First time here and definitely won’t be the last! The ladies that did our pedicure were very friendly, patient and paid great attention to details. Great prices too!

The more I go the more I get disappointed! They rush you on the phone, don't hear what you actually want to make the appointment for and then complain to you when you get there. Telling you there's no time to do everything you asked for or made your appointment for. Chances are they didn't even write it down. They cram their schedule and make people wait ages for services!
This is my last time there! I got yelled at because they couldn't do what I asked for. They said they didn't have time and they had other clients coming in. Mind you I called 2 days in advance stating that I needed a pedi and a Mani. It's not my fault you decided to cram your schedule! I called in for a Mani and pedi not only a pedi. I called, told them what I wanted and they couldn't deliver!
I would have understood if they explained to me nicely. But don't come at me agressively when the issue you have is not my problem!

This is the second time this happened. Last time they just simply didn't write the Mani part so when I was done with the pedi. They told me that I didn't say anything on the phone, that I couldn't change like that and that they had people coming in and bla bla. Putting the blame on me!

I was starting to like this place honestly because they actually do a good job. Hence why I kept coming back but to be treated this way twice in a row, nah I rather go elsewhere!

Be more organised that's all I have to say! Take the time to listen to the clients on the phone!

Amazing place if you want to get your nails done. Friendly staff and professional. Cindy is amazing in creating designs from simple to crazy! They also have a big selection in colors. Prices are very reasonable.
