I live in CA and needed a place to call home. I wasn’t going to settle for a tiny house company that I felt couldn’t produce enough quality to make me want to live in the home. That’s why I chose Minimaliste. Their level of quality and design surpasses all of tiny house companies.
For me a tiny house is a big opportunity. It means having the option to spend less on unnecessary space and more on the spaces that matter. Minimaliste met this demand and followed through even after delivery.
Before my tiny house I lived in a luxury apartment in Downtown Los Angeles. I would never look back now that I have my tiny house. It’s great to have this fresh start.

I really loved Minimaliste's work and wanted to work with them for a custom project. I contacted them and we initially went through a few models and sizes but landed on something that we could move forward with. I really appreciated their patience with the changing models and willingness to work on my project with me.
However, then communication started failing once we had a settled model. I kept being told I would hear back shortly but then I would never hear back. I called once a week to ask for an update and would receive the same response. Then, eventually they stopped talking my calls. I left a voice-mail with no response or follow-up.
I understand that companies can get busy but this is disrespectful. I have my own timelines and Minimaliste delayed everything by having me wait for a month to hear back on a ballpark quote that never came. In this time I could have contacted a more eager builder.
If they decided they no longer wanted to work with me, that is okay, but communication was lacking extensively. I felt completely in the dark. I always reached out first and provided information first. It is just lacking professionalism. I should not have to constantly initiate contact to receive an update.
Good luck to Minimaliste in the future, but unfortunately I had to slowly have my dream to work with them crushed, as they basically ghosted me.

Juste un bémol sur le prix, un peu dispandieux passer les 177 milles dollars pour une mini maison je me questionne à savoir si un chalet en vaudrait pas mieux la peine à faire les comparaisons plus long terme! Pour le choix et le service en plus de la conception et du détail des finitions rien à redire ça été une excellente visite et le fabricant très gentil à répondu à toutes nos questions franchement, merci! Je recommande à ceux qui veulent de la qualité et du bon service!
