Prices are good, he helped me over the phone and put the parts I needed aside so I can be out of there quickly. Nice to get OEM parts, prices are the same on amazon for non oem parts.

Called them and like others were on hold for a long time probably 10 minutes+ with no answer. Hang up and call elsewhere.

Diswasher latch broke, found the part number, called them up, yes we have it in stock! Went to get it all good! Exceptional service, helpful, now my go to place if I need parts for domestic appliances! If they can't help nobody can!

I called in to get the part for a specific model of washing machine, which I gave them. They told me they had found the part and I should come in to get it. Turns out that they were only guessing that the parts would match, they didn't actually check but they lied and said it was the same product. Come to find out that not only is it the wrong product, but they have a no returns policy so I wouldn't have been able to get my money back if I had bought the part. The only saving grace is the cashier seemed to feel guilty and warned me about trusting his own company too quickly. In the future I wouldn't shop here again.

I had a great experience with this company after my oven control board failed. They were the only company in Canada that I could find who had the part in stock - others suppliers were giving me lead times of 8-12 weeks. It also happened to be the lowest price I could find, which was a bonus. Their staff (Steve) was courteous and answered all of my questions. They shipped the part from Montreal, QC that afternoon, and it arrived at my door in Aurora, ON the next day. Overall, it was a fantastic customer experience, and I will make sure to call them first next time I need an appliance part.

Le magasin est bien achalandé, mais la femme qui vend est un raciste, je ne parle pas bien le français et l’affaire n’était pas du tout agréable.

La personne la plus bête et la moins patiente à qui j'ai parlé au téléphone depuis des lustres! Ne me rendrai pas sur place.
