Nous avons eu un cours privé pour l'enterrement de vie de jeune fille de ma meilleure amie et tout était parfait! Notre prof était tellement dynamique et entraînant, il nous a mis à l'aise dès notre arrivée et ses conseils nous ont permis de bien réaliser les exercices même si c'était notre première fois à toutes! Nous avons adoré notre expérience. À refaire absolument!

I recently returned to Montreal to embark on my drag career, and integrating pole dancing into my journey was a priority. I explored several studios, but Milan Pole Dance Studio (MPDS) quickly won my heart and loyalty.

MPDS is conveniently located in the Old Port, just a 5-minute walk from Place D’Armes metro station, making it incredibly accessible by public transit. The moment you step into the studio, you're greeted by a warm and welcoming reception staff. The atmosphere exudes a sense of royalty, richness, and abundance. The studio is impressively clean, exuding a classy and minimalist vibe. It boasts two floors: the first floor houses the pole studio, and my favorite part - the poles are a dazzling gold. The second floor is dedicated to aerial yoga, hoops, and flexibility training.

The class schedule is diverse, accommodating early birds and night owls, with classes running from 7 AM to 9: 30 PM, seven days a week. However, it's worth noting that, after a few months of attending MPDS, evenings and weekends tend to fill up quickly. Be sure to reserve your spot online in advance!

Last but certainly not least, the teachers at MPDS are the heart and soul of the studio, making me eager to return every day. They are not only highly skilled but also open-minded, patient, and incredibly talented. Their genuine commitment to your success and learning journey shines through their teaching and interactions with you. I'd like to give a special shoutout to the teachers who have had the immense privilege of learning from (in no particular order) : Isabelle, Luca, Nadia, Tanya Corey, Rachel, and Gioia!

What an incredible experience we had for my bachelorette with Milan Pole Dance Studio and our FABULOUS instructor Michael. We booked early in the morning and we’re up late the night before, but Michaels energy was absolutely contagious and he did an incredible job of transferring his energy we really loved him! We even continued to use our dance moves at the clubs later in the evening lol. It was so much fun and the highlight of our trip! We highly highly recommend booking this. Thank-you so much!

Our teacher Cat was amazing! The class was fun and easy to follow. Everyone had a lot of fun and would do it again! Would recommend for sure!

Had the most AMAZING time. It was so much fun. Our instructor Alex I believe, was so nice and I had a great time with her. We went for a bachelorette and took the pole dancing class. Now we all want to come back! I HIGHLY recommend.

I was beyond impressed by this studio. I had Rachel as my instructor and she was super helpful and patient. Will absolutely be going back.

Quand dans des commentaires on retrouve aussi souvent le terme "safe place" ce n'est pas pour rien! On se sent vraiment bien au studio, les profs sont adorables et tellement talentueuses! C'est un endroit d'apprentissage et de partage où on apprend à se trouver belle et à se dépasser tout en ayant du fun (et peut-être quelques courbatures, j'avoue)

This is Montreal’s best pole and aerial studio by far! Very inclusive environment with welcoming staff and coaches. I’ve tried classes with Amelie, Nadia, Isabelle, and Rachel. They are the best! Be careful, because once you try it, you’ll get addicted ;)

I have been pole dancing for a little over a year now and it was literally love at first try! 5 years ago, I would have never imagined myself as a pole dancer. The community is so warm and welcoming. I love this studio and always look forward to each and every class. I’m always in a better mood after class. They have a variety of interesting classes (I haven’t taken all of them yet.) I also love the fact that you get to book classes and choose your own schedule from their app. All the staff are professional and nice. Shoutout to the staff who clean the studio in between classes! The teachers know what they’re doing and are always here to spot/guide you. So if you’re thinking about it, stop thinking and just do it! You won’t know unless you try! And when they say no previous experience required, it’s really it!

This studio is absolutely amazing. I never did pole before and all the teachers are so caring, professional, encouraging. You feel at home with them and you learn so much. The studio is less than 5min from the subway. Just go!

If you are debating coming to a class, this is your sign to come! It is the most supportive environment and soo much fun. All the teachers are great at breaking down moves so you never feel lost. I come to pole when I want to be challenged, flooded with endorphins, and have a good time!

I have been taking classes at MPDS for almost a year now. I really enjoy the various classes they offer (not only pole fitness!) and the teachers are all really sweet and helpful. I am so impressed of how quickly I progressed! I recommend this studio.

J’ai commencé à prendre des cours de pole il y a peu près 5 ans maintenant! Le studio Milan a toujours été mon école coup de cœur, mon safe space et quasiment une deuxième maison (déjà fois j’ai le réflexe de prendre la clef de chez-moi pour ouvrir la porte du studio). Le studio est très bien situé à quelques pas du métro Place d’Armes et est très bien entretenu. La salle est nettoyée après chaque cours. Les professeures sont sympathiques et géniales! Si vous cherchez une école de premier choix ayant des cours variés pour débuter ou pour poursuivre votre aventure dans une autre école ou une autre ville, Milan est certainement la bonne place!

I've started at this studio a little over 4 months ago, and I can say it's my favourite pole dance studio I have been to to date. The teachers and staff are just amazing, helpful and very attentive when it comes to their students.
They provide a huge variety of classes adapted to any level of fitness and is incredibly body positive. There are so many classes that I have yet to take, but every single class I have taken so far was taught with the most care and attention to safety as well as execution of the movements. I will definitely continue training here as I have made tremendous progress over a really short timespan.

I started 4 months ago and I can definitely say that this was an amazing decision. The instructors are very competent, spend time with everyone individually and guide you to succeed. The studio offers a lot of interesting classes such as aerial yoga with hammocks, 4 levels of pole gym, heels, handstands classes, twerk, stretching….
I showed this studio to my mom and to my best friend and they became addicted to pole dancing, as I did. The space is very clean!
As there are a lot of people visiting this studio, it is sometimes difficult to book a class, especially if it is in the evening.

Meilleur studio de danse à Montréal, good times et good training garanti. Cours diversifiés pour tous les goûts et tous les niveaux. En bonus, les professeurs et les employés sont tous souriants, gentils, drôles, inclusifs et compréhensifs. J’y vais chaque semaine depuis près d’un an et j’adore.

Je suis tombée en amour avec le pole dance! Les profs sont super, le studio célèbre la diversité et en tant que plus-size, je suis heureuse d’avoir un safe space pour des gens comme moi. Je recommande très fortement!

J'ai découvert Milan Pole Dance Studio (MPDS) au Vieux-Montréal il y a environ un an et depuis je prends plusieurs cours chaque semaine. Le studio est merveilleux et les professeures sont professionelles, encourageantes, et passionnées. Les cours sont bilingues et tous les enseignantes s'adapte au niveau de l'élève avec des mouvements adaptés. L'atmosphère inclusive et conviviale bâtit une communauté entre les étudiant.e. S et les profs. Je suis tellement heureuse d'avoir trouvé MPDS! Chez eux, j'ai découvert un activité physique qui me permet de repousser mes limites et de me développer dans des façons que j'ai jamais cru possible! Merci beaucoup MPDS!

I discovered Milan Pole Dance Studio (MPDS) in Old Montreal just over a year ago and have been attending classes multiple times a week ever since. The studio is beautiful, and the instructors are professional, encouraging, and passionate. Classes are bilingual, with explanations of the exercises in English and French. Instructors always provide modifications of the poses to accommodate each student. The inclusive and convivial atmosphere builds a sense of community among students and instructors. I'm so happy I found MPDS as I have discovered form of exercise that allows me to challenge myself physically and grow in ways I had never imagined! Thank you, MPDS!

I love going to MPDS! The studio has a wide variety of classes so it is easy to find one that suit you and that fit your schedule! The teachers are all amazing! It might seem intimidating but rest assured it’s a very supporting and inclusive community ️

Great studio, love the instructors and the vibe. Beautiful location. Highly recommend to beginners, experienced dancers and everyone in between. I started coming here for pole classes and instantly got hooked! But now they also offer a number of other classes like aerial hoop and aerial yoga! Aerial yoga with Tanya is amazing. I've been dancing here for 3 months now and I've nver felt more at home in a studio! The teachers are incredible and each have their own flair. No judgment, no stress. Just learning and a ton of endorphines! Standout teachers for me have been Sonja, Amelie, Catherine & Alix. Go alone or with a friend, you won't regret it

All the teachers are so professional and so kind. I want to continue to learn the pole gym here:)
