Boutique efficace, qui a des prix qui font compétition aux autres commerces de vente de téléphones. Les employés sont serviables et j’ai eu un service meilleur que d’autres boutiques qui ne font le stricte minimum. Le gérant est à l’écoute et les employés ont du fun entre eux! Je recommande, ils sont à l’écoute et veulent offrir un bon service.

They went above and beyond to help get me setup with a new plan when I went in store, which included talking on the phone to different customer service representatives to resolve some troubleshooting issues. I can’t recommend them enough they really do care and I won’t hesitate to return here

I tried to get my older phone fixed here and while they seemed to be trying to sort it out I gave up after 2+ weeks without a phone and got the repair done at Mobile Klinik in Carrefour Laval instead. Who were great. They were nice at Alexis Nihon but disorganized and communication was very poor - I had to phone or go in six times before deciding they weren't going to be able to do the job and the whole process was very unclear.

Magasin super efficaces malgré la rupture de stock et d'approvisionnement ils on réussi à trouver ma pièce rare à l'on très bien installer j'ai même reçu en prime un nouvel écran de qualité supérieure et très précis de qualité à bon très bon prix mon cellulaire est de meilleur qualité de l'état neuf je les recommandes c'est excellent good job du manager!

Selling a used cell phone in good shape. Don’t bother. Online quote offers a high amount and on-site they give you peanuts. Sell your phone yourself.

J'ai fait réparer mon Pixel 6 pro sous garantie. Le service était impeccable. On m'avait dit 3 heures pour la réparation et ils ont fini en 2h30, même avec d'autres téléphones en réparation. Ils m'ont proposé un téléphone de courtoisie pendant la réparation dans le cas où je devais quitter ou si j'attendais un appel. La réparation a bel et bien arrangé le problème et il est comme neuf. Merci!

Went there at 8: 30pm, employee Mahdi helped to buy a new phone that urgently needed with no contracts at all just open cellphone paid 300ish plus tax but worth it. I am very happy since I was able to get a quick solution late at night when most stores are closed. Big thank you!

Came in to fix my iPhone screen that was cracked and wasn’t functioning properly. Technician was super helpful and I was able to get my phone fixed in as little as 2 hours after arriving for a last minute emergency fix.

The employee was dealing with a difficult client with a lot of patience and professionalism and he told me to leave my phone to him and come back in 30 to 45 minutes. When I came back, he was still with this client but took the time to look at my phone and fix its software. Great service. Highly recommended.

Saturday 15 min before the appointment, the store is closed.
1h after the store is still close, I contact the online support.
When they were reaching the "manager" one came to open the store, relax.
I asked for the appointment and work and he said the appointnment system was not linked to the SMS and the stock was not checked with the type of repair
Need to order, then 2 to 3 days to receive and to repair

Well, I booked there because I had business around, the only morning free in 2 weeks.
The only positive point is the chat.but could not do much
maybe to buy a case they are good after 1h15 late opening

One of the best places for repair foued clearly knows his stuff. He fixed my phone and provided me with good adviced 5 starts no questions ask.

Today, I brought a Samsung A71 to the store for fixing the charging problem. The technical staff, Foued, did an excellent job and went an extra mile to diagnose and fix the problem for me within 2 hours. Well, he literatally went an extra mile for this problem as he ran to another store to find the missing component for me. He could have easily tell me that it cannot be fixed, but he didn't. I really appreciate his help. I previously brought it to ubreakifix, which simply told me the problem cannot be fixed after 1 day.

To be honest it’s the first time, that i got a luxury customer service since a while, the gentleman was so nice polite, and he knows what he was doing, he fixed everything for me smoothly with no headache, I’ll recommend u this store, after the good customer service given by the Agent ahmd, thank you buddy for u service, i hope my phone won’t broke again, but if it’s the case, i know where i should go.

I went there to get my phone (which fell in the water) fixed. The employee took the time do disassemble the phone piece by piece, dry all the pieces, and put it back together. And now it's working again!

Very professional, I smashed my 2 week old S21 and it was returned in brand new condition after a couple of hours repairing it. They are an authorized Samsung service center, not to be confused with aftermarket shops that offer "screen replacements", my entire phone was replaced except for the motherboard!
