Two days in a row, they say they attempted delivery - first day they didn't even leave a note and there was no trace they had even tried to knock. Fortunately due to modern technology, we can verify they didn't even ring a doorbell, and just a note on the door before quickly getting into their vehicle and taking off. Ran down the street to try to catch them, but he wouldn't stop. It seems like their goal is to knock on doors and then make you pick up things from their warehouse so the drivers can save time.
Fortunately not a carrier we need to rely on frequently.

J’attend un colis livré par cette compagnie.j’attendais un colis et il n’arrivait pas.j’appelle la compagnie et l’homme au téléphone me dit qu’il ne sait pas.finalement, il a été livré à une mauvaise adresse (a 6km de chez moi) et la personne m’a appelé pour me dire qu’elle avait reçu mon colis (il y avait une feuille de livraison avec mon numéro)

The Best experience in delivery service. Thank you for the heads up call before delivery (the Young Lady who called was so nice), and from the driver the next business day. Couldn't ask for better.

Another stupid shipping company that cannot leave the parcel at the nearest post office and forces you to collect your parcel within 5 days in the middle of nowhere between 8AM and 6PM!
