Mini-Entrepôts Lachine Self Storage Montreal

We’ve been renting a storage unit at Montreal Mini-Storage on Victoria in Lachine for about the past 10 years. We no longer have need of it and will be moving soon, but the staff have always been courteous, efficient and helpful. Also, the facility is kept very clean, and it’s dry (not humid) and the temperature is fine all year around. I highly recommend this location and we will definitely be using them again should the need arise. FIVE STARS

Their rate increases are pretty heavy and unpredictable. You sign up for a rate and can increase 15% or more at their convenience

Mr. Steve was super friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. He gave me all the details so that there weren't any surprises and even suggested current promotions. He followed up a few days later by phone as well. He was equally thorough when I finally showed up again with more questions and even gave me a 2nd tour of the facilities! Greatly appreciated his service for my 1st time of renting a storage.

Very clean premises, friendly staff and convenient arrangements. Cheaper than many other storage places. I am a satisfied customer.

Bought boxes from them 1 in 4 boxes are damaged. They were smart enough to hide the damaged boxes in between the good ones. This is a rip-off. I don't recommend them.

Le propriétaire est très malhonnête. Il a pris mes biens et ceux d'une autre personne en otage pour m'obliger à payer un mois supplémentaire, alors que mon contrat n'avait aucune durée dans le temps. Étant donné que je suis une femme seule, je n'ai pas pu me défendre et j'ai été obligée de subir cette extorsion. Je sais que j'aurais du porter plainte contre lui à la police, mais j'ai paniqué vu son agressivité et sa manipulation.

The gentleman that works there on Saturday's is very professional and very kind. However, the owner always talks to me as though I'm nothing. He's insulting, never smiles, rude and condescending. He is especially belittling towards women. He also refused to give me a copy of my contract. Their hours of service are extremely inconvenient.
