I had multiple issues to have corrected on my laptop and the support and efficacy of fixes was very strong. Friendly and knowledgeable service with good explanations.

EDIT: Company responded below. Claims that I never called and that my review is fake. Disappointing that they did not invite me to contact them to resolve the issue like any other company would. I guess they really do not care about their customers.

Called for a project and never heard back.

They hide their pricing scheme. They fish you in with low ball pricing, then once they've got your business, they hike up those crazy prices. Since everything is managed on their cloud servers, your out of luck dishing out money. Stay away.
