Great little gem, beauty business operate by mother and daughters. They have always provided wonderful services and care for their customers. I have been their client for almost 4 years now and have never been disappointed. They take such good care and explain every treatments and their benefits that will help me feel more confident. Highly recommend this beauty salon.

I went to this place for a facial and the owner refused to give me one saying that it was useless because my skin was “too bad” and she could not work with it. She also said lots of rude comments like “you haven’t taken care of your skin in a long time” after having filmed my skin with the zoom of her phone under an extremely bright light. As we all know everyone’s skin looks horrible that close up. Also anyone that suffers with acne does not deserve to hear this as it is not a choice. Furthermore she tried to sell me a 578$ peel and said it was the only way I could resolve my acne. I told her that was very expensive and I had an upcoming appointment with my dermatologist. She said “the dermatologist doesn’t know what they are doing” and they will just “prescribe hormones. In the end she refunded me my deposit which was nice however it was a very unsettling experience. Any girl who has a lower self confidence will feel forced to buy into her overpriced treatments. If if you want to go somewhere where the staff is nice and understand I recommend la loge on parc

10000/10 experience. Spa Milada is the ONLY thing that helped me with my hormonal acne after months and months of trying different things, they even helped me more than my dermatologist. Some prices may seem on the higher end, but I was spending endless money on products and services elsewhere that didn't work. They helped simplify my routine and I saw results almost instantly, but long term results have shown after a year of coming here. No where else is better! Sweetest staff <3

I’ve been going there for months for electrolysis and the service is amazing each time.
I recommend getting the vip pass early cause its really worth it for things like electrolysis which take a long time

Everyone at this Salon is lovely and very knowledgeable at what they do! I had gone to quite a few spas looking for a place to remove my peach fuzz and no one was able to help me or provide the right service except Salon Milada. I also stopped washing my face after they told me it does more harm than good and now my face is clear:) I can't say enough nice things, go check them out!

This place is IT! After years of searching for a solution to my aging skin and lack luster complexion, spending thousands of dollars on creams and serums and other facials, I found Milada. I am blown away at the absolute expertise, kindness and professionalism here. My skin is in the best shape of my life and it is only getting better. My treatments have been no nonsense, super effective and absolutely worth every penny (not to mention, super reasonably priced). Go. Just go. Let them figure out how to fix your skin and just let them do their work. This place is legitimately a treasure.

Had a very positive experience one year ago with Joelle. Came back a year later and this time my treatment was with Milada. I would recommend that she change her communication style- constantly criticizing my skin for the whole 30 minutes and telling me the 225$ treatment I am getting will not help that much and that I need the chemical peel.just feels like she is trying to sell me more treatments for the whole time I was there. This is not the way to retain customers or sell more treatments. She can say it once and the customer will get the point, no need to repeat it over and over.

Very personable staff. Milada is wonderful! She is knowledgable on all the skin treatments available out there for all the skin type and was able to recommend the right one for me. The before & after photos of my skin are unbelievable!

AVOID THIS PLACE! The prices seen online are not accurate. The price written online is 99$ and they are charging 135$ when taking the treatment. Their prices are extremely expensive and they are not tailored to customer needs. I requested a cleansing facial without 3 machine treatments they use (just cleaning and manual extraction) and they were not able to give me a simple facial. Horrible experience.

Milada et son équipe sont très accueillante et attentionné. Grâce à ses conseils et ses traitements de qualité, ma peau du visage est déjà visiblement plus en santé en l'espace de seulement 2 semaines après mon premier rendez-vous. Ma barbe et mon cuir chevelu sont aussi beaucoup moins congestionné grâce à leur traitement à l'oxygène qui enlèvent les pellicules en profondeur. Je recommande ce salon à tous et à toutes pour tout leurs traitements beauté!

I have always struggled with dark circles and puffy eyes. A month ago I went to Milada to get a regular facial and she told me all about the under eye treatment she provides there so I opted to try it out the following week and boy am I glad I did. Within just a few days I noticed a huge difference. The dark circles are pretty much gone and it's only been a month. I highly recommend this treatment. Milada is wonderful at explaining everything and doing what is best for you and your body! Thank you so much!

It was my very first time trying teeth whitening at Milada. From the entrance I entered, they really did care all hygiene process to make sure everything is perfect. A lady at reception was so sweet explained all steps i was supposed to. A lady who did for my teeth came and introduced me a room. She even asked me if i have cavity because it wont be good to have this treatment if i have cavity (some non-professional places they dont ask.because they just know how to do only), i was impressed about their honesty. It was so relax in the cozy room with relax music, after all she came back and showed me all how my result and difference was. I was a last client but she never rushed anything. I am very satisfied with my result and definitely going back for my another treatment!

Concernant les microdermabrasions: J'ai pris un rendez-vous chez Milada, car mes cliniques habituelles pour la micro étaient toujours fermées dû au Covid. Le personnel est très gentil et à l'écoute. Cependant, pour le prix qu'ils offrent, je ne trouve pas que la micro vaut entièrement la peine (en promotion à 189$ taxes incluses). Chez Rainspa ou Spa Cloud par exemple, je peux avoir pratiquement le même soin avec de meilleurs résultats dans un environnement beaucoup plus agréable, et ce, pour moins cher (entre 110-130$). Cela dit, je dois souligner qu'ils s'y connaissent et offrent un bon service!

N'hésitez pas à contacter Office de la protection du consommateur si ce salon se permet de vous charger quoi que ce soit pour des services NON rendus.style "donnez nous le numéro de votre carte de crédit et nous vous chargerons 50$ si vous manquez votre RV".

Franchement, depuis quand la LOI permet de charger quoi que ce soit pour des services qui N'ONT pas été rendus.

I recommend for any man that is usually shy.
Nose and ear hair removal takes seconds and don’t hurt. The results are spontaneous and cheap.
The oxygen scalp treatment is irreplaceable, your shampoos won’t clean your pour’s.

Salut.je ne suis pas satisfaite de cet endroit le personnel arnaque et harcèle les clients en essayant de vendre leurs produits très dispendieux. Personnellement je vous raconte ma mauvaise expérience avec ce salon, je suis allée pour une consultation gratuite et après je déciderai si je ferai un traitement royal anti-âge, l esthéticienne m’a guidé vers la chambre je me suis allongée et elle a commencé à faire le nettoyage sans me dire quel genre de peau je possède et quel traitement me convient en effet la consultation n est pas faite, elle m’a dit je vais te faire un nettoyage en profondeur ça coûte $230+ taxes et dure 75 min j ai dit ok ça marche puisque vous êtes déjà commencé et moi si comme je n ai pas le choix de dire arrêtez! Sincèrement ça c est de l harcèlement, j ai payé $264 juste pour me mettre 2 masque argile sur mon visage et m’enlever des points noirs je trouve ça injuste et inacceptable c est de l arnaque vraiment, je ne recommande pas cet endroit et je reviendrai jamais ici! J’appelle ça du VOL

Mon acné sévissait depuis 4 mois, je me suis donc d'abord tournée vers la médecine "traditionnelle" en allant voir un dermatologue qui m'a prescrit d'emblée des antibiotiques, m'affirmant qu'il n''y avait pas d'autres solutions pour mon cas. Fort heureusement pour moi, j'ai passé le pas de la porte du Salon Milada quelques semaines plus tard! J'étais complètement désespérée, et j'y ai trouvé une équipe formidable qui a su m'écouter, me soutenir et me prendre en charge du début à la fin. Le protocole de soins est adapté et personnalisé par rapport à votre peau, et on ne vous laisse pas tomber. Toutes les esthéticiennes ont su me convaincre de garder espoir et m'ont conseillé de ne pas continuer les traitements médicamenteux qui me causaient plus de torts que de bien. Aujourd'hui je sors de mon quatrième et dernier soin, cela représente certes un investissement en temps et en argent mais croyez moi, vous aurez votre retour sur ce dernier. Si vous cherchez désespérément de l'aide quelque soit le problème de peau que vous avez, n'hésitez certainement pas! Je ne remercierai jamais assez l'équipe pour leur savoir-faire et leur bienveillance.

Je recommande fortement le Salon Milada pour des soins de qualité adaptés à vos besoins. Je suis arrivée au salon avec une peau à problèmes, un peu découragée car à cours de solutions. Les esthéticiennes m'ont tout de suite mises en confiance et m'ont proposé d'essayer le traitement de Peeling FCR.

Après le premier traitement, la grande majorité de mes boutons avaient disparus. Incroyable! Les esthéticiennes ont pris mon problème vraiment à coeur, je sentais que Milada et son équipe voulaient vraiment régler mon problème en m'offrant un service personnalisé et un suivi serré sur les effets du traitement.

Je suis revenue pour un deuxième peeling quelques semaines plus tard et je peux dire que mon acné est pratiquement partie. Après des mois d'essais de produits, de facial et de médicaments inefficaces, le traitement FCR ainsi que la gamme de produits coréens tHermoCEUTICAL ont vraiment fait la différence!

[This is my own experience, yours might be different. ] If you are black or biracial (darker skin) with an acne-prone skin, seek out a dermatologist, not a random facial treatment. To state the obvious: A dermatologist is a doctor and an aesthetician (Milada) is NOT. The service here was overpriced, the recommended products were not meant for my skin type and i have had better extractions at places that charge 60$ for a facial. If you just want to relax to a sweet soundtrack, hit this spa. But If you’re looking for an improvement of your skin, i wouldn't recommend it.

Amazing experience, I did my facial two weeks ago at Salon and Spa Milada, and i have a new skin! I have been struggling with my skin for the last tree years; uneven skin tone, breakouts, wrinkles. I visited several Montreal spa's but never had this experience: First of all, what really impressed me at Milada Spa, the team is professional and very knowledgeable in their consultation. Second of all, the treatment that was suggested to me by Milada reflects my needs, and, the last very important point, at Milada Spa is they did not push me to do Botox, they do not do injections- because they don't believe in them. Milada said: Nothing will replace your spa skin treatments and a good home routines

Je vais au salon Milada depuis plus d'un an et je peux dire, pour avoir essayé d'autres salons à Montréal, que ce salon est de loin est le meilleur et celui avec lequel j'ai pu voir le plus de résultats sur ma peau à problèmes. L'équipe est formidable et Joële est l'esthéticienne la plus compétente et sympathique que j'ai rencontré. Elle connaît bien ma peau et sait me conseiller à chaque rencontre. Le salon utilise des produits de grande qualité et sélectionne ceux qui permettent d'arriver aux meilleurs résultats. I’m a picky person when it comes to both skincare/bodycare and customer service. I found Milada and was wowed by the reviews of this salon. I was looking for a place to do my laser treatments.

I was swiftly taken care of and met Joele. She was warm and professional. Her evaluation was clear and on point and we started the treatments right away. The results were great and so fast!

Not only did I love my new hairless skin but everytime I went in the Salon, I felt like a friend. Greated by my name with tons of smiles.

I come here every other week now for various treatments. Joele is my go-to technician and she greatly helps me with my skin issues. I don’t foresee a future where I won’t look forward to a treatment.

Je suis allée au salon Milada et j’ai reçu des soins de Joëlle qui était extrêmement compétence. Elle m’a très bien conseillé! J’ai eu un facial, une microdermabrasion suivi de traitement de lumière. J’ai aussi eu un masque au collagène. Ma peau n’a jamais été aussi radieuse! Les prix sont très abordables et les esthéticiennes tellement gentilles! Je recommande à 110%! J’utilisais en alternance des produits Clarins ou Peter Thomas Roth mais après avoir essayé Synchro 2000, qui m’a été recommandé par mon esthéticienne Joëlle, je suis 100% vendue! Ma peau n’a jamais été aussi belle en quelques jours seulement.

I have had a few facials in my life but today at Milada’s salon I can say my face, my skin has never felt this nourished this AMAZING! I never knew how much relief I can have from a facial! My skin had been red and dry for many months especially around the nose and forehead area and when I left my skin was clear, soft, moisturized and just glowing! I Am so happy with the end result.
