Entreprise vraiment incompétante, ils prennent des biens qui ne leur appartiennent pas et après vous offrent un remboursement à moindre coût. Lors de la fin des évènements ils ne prennent pas la peine de vérifier ce qui leur appartient, ils prennent tout ce qu'ils voient d'élément décoratif d'une salle. Lorsqu'ont les contactent et leur fait mention que certains items vous appartient il ne vous prenne pas au sérieux et vous font attendre facilement 2 mois après plusieurs appels et texto qui ne reponde plus.

Le service à la clientèle n'est pas professionnel ainsi que Kevin Vincent Melo très arrogant et non professionnel.

À penser deux fois avant de faire affaire avec cette entreprise.

Mira Amusement was a dream from start to finish. Kevin made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. He is a true professional! I couldn't recommend them more for your big day. He is honest and kind and will go out of his way to make things happen. Thank you!

Not a review of their services, but of their employees. Was parked at tge tim hortons (jean talon & decarie) sept 16 @ 10am, and see 2 guys in their truck pulling out, and they simply open the window and throw their garbage out the window right in front of me. Have a little respect, and throw your trash out properly

Went for a kids bday and it was fun. The only thing was that one of the games was not working and the A/C was a small portable unit for such a large room. With all the arcade machines blowing hot air and kids running around etc.it was very uncomfortable.
