Magnificent gym!
I was the only student in the course for beginners who did not speak French, but despite this, the trainer (Amelie) conducted classes in English.

Dropped in for a trial while looking for a new school after moving to Montreal. Went to the beginner and regular class. Both had very little instruction with only a few demos from the instructor who didnt really break the movements down, the class size was also very large for only 1 instructor. He seemed to know his stuff and the people there were friendly and competent. Some people seem to love it though, so maybe it's just me.

Very welcoming, clean and friendly. The intro class is definitely worth it.

I dropped by unannounced for a try-out session. Koji Murakami was very welcoming and has built a great community for BJJ. The group is not the typical jiu jitsu club, they have a less formal approach even if they are dedicated to the art and work hard! I came as a traveller and they have a designated programme for travellers making this probably your best option of you are in the city for just a week or two. The session was heavily focused on technique and a friendly atmosphere. All levels were present. Absolutely recommend

Just finished the four week intro BJJ course with Amelie. Great instruction and class environment. Going to begin training here as a member. Recommended.

I have done an introduction to BJJ class there and it was amazing! Great coach and great people!
