots of rebate) that the last frame I wanted was damaged at a couple of places, she said she could call the manager to try for a lower price, a young girl came, never looked at me and said shell be back, 20 min after the cashier told me the manager forgot about me and will be back soon, when she came back she offered me 10% off. I have a better service with amazon

Worst possible customer service none of the workers want to do the bare minimum to help the customers.even when an item is priced for an amount they dont honour it very unpleasant horrible energy people (NEED NEW YOUNGER STAFF)

Pas vraiment le meilleur magasin d'art si vous ne connaissez pas vos choses d'avance. Les employés ne pouvait répondre à aucune question sur leurs différents types de peintures.

Most of the shelves were empty. Upon arriving, I realized that most of the items I went for were only on special online (I'll make sure to read the fine print next time). The system for picking up online orders was really unorganized. The only cashier had to go look in 3 different places before finally finding my order. This ended up causing a significant line up of customers at the cash. Definitely wasn't something that I'll do again in the near future.

I went to pick up a shipment that was sent to me by my work. My names matched properly in my id was just the address that was different because I moved out. For some reason the store manager was super rude and complicated because the addresses didn’t match the id and they refused to give me my shipment. This is the first time something like this happened to me. Even though I try to show her some of my bills that proved I lived here she refused and said it must be in an id. I had pick up shipments with a different address before and as long as my name matches it, they would give it to me. It felt like this store manager just enjoy ruining days and finding any excuses to not give me my shipment.

J’ai eu un excellent service de la part d’un employé (homme avec une barbe grisonnante) très compétent et de très bons conseils concernant du matériel de peinture pour un cadeau. Ce samedi 8 octobre 2022.

The store has a lot of different crafting items. The staff was friendly, I found my item but not the color I wanted. They have some great promotions and always have coupons we can use. I would definitely suggest this place.

Can usually.find what you need. They were accommodating of an order I had to place online when in the store in order to use the coupon I had been texted to use.

J'ai été déposé mon colis purolator boîte en carton brun à cette endroit en date du 9 mars en soirée vers 6: 30-7: 30. Et ils ont perdu mon colis.comme si le colis n'a jamais été sortie de chez Michaels.personne ne l'a scanné devant moi.faites attention lorsque vous allez déposé vos colis, il faut demandé que ça soit scanné devant vous.j'ai perdu un colis.et une vente. Purolator a fait leur enquête.rien du tout.je ne comprends pas trop.il n'y a pas de caméra au Michaels pour le vol à l'étalage? Michaels n'a pas fait grand chose.le gérant est allé vérifié mais m'a dit de contacter puro.alors rien.aucun suivi.c'est eux qui donne le service.je suis vraiment frustré, triste.je ne sais pas quoi faire.

My wife and daughter love crafting and this place although expensive seems to have everything you need to do any project. But they often have coupons or discounts so sometimes you can get what you need cheaper. You can also order online and pick up in store which allows you to further benefit if there is a rebate online.

Bonne diversités de produits. Le problème est le passage a la caisse. Leur système est d'une lenteur a être inscrit au Guiness!

This Michael’s is nice. It is clean and the staff are friendly. I went twice in the past week looking for summer activities for my kids and for tie dye supplies.

They have lots of summer activities for kids to do and lots on sale or clearance.

They were out of stock on some of the sizes of jerseys I wanted but they had a lot of the tie dye in stock.

The staff speak both French and English which is great as I am not a French speaker.

When I went it was not busy at all which was nice. Easy to shop without lots of people around. Masks are mandatory there is hand sanitizer at the entrance.

There is lots of parking and this Michael’s is in the same area as some other big stores.

Beaucoup de beaux produits mais les prix portent à confusion. C'est comme aller en auto au centre-ville, tenter de trouver un stationnement mais beaucoup trop de pancartes à lire avant de savoir si on a le droit de stationner à cet endroit. Soyez donc plus clair dans l'affichage de vos prix!

Perte de temps d’acheter vos produits dans ce magasin. Achetez plutôt sur Amazon ils ont un excellent service à la cliente et si le produit est défectueux il vous rembourse au moins.

Worst customer service i ever had encountered, asked on the phone if they had the product I wanted said yes, they said they were keeping 6 at the register for me. When I arrived 25 minutes later they told me they didn’t even have one in stock. I specially asked them that I didn’t want to drive all the way there for nothing. I will make it my duty to stop everyone I know from going there!

Le site (mis à jour cette semaine) affiche que c’est ouvert depuis 8h le vendredi et 9h12 toujours fermé sur leur boîte vocale. Vraiment désagréable quand on cherche des produits, et ce, dans toutes vos succursales. Aussi, les stocks de laine bernat big sont impossibles à trouver depuis des semaines

Wow, je ne connaissais pas cette boutique magnifique, disons par le nom, oui, mais y mettre les pieds, wow, j'ai adoré et je trouve la laine qu'il me faut a chaque fois, merci a tous pour le bon service.

Long line up, staff doesn't know their products. I asked 2 diferent people for white paint that dry fast. No one knew where I could get it

Personnel très arrogant, ne veux pas vous servire au téléphone. Ils vous disent un instant et reprenne pas la ligne après 20 minutes! Quand tu rappel ils te disent immédiatement que aucune réservation du produit va être fait? ! Je leurs ai juste demander si il y en avait pas de le réserver je reste pas loin on est en temps de covid sa m’évite de faire 10 magasins! Elle me répond qu’à va devoir faire le tour des rangées car elle sait pas ce qu’elle cherche que sa va être long! Je raccroche pour redemander un autre commis on me

Limited Christmas decorations from November. Understandable that they’d all be gone at this point. Always very friendly which is why 4-stars.

Too expensive, every time we go, they ask for my email or phone, I’ve filled it probably 7 times, literally and they still don’t find me, I feel bad for the employees but it’s poorly managed.

I placed an order online for in store pickup and was informed the next morning that my order was picked up although I never went to get it. I contacted the store and they told me they had no trace of my purchase and referred me to customer service. The store manager informed customer service that someone "accidentally" placed my order back on the shelf and that it was not possible for me to go pick up my order. After being on the phone with different customer service agents for over 2 hours the only option was to get refunded and purchase it again. I am very disappointed and will not be returning to this specific Michaels store.

Nice store - a little on the expensive side and there are not always the quantities I need. Otherwise, I would have given 4 stars.

I went in to see about getting artwork I had framed. Mme. Louise took her time with my husband and I, helped us choose the frame and gave us ideas using her expertise and knowledge. We picked up my mounted artwork and it looks spectacular. We are so happy and it looks beautiful up on my wall! Thank you Mme. Louise!

They wrote that you are entitled to one product with a 50% discount, but when I chose a product they said that not all products are covered by this offer and this was not clear in their announcement.

La stratégie de marketing appliquée depuis quelques mois a donné des bons résultats. Les coupons de 40 et 45% de rabais attirent plus de clients mais il est devenu récurrent. À mon avis cela serait plus efficace de réviser le calcul de prix en considérant un prix avec une marge raisonnable qui permet d'avoir une croissance soutenable des ventes et profits à long terme.

They have a great selection of crafts. Ailes are clean and organized. There are good sales too. Check online for coupons! This particular time I unexpectedly needed a cart, so the lady at the front was nice enough to get me one politely! But the cashier didn't want to make me two bills, but I understand that it was closing time. So an overall fair experience.

Le magasin est très bien organisée. Vaste choix de produit d'artisans en tout genre. Malgré le fait que j'ai pas trouver ce que je cherchais (feuille de transfert pour chocolat). Je peux pas m'exprimer pour les autres rayons mais les prix de ceux de la pâtisserie sont légèrement plus dispendieux que d'autre place. Je recommande tout de même la place pour la variété des produits offert. Le 4 étoiles est pour les prix qui me semble plus dispendieux.

Great people however a bit slow at the cash. I had to queue up with those paying ti mais a return.had no issues though making the return.was refunded with no hesitation.

Like this store for selection of items for arts and crafts. Items are a bit pricey, but sign up for coupons or wait for a sale, and it will be worth it.

I go to this store on a weekly basis for my crafty needs. Staff is very nice however management is not the greatest. I do find that dealing with the management there for minor issues can result in more frustration rather than less. Overall, this is the location i prefer to visit over other Michael stores
