En tant que personne qui ne connaît rien aux autos, je suis 100% satisfaite de leurs services. Ils s’assurent d’être honnêtes dans les prix et sur les problèmes de l’auto. Ils prennent même le temps pour expliquer / montrer d’où vient le problème. Je recommande!

Terrible service they broke my shifter and still charged me an overpriced oil change. Very slow and poor customer service im not going there again **i dont recommend**

As a long term customer they have fast service, friendly staff, and good pricing. They are very knowledgeable and I will always go back. A-1 service.

Stoll my vehicule registration plate after I sell my car to them.and they had tickets on my name! Bunch of thiefs! After all the money we wasted in their business they should be ashamed. Just don’t go there

Great garage, people are great, service is great, good mechanics, they know their stuff, the owner is great.

Worst place, had to wait even when I had an appointment. They opened the front cover of my car and then told me they don’t have the part available and they have ordered the part, since they don’t want to do double job they will put all the parts they have removed in my trunk for a day and they’ll receive the part next day and they’ll call me. I didn’t get a call for the whole week. Next week I called them and they told me to come Wednesday, I went Wednesday and they said HONDA forgot to driver the windshield washer pump but they have ordered the part and I should come tomorrow. Tomorrow I went and waited 40 minutes before they can take my car in the garage. Finally the guy tells me Honda had sent the wrong part and they will reorder so I said I would just fix it at Honda. So they put the covers back but they didn’t put all the screws and clips. Now I have to pay Honda for all those parts. With all these they were expecting me to pay them service fee.

This place has gone seriously down hill. While the owner is a personable guy his staff less so. Last time I was in, not only did they not do what I requested but the mechanic left grease all over the driver door and the white headliner. The are lots of garages in Chateauguay and I now go to one of them. This place used to be great. Maybe it will be again some day.

Great customer service. Fast and knowledgeable. They re transparent and explain to you whats going on in simple terms. My dad refered me to them and such honest people with high quality work.

Midas car wash is not really good i don't like it i come home and i wash my car again interior it has dirty they dont make a good job.for the money u pay is not worth.vip 24$ it like u wash somewhere else regular car wash.i never gonna make mistake to go back again 4 car wash.find ur self good place to have ur car wash as u want.

Not only do they fix cars and sell tires they also own a car wash. Many kinds of trucks cars and SUVs also bigger trucks.

De mon expérience, je suis très satisfait. J'ai toujours été bien reçu au service et ils ont toujours été accommodants au niveau de leur disponibilité selon mon horaire. Aussi, ils me contactent chaque fois avant de faire une réparation si elle n'était pas prévu initialement, sans y mettre de pression. Si ce n'est pas une urgence ils le disent, ils n'essayent donc pas de gonfler la facture pour rien, j'ai l'impression. Les mécaniciens me semblent compétents et apprécier travailler à cet endroit. Pour ce qui est de poser des diagnostics, je n'ai encore rien eu de trop complexe, je ne peux donc pas me prononcer sur ça, pour l'instant.
