We used Mima to clean an area rug that we had spilled mango lassi on. The stain was bright orange, and our attempts to clean it ourselves were not very successful. Arman at Mima was very thorough in his explanation of the challenges with the cleaning process. Mango can be difficult to remove, particularly on thinner materials. Since there were no guarantees he would be able to completely remove the stain, he wanted to be sure we were happy to proceed. We did, and the results were good! We appreciated his clear communication, and the price was reasonable.

Such a pleasure to use a service like this. Punctual, kind, polite, generous. The work was done methodically, carefully and the results are excellent. We have two dogs, and two kids, so you can imagine what our sofa looked like. It's clean and perfect now.

J'ai été référée à Nettoyage Pro Cleaning par une autre compagnie de nettoyage car j'avais besoin de services rapides. Le service est exceptionnel et les prix sont raisonnables. J'ai fait nettoyer 3 tapis dont 2 tapis Persan en soie d'environ 60 pieds carrés. On m'a bien expliqué les risques liés à ce genre de matériau et les procédés qui seraient utilisés afin de les nettoyer en profondeur sans les endommager. Je les ai reçus ce matin et je suis très satisfaite du travail qui a été fait. C'est évident qu'il s'agit d'une entreprise qui reconnaît encore l'importance du service à la clientèle, qui prend à coeur son travail et qui a le souci du travail bien fait. Service 5 étoiles et je le recommande fortement.

Dans la vie il y a toujours des imprévus. Nous avions un rendez-vous pour un lavage de tapis le lundi matin mais malheureusement ils ont eu une crevaison et on du remettre le service au lendemain. Le service était amicale et le travail bien fait. J'ai par contre du redemander le rabais de taxes lors du paiement final. Je recommande. Il était super sympathique.

Arman was responsive when I inquired about cleaning my favourite armchair and booking a time was easy. He walked me through the cleaning process so I understood the process, products and aftercare.
