Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Mont Tremblant

I’ve stayed several times at this hotel. I find it to be excellent value with very good service. My daughter loves spending her birthday there, the hotel even did something special this year for her which was much appreciated). Thank you to the team Edith and Karine!

La chambre était très spacieuse, le petit déjeuner complet, la glissade d'eau et la piscine chauffée à l'extérieur sont un beau plus! Mention spéciale au monsieur de l'accueil qui nous a autorisé à rester plus tard pour arranger notre horaire.merci! On garde l'adresse!

Had very bad experience with this hotel, it’s a 3 star hotel and it should be 1 star hotel.

When we checked in, the rooms were dirty, the tv wasn’t working, the phone wasn’t working and most importantly the AC/heater wasn’t working. I had my baby and all night was cold because the temperature control wasn’t working. I still didn’t complain.

I booked three rooms and they charge me extra for a “damaged fee” after we checked out. When I called, Eric the supervisor said he charged me because there was a diaper on the floor…I apologized and said probably because we were rushing and I forgot to throw away my baby’s diaper in the garbage, the diaper was almost clean by the way because she didn’t poop or pee that much. I told Eric that I have never got extra charges because I left a diaper on the floor or had breakfast in the room. He told me there was a form that explained this rule and everyone signs it…. I told him there was no form provided to me and I didn’t sign anything. When I asked him to provide a proof that I signed, he obviously ignored me.

He also said he will send me pictures of the room and it’s been a month he hasn’t and whenever I called to ask for Eric, he is not there. Almost all the receptionists have my message to him but no response from him.

This hotel is not worth the price because the cleaning service is really bad and the pool water was dirty too because they never clean it and almost everyone at the hotel swims there.

Stayed there a couple nights ago.costed 500$ a night.best hotel I've ever stayed in.the building is nice, the rooms are nice, the showers are great, the staff are friendly, it's better than 90% of the hotels in the area, its in a good location, its a 1 min walkaway from a few restaurants, and a gas station/convenience store, and everyone who stayed there seemed to be upper middle-class.everyone there drove new German and Japanese cars, and expensive e-bikes.

Almost a year ago, we visit this hotel, Avoid this hotel, it was so noisy in the middle of night, 3 guys in upstairs room was doing party all loud and yelling, we even called police, we asked the management to change our room but they refused and said because you reserved by Expedia we can do nothing.they just gave us a discount coupon for next time! Kidding? ! We will never come back and we are not happy at all for staying at this hotel. Breakfast options were poor.

Best experience ever, a small pool and hot tub with a slide for kids which was amazing. Pet friendly. I would recommend it

Le personnel très serviable. Malgré une difficulté avec la porte de la chambre (on a dû changer de chambre), tout c'est bien déroulé. Très calme, chambre de bonne grandeur, petit déjeuner convenable. Je recommande cet hôtel, le prix est raisonnable

One of the worst hotel I went to, especially considering they are charging us 215$ for 1 night and it is just noisy, absolutely ridiculous. The walls are made out of paper, there is a lot of families but instead of putting the families on the lower floors, they're in the room just above ours, stomping on the floor. When we got into the room it was smelling like perfume and we found blood on our sheets. This place was absolutely disappointing, I do not recommend at all.

We stayed for 2 nights during the easter long weekend. The hotel was packed and not very well planned for the occupation as they run out of food for breakfast. The ladies helping with food were very nice and provided the best possible service, same for the front desk however no body ever answered the phone at the reception when we tried calling for questions. We were surprised there was no cleaning service for the rooms and it was never mentioned at our arrival, only at 5pm when we came back and room was not made like at every other hotel, they said room cleaning is done only every 3 days. The rooms are small but in good condition. A couple of water bottles in the room would have been a nice gesture for $240/night. The kids enjoyed the pools. Overall a good experience at a convenient location.

Exceptional hotel. The level of service and friendliness of the staff was second to none. The amenities and rooms were modern and clean. The breakfast was very good. The kids loved the pool, the water slide, and the arcade. The 24hr free fruits and juices were a nice touch. A perfect place to stay for the Ironman events (located at the bottom of Montee Ryan).

Nous y sommes allé 1 nuit un vendredi do week-end do grand prix. Le personnel était accueillant, serviable et dynamique. Que ce soit la chambre, ou tout autres installations, tout fonctionnait correctement lors de ma visite. Mes deux garçons se sont beaucoup amusés dans la piscine et la glissade d'eau et moi j'ai adoré le spa. De plus, mon caniche royal a pu venir et nous étions tous heureux qu'il y soit bienvenu. Bref, je recommande.

Amazing location outside of the mountain village. It is right at the turn of Montee Ryan where you turn to turn in from the highway to the mountain. Super friendly staff both at the check in desk and breakfast buffet. We had a 2 bed room, which was super clean and pretty much new. I was a little surprised that it had a microwave and a fridge in the room. That’s a big plus! Not many places have a microwave in the room these days. The swimming pool and water slide was loved by my son. He didn’t want to leave. The pool was a little small though and it is the same depth the whole way at about 1.2 meter. There are no lifeguards, so if you have kids that don’t know how to swim, be aware and bring a floatation device. The water slide should be able to used by kids that don’t know how to swim, as it doesn’t end in the pool but a shallow flat part. There’s also an outdoor hot tub. The included free breakfast was served by a very friendly staff. I was a little discouraged when I saw the lineup, but service was quick and efficient. There’s also coffee, water, juice and fruits available all the time at the breakfast area.

The only complain I have is the AC unit was a little loud. I was woken up each time it turned on in the middle of the night. My kid was able to sleep through it without issue. There was also a fan/rumble noise pretty much all night long. As if someone left the bathroom fan on in another room. That being said, I would still consider going back for a stay the next time.

Great value for money. Everything in the hotel is almost new. Kids seem to love the pool area.

Here's what's included in the room:

Full-size fridge, induction stove, pots, pans, toaster, plates, cutlery, a sink, ironing board and much more.

The room also has a couch! For the price point (364 a night plus taxes for two on Canada Day), I found this a steal. I have paid much more for rooms this size in the past.

The buffet breakfast included in your room tariff can get busy if they are running a full house (open 7 to 10 am). I skipped it as it was super chaotic on 2nd July.

They also let restaurants deliver food straight to your room. (only a select few - ask the front desk for a list) I found this a bit weird from a safety and security perspective as anyone can enter the hotel as lifts are not key card controlled. But great from a convenience point of view.

They also have charging stations for electric vehicles.

If you are in Mont Tremblant and looking for a place to stay, this property won't disappoint.

Bon emplacement quand on a la voiture, personnel fort sympathique. Café spéciaux payant lors du petit déjeuner.

Positif: Lits confortables et personnels chaleureux. Mes enfants ce sont beaucoup amusé dans la piscine et la glissade intérieur. Le spa extérieur était bien mais il ne fonctionnait pas lorsqu’on est entré dedans et donc l’eau n’était pas assez chaude.

Négatif: insonorisation laisse à désirer. Nous avons été réveillé durant la nuit par un couple qui se chicanait dehors. Au petite heure du matin nous avons été réveillé également par 2 hommes ivres qui parlaient dehors.

Gros points négatifs: On se fait électrocuté à chaque fois qu’on touche au bouton de l’ascenseur.

Excellent service. C'était propre, le personnel était très accueillant notamment Éric qui nous a accueilli avec sa belle humeur et sa gentillesse. Mention spéciale aussi de William qui nous a fait le check-out. Les enfants ont vraiment adoré la piscine avec la glissade d'eau. Et le petit-déjeuner continental était complet. Des fruits et des jus, thé, tisane, café disponible en libre service à volonté. Machine a glace a notre étage. Que demander de plus absolument rien de négatif à mentionner, on y retournera sans aucun doute.

Belle place la glissade intérieure est plaisante autant pour les jeunes que les grands le ptit déjeuné continentale est très bon, bacon, saucisse, jambon, omelette, oeuf brouillé, toasts, creton, muffins, etc etc et le personnel très gentil et souriants

Hôtel facile accès, grand parking, Chambre propre, Petit déjeuné servi par une dame très sympathique, simple, œuf brouillée presque froid.

A part les chambres assez petites le reste est vraiment bien. Belle prestation et personnel vraiment très gentil.

Our favorite hotel in Tremblant for its excellent value for price ratio. We keep coming back over and over. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Thanks to Michel, their star employee who serves breakfast with a smile and such a positive attitude that he reminds us why we are here: to enjoy life and have fun.

Great hotel in a terrific location. The staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful, especially William; who we had the pleasure of interacting with a few times. The rooms are clean, well equipped, comfortable and the prices are relatively low. Also, with breakfast included, this hotel provides exactly overall value. Will certainly stay here again.

I wish more hotels understood the importance of hospitality before opening hotels. Little things make all the difference. The receptionists are so warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms are just enough with all the essentials and are clean. We loved the hot tub too. Decent breakfast. We couldn't ask for anything more for that price.

Superbe séjour à Mont-Tremblant avec ma famille (deux couples). Nous avons adoré cette hôtel avec ces superbes attractions (piscine et spa), la nourriture était excellente. Je recommandes️

Petit hôtel avec chambre moderne et rénovée. Chambre spacieuse pour 2 avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Lit et oreillers confortables. Petit déjeuner plus que correct (oeufs brouillés, omelette fromage, croissant, muffin, céréale, gruau etc)! Jolie petite piscine avec grande glissade et spa extérieur. Seul petit bémol, un peu bruyant mais j'étais juste à côté de la réception.

I had a wonderful experience at the Microtel. Front desk staff, especially Mary, was extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. She was above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Excellent property, the property was clean and new. It was just great. Thank you!

L'hôtel est près de tout les commodités, William à l'accueil fait un travail exceptionnel, il est accueillant et attentionné, ce qui commence bien notre séjour, la chambre est spacieuse, propre. Le lit, les oreillers sont parfaits. Que dire du service du déjeuner avec Ghislaine avec son sourire et son petit mot pour chaque client, ça fait en sorte que ça démarre bien la journée, les oeufs, le bacon, jambon, croissant, tout est excellent. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, merci à toute l'équipe car même en temps de covid, on s'y est bien senti.

Good service, rooms are very modern and clean.but you can only use the pool for 30 minutes! That's ridiculous to be honest even with covid there has to be a better solution

A very nice little motel with simple yet beautiful modern style. I was disappointed by the ridiculously small pool but there is also a nice water slide and a hot tub to pay it off!

Beau petit hôtel, par contre et sûrement à cause des mesures imposées par le Covid, le petit déjeuner (Prêt à porter) était très mauvais.

We had a negative experience witht the check-in. They are grossly understaffed & have slow working computers. Although we specifically requested & were "guaranteed" that we would have connecting rooms; we were given 2 rooms a few doors apart. This was not safe since we had young children who needed our attention.
I would have expectyed fair reimburements such as points returned or some cash refund as we were quite disappointed abput this.

On the positive side- the pool & slide are amazing; the rooms are decent & clean

Très bel hôtel, très propre, piscine propre, glissade d'eau a amusé notre 2 ans et mon chum quand même longtemps! Très bonne localisation pas très loin du village de Tremblant et plusieurs restaurant a distance raisonnable. D'autres restaurants sont en construction pratiquement dans le stationnement de l'hôtel. Seul bémol le déjeuner inclu est une boite à lunch qu'on va chercher à la réception du au covid-19. Malheureusement nois avions 2 muffins sur 3 de moisi

The place is clean. Beds are not very comfy as well as the pillows. But the room is clean. I dont know if this is due to COVID, but even in the airplane the food is better. Breakfast.literally poor. It looks like new or renew place. I would recommend for business, but not for family pleasure.

Great place to stay in Tremblant away from the hustle and bustle of the pedestrian village. Beds are super comfy, all new and very clean. Loved the outdoor large hot tub and the kids enjoyed the indoor pool with the waterslide. Great staff and service.

Beautiful, clean location. My husband and I stayed here for two nights with our two dogs! Staff are extremely nice and helpful. The room was very clean and we will be staying here again in the future! Highly recommended

Pools amazing, jacuzzi amazing, stuff so patient and they so informed. My only problem with this hotel is that they don't put out alot of soap for the the amount of people staying in the room, like for example I went with three people and we had to share that tiny piece of soap for a day and we all shower twice a day.

Location is great, staff were very accommodating. Super clean, indoor pool with great water slide, outdoor hot tub, free breakfast. We will be back.

I went for 3 nights, stuff is very ignorant, nobody responded to any request, nobody answers phones, i didn't get the room i wanted and reserved because of a mistake than nobody wanted to admit, Promised to get a rewards points card as for all guests, and never happened, and tried to claim the points for the money paid and they programmed the request online so nothing passes. HORRIBLE HOTEL, never recommend it for anyone

I loved the mini fridge and the microwave inside our room. It really helps when you have especially the microwave inside your room. Due to covid-19, the breakfast menu was very poor.

C'est un bel hôtel propre, le personnel est gentil et l'emplacement était parfait pour les activités qu'on avait planifié.

J'ai passé l'année passée deux nuits, cette année je vais passer 3 nuits. Bref: excellent hôtel avec excellent service.

Great little hotel right on Montée Ryan, on the way to the ski slopes. Very affordable, clean and friendly staff. The hotel is new so everything is in great condition. They have a great pool with a gigantic water slide, great for the kids, and a spa right outside for the adults. Definitely coming back. Highly recommended!

Very nice staff, still in construction but has already enough. Maybe the breakfast room could be managed in a different way. People seem to confused and packed.

Easy check in-out Breakfast choices were fantastic and the room was really clean, new and what you SHOULD get for the price.location Is great far enough from chaos and close enough to fun.mcdonalds and tim hortons next door, hwy and gas station right there. Brand new. Very clean. Wifi is fast. Plugs everywhere to charge your phone & laptop. Included breakfast is good. Had a great stay there and would definitely recommend.

Propre, récent, abordable et très bien situé. Considérant qu'ils sont encore en rodage, la logistique du déjeuner devra être amélioré. Nombre insuffisant de tables au déjeuner pour le nombre de personnes. Piscine et glissades d'eau non fonctionnel pour l'instant. Je prédis beaucoup de succès pour cet hôtel lorsqu'il sera complètement rôder et 100% fonctionnel.

La chambre que j'ai eue, était pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, car j'ai voyagé avec mon chien. J'aurais aimé avoir une petite table avec une chaise, mais je peux comprendre qu'une personne à mobilité réduite a besoin du plus d'espace possible pour son fauteuil.

Par contre, j'aurais aimé que l'hôtel offre un petit quelque chose pour mon chien. Comme par exemple, un bol pour la nourriture et l'eau et/ou un coussin pour qu'il puisse dormir ailleurs que sur le plancher. Plusieurs hôtels offrent ça et pour un tout nouvel hôtel, j'avais espéré qu'il y ait pensé.

La propreté de la chambre est mon point négatif. Il y avait une bouteille de vin déjà entamée qui était dans le frigo et il y a avait une substance collante sur la table de nuit. Bref, rien de bien grave, mais tout de même important à noter.

Le petit déjeuner était inclus et c'était super bien. Le reste de l'établissement est bien ordonné et propre.

Personnellement, je trouve que l'hôtel n'a pas d'âme. Il manque d'originalité. Il pourrait y avoir, plus d'images sur les murs qui pourraient avoir un lien avoir l'histoire de Tremblant, des objets qui représentent la région ou plus de plantes par exemple.

J'y retournerai fort probablement dans le futur, pour voir comment cet hôtel évolue et voir si des changements auront été faits.

Extrêmement satisfaite! Nous avons été surpris une cuisinière et grand frigidaire. Comptoir pour préparer des repas! En plus il y avait de la vaisselle dans les armoires, nous avons été gâtés. Très belle hôtel les employés sont très serviables et sympathiques nous allons y retourner!

Hummm chambre agréable. Service laisse encore à désirer. Un peu confus. Pas claire. Il faut vraiment bien s'informer avant de réserver.
