Personnellement c’est toujours long les rendez-vous.j’en ai pour la journée à chaque fois. Arrivée à 9: 15 pour changement pneu, nettoyage des freins et nettoyage printemps. À 13: 25 on me dit pas pouvoir laver mon auto! Quoi? Ils ferment à 14: 30 le vendredi. Pourquoi me céduler si vous n’avez pas le temps? ! Pas payée les journées que je passe là! Je vais envoyer mon conjoint la prochaine fois si il y a prochaine fois?

If I could give this dealer 0 stars, I would. I’ve bought 3 cars from them so far. I have had absolutely terrible experiences the last 2 cars I bought from them. For each car, the salesperson lied to me and said the car had many more features than it actually did. Since I live in Nova Scotia, I couldn’t test drive the car so I trusted the salesperson to give me accurate information, but oh my was that a mistake. I drove all the way to Quebec from Nova Scotia twice to buy two separate cars and each time I’ve had these experiences. The salespeople took advantage of me and my situation, knowing I would not leave the dealer without a car after driving 12 hours one way. Both times they lied and I left unhappy. One time they kept overcharging me and lied about the costs. Both times they lied about the features in the car. The second time they promised me it would be ready in the morning and it wasn’t ready until 5pm so I had to stay at a hotel an extra night just because they didn’t care enough to rush the painting or give me an accurate time to show up. I’m disgusted by this dealer and all of the sales people. Never will I ever buy another car from Mini Brossard ever again. They’re all crooks.

Le service a la clientèle est très courtois, et à l'écoute et une très bonne communication. On sent un enthousiasme pour la marque et une volonté de vouloir se distinguer. Le personnel est connaissant et expérimenté. C'est pas donné mais cela reste un service sans excès et exagération.

Service top, peu d’attente. Salle pour travailler avec bon wifi et café. Employés du mini Brossard absolument adorables et prévenants.

Très bon accueil. Très agréable de pouvoir entrer la voiture à l'intérieur pour arriver au service. Bien que le taux horaire est un peu élevé, je suis satisfait du résultat. La communication aurait pu être meilleure pour le suivi du dossier et confirmer à quel moment la voiture serait prête. J'ai eu la chance de pouvoir utiliser un petit bureau vitré pour y travailler comme si j'étais à la maison en attendant ma voiture. J'ai vraiment apprécié. J'y retournerai encore lorsque nécessaire.

I know dealers are expensive but this place was extortionate. After charging $300 just for a diagnostic, I got an estimate for a ridiculous $7,500 to fix the car. I was absolutely devastated so I spoke to a specialized private Mini mechanic and they fixed my car for $1,600. That’s $6,000 less than the Mini Brossard quote! It’s criminal that they can do that to people. Not to mention the Mini Brossard team were rude and gave me poor service.

Quelle belle équipe! Un service cinq étoiles à toutes les étapes du processus d’achat. C’est mon troisième véhicule acheté à cet endroit et le plus beau c’est que même si l’équipe a changé au fil des années, le service demeure impeccable. It takes 2 weeks 5 emails and at least 10 phone call plus I show up in the store in person to get a evaluation price quote for my Mini Cooper countryman. Honestly one of the worst customer service in car dealership business. I personally would not recommend Thomas Bege, he is the one who “helped” me.

Such amazing service. I bought a 2015 mini from them as my first car and they were nothing short of exceptional. I expected the MINI dealership to be filled with snooty salesmen, but they made us feel so comfortable. Our salesman Dominic made sure to tend to all our needs and reassure us about all our worries. He was in no way trying to shove a car down our throat. Benjamin was also so attentive and made sure to explain even more things to us and helped us get the car earlier than we were supposed to. I'm very thankful for Stephanie as well because she tailored the financing to perfectly fit our needs. I'm so glad that I bought my first car with them!

They do an effort to find a car you like even if it’s not available in their lot & an effort to find a good price (not like in Mini Mont Royal).
